Chapter 417 - Chapter 416 – World United Organization

Using the Cosmic Needle, the little girl fused the glowing bubble with the swirling vortex of space.

Her form began to fade, her figure flickering between real and illusionary—until finally, she vanished into the empty air.

Moments later, the space vortex also disappeared, leaving behind only a cool breeze sweeping through the silent place.

Somewhere in Huaxia, Nagano arrived at a small rural village.

Walking beside him was a middle-aged man who bore a striking resemblance to the human form of Ultraman Geed—Riku Asakura.

Except this man looked much older, his expression colder, the bright, youthful spark of Riku long gone.

After all, sunshine belonged mostly to the young.

"Is this the place?" Nagano asked.

Before them lay a devastated village—houses reduced to piles of broken bricks and clay, crushed under the weight of monstrous footsteps.

At Nagano's feet rested a fragment of an Eleking's shell.

"Mr. Belial," Nagano said, turning to the man behind him, "I'll need your help for what comes next."

"No problem."

The man nodded and stepped forward.

He was Belial—not the terrifying, corrupted Belial who once brought fear across the universe, but the restored, silver-and-red warrior who had returned to his original form.

Nagano had found him half-dead and carried him beneath the Plasma Spark Tower to recover his strength.

Before that, the man who called himself Yu Zhou—the human form of Ultraman Tiga—had left behind only a few final instructions before disappearing into the unknown.

When Belial's energy was fully restored, Yu Zhou had used a mysterious method to take the Plasma Spark with him and departed into the distance.

The instructions he left for Nagano were threefold:

First: Take care of his family in this village.

Second: Maintain peace on Earth until his return.

Nagano had been puzzled by this—after all, the planet had already suffered immense devastation. Was that still called "peace"?

But Yu Zhou had only said one thing: "Just make sure Earth doesn't disappear."

Third: A warning rather than a request.

If his Ultraman identity were ever exposed, and anyone came looking for trouble—don't show mercy.

"If one comes, kill one. If a group comes, kill them all."

That part had chilled Nagano.

Was Tiga… really such a ruthless man now?

But then, remembering how Tiga had brutally defeated Dark Lukiel, Nagano understood.

It was still Dark Tiga who lingered within Yu Zhou—fierce, wrathful, and unrestrained.

As for Belial, after Nagano explained everything that had happened, the warrior finally understood the situation.

Freed from the influence of the Reibloods, he expressed a desire to stay here on Earth, no longer wishing to return to his own universe.

Nagano was glad to hear it.

Even though Tiga's fragments had eliminated most of the monsters, there were still a few lurking in the shadows, waiting for the right time to strike.

It would be impossible for Nagano to handle everything alone—having Belial's help would make things much easier.

Belial readily agreed.

After all, he had once been an Ultra Warrior who fought for universal peace.

Though exiled from the Land of Light, that conviction still burned within him.

This Belial was different now—no longer the corrupted destroyer, but a reborn warrior carrying the memories of his fall.

The dark days of being possessed by Reiblood's spirit now felt like a distant, hazy dream.

Arriving at the village Yu Zhou had mentioned, Nagano decided to name it Tiga Village.

His Chinese wasn't very good, so he asked Belial—who had lived long enough to master countless Earth languages—to handle the naming formally.

Since they were to care for the villagers, Nagano's first task was rebuilding the homes, giving everyone a place to live.

But before that, they needed to blend in—something not easy for Nagano, who couldn't even speak the local tongue fluently.

Meanwhile, a global conference was underway—its outcome marking the birth of a new power: The World United Organization.

This organization, led by the world's five most developed nations, was created to unite humanity against the threat of monsters.

Each nation established its own branch, while the headquarters was built on a remote island in the North Pacific.

The HQ was staffed with the world's top scientists and elite combat operatives, equipped with the most advanced weapons and fighter craft ever developed.

After experiencing a near-extinction event, no one on Earth wanted to waste time on politics or greed anymore.

Now, every country shared one goal: If disaster strikes again, how will we survive?

Within the World United Organization, aside from combat and research divisions, each branch was also assigned a consultant from Mogu Company—the corporation famous for designing monster imagery.

After all, the ones humanity now faced were no longer mere movie monsters, but real invaders born from those imaginations.

In the grand conference hall of the HQ, the organization's top leaders gathered.

They spoke in many tongues, but every word was instantly translated by AI systems into a universal language.

"Our first priority," said one official, "is to analyse and investigate the space-time vortices that transport monsters into our world."

"Second, we must locate Ultraman's human host."

"Based on what we've learned from past Ultraman media," he continued, "Tiga definitely has a human form."

"Also, the massive torch Tiga planted in the ground during the final battle—it strongly resembles the Plasma Spark Tower."

"If we could obtain it, human civilization could advance beyond imagination. With such power, we'd never again fear the monsters."

He paused, then nodded to the room. "That's my proposal. Next speaker."

The man was a representative from America, one of the organization's five executive nations, alongside Huaxia, Soviet Russia, England, and France.

"I agree that investigating the vortices is essential," said the Huaxia representative as he rose to speak. "They are the true source of these disasters."

"However," he added calmly, "we shouldn't be too hasty in searching for Ultraman's host."

"After all, Ultraman has always stood on humanity's side. If we act recklessly, we might only cause him trouble. If he wishes to appear, he will. If not, he has every right to remain hidden."

His words visibly irritated the American representative, but he couldn't object.

After all, the organization's strength lay in unity—every nation's voice held equal weight now.

"I also have something to add," said the Russian delegate. "Monsters still remain across the globe. Upgrading our weapon systems—both at headquarters and in all branches—must be our highest priority."
