Chapter 130 - Chapter 130: Effortlessly Annihilate Planetary Systems! Destroy Star Systems!

Yumiko Miura now suspected that Yukino and the others had known about Nanashi's powers all along.

They were all members of the Paranormal Research Club.

Yumiko had heard Yui mention joining that club before.

Back then, she hadn't thought much of it—just another quirky activity.

Then she found out Yukino was a member too.

They didn't exactly get along, but Yumiko acknowledged Yukino's talents.

She'd figured it was just a club for eccentric top students.

She never expected everyone in it to have actual powers!

Yui: Sorry... I'm just normal, actually!

But the person most desperate for answers right now was the masked girl.

"Do you guys know who that person is?" she asked urgently.

That man had forced a Basara to submit—then vaporized it instantly.

He was stronger than any Heavenly General she knew of!

Yukino didn't drop her guard, despite the girl's earlier help.

Instead, she countered with calm firmness:

"When asking for someone's identity, you should offer your own first."

The girl removed her white fox mask, revealing a youthful, innocent face.

"My name is Benio Adashino, an Onmyoji of the Adashino family."

Even after everything she'd seen, Yumiko still gasped.

"An Onmyoji? They're real?!"

"If superpowers exist, why not Onmyoji too?" Marin replied with a shrug.

After the Doomsday Game, nothing surprised her anymore.

Yukino narrowed her eyes, lost in thought.

She was evaluating the situation carefully.

How powerful were the Onmyoji?

Would they pose a threat to her and the others?

She had family now—people she needed to protect.

If the Onmyoji were a potential threat, she had to be cautious.

But asking directly would be tactless.

Better to keep things calm… for now.

They'd plan once Nanashi returned.

"I'm Yukino Yukinoshita, a high school student.

As for Nanashi… you'll have to ask him yourself."

"We can head out and wait for him together."

Benio thought for a moment, then nodded.

"Alright."

She reached for a talisman to exit the disaster area.

But Yukino stopped her.

"No need."

She raised her palm. Frost formed instantly, spreading outward.

An icy fissure split the barrier of the disaster zone wide open.

"That's Yukino's power?" Yui whispered in awe.

She was finally beginning to understand—why Yukino and the others were always around Nanashi.

They were like him.

And she—wasn't.

So envious…

Miko shivered.

"No wonder it always felt so cold around Yukino-senpai..."

Benio looked at Yukino again, more carefully this time.

Then silently pocketed her talisman.

Yumiko on the other hand found Yukino Yukinoshita, her long-time rival, to be increasingly strange.

Not only could she wield powerful ice-based superpowers—

But she even called Nanashi by name, so casually, almost intimately.

There was no way their relationship was simple.

As the group stepped through the icy crack Yukino had made, they returned to the school building.

"There's still some time before class starts. Let's go to our clubroom first," Yukino suggested.

Meanwhile, where had Nanashi gone?

He had flown straight to the heart of the disaster zone.

To the place where the stench of sin was most concentrated.

A black, fluid-like substance pulsed through the area—thick, unnatural, and corrupt.

It had oozed from the massive, beast-like body of a dark creature lying dormant.

"This must be the King of Kegare(*Impurity)," Nanashi murmured.

But why had he suddenly come here?

It was because, after defeating Suzu, he'd earned 100,000 Doomsday Points.

That alone was enough proof: disaster and the Kegare were key components of the Doomsday phenomenon.

But what exactly was the Doomsday Factor?

To Nanashi, it was clear.

The sudden onset of catastrophic events—disasters from beyond this world.

Magano(*Parallel Dimension)was a strange realm, not unlike an alternate dimension.

And Kegare—the monsters born from the emotional overflow of humans in the wilderness—were one of its byproducts.

They could pull humans into catastrophe using obscure, supernatural rules.

Humans who wandered into the wilderness became food for the Kegare.

Unlike evil spirits or demons, Kegare had a direct and overwhelming impact on humans.

They were grotesque and terrifying… yet Nanashi found their scent oddly pleasant.

Evil spirits and demons were bound to the living world and depended on the ceaseless birth of human emotion.

But Kegare? Kegare could only emerge in a place like Parallel Dimension.

Their existence was intrinsically tied to disaster.

Once Parallel Dimension was eradicated, Kegare would cease to exist.

By cleansing the wilderness and slaying these beings, Nanashi could systematically eliminate this Doomsday threat.

Now, his eyes were fixed on the King of Kegare—a creature that didn't move, as if sealed in place.

"Who are you?"

A clear, feminine voice rang out—curious, confused.

Yet there was no one in sight.

"You should give your name before asking others theirs," Nanashi replied coolly.

A ball of light formed near the motionless King of Kegare.

From it emerged a small figure—petite, dressed in traditional Onmyoji robes. She looked like a child.

"I am Abe no Seimei, an Onmyoji. Now merely a remnant soul."

Abe no Seimei—the girl (or soul) who had sealed the King of Kegare here by herself.

"So vague," Nanashi muttered.

But the name was enough.

Abe no Seimei's clear, youthful eyes were filled with confusion as she examined Nanashi.

"Why did you come to the depths of Parallel Dimension? Are you an Onmyoji?"

"I'm not," Nanashi replied. "I'm only here to eliminate disasters and Kegare."

"Not an Onmyoji? Then how do you plan to defeat the King of Kegare? That thing isn't so easy to kill."

Her tone was skeptical—she didn't know where his confidence came from.

The King of Kegare was a mass of every form of Kegare ever spawned in the world. Killing it wasn't a trivial matter.

"Really?"

Nanashi didn't respond further. He simply raised a hand.

Gluttony.

Under Abe no Seimei's stunned gaze—

The King of Kegare disappeared.

A mass of dark red energy devoured the beast in a single gulp.

The creature hadn't even stirred before it was gone.

"W-Where's the King of Kegare?" Abe no Seimei gasped.

How could something that massive just vanish?

"I ate it," Nanashi replied simply.

"You... ate it? Are you Kegare too? But... I don't sense any Kegarey energy from you..."

She tried to piece together Nanashi's identity. Was he an unknown type of Kegare? Some kind of devourer?

But the energy he used didn't leave any Kegare residue behind.

Instead, it was transformed instantly into pure raw energy.

Even the King of Kegare's core had been fully digested.

Nanashi's current reserves of energy could only be described as colossal.

The King of Kegare's power? Just a little bonus.

What was noteworthy, however, was how much sin his Wings of Sin had absorbed during the process.

"Now then," Nanashi muttered, half to himself, "it's time to clean up the rest."

Abe no Seimei's expression darkened. She could feel it—her connection to the sealed King of Kegare had been completely severed.

She was... free now!

But her mind reeled.

Who was this person?

The King of Kegare had been erased in an instant.

"Who are you?! Where did the King go?!"

A shout echoed.

In the next moment, nine figures appeared—dark-skinned, unfamiliar, but similar in aura to Suzu.

Each one radiated danger.

And among them—

A dark-skinned version of Abe no Seimei.

Her name was Chinu, the original and strongest Basara, though Nanashi didn't yet know much about her.

They had all arrived the moment they sensed the King of Kegare's disappearance.

"Abe no Seimei…"

Chinu's gaze locked onto the Onmyoji.

"It's been a long time, Chinu," Abe no Seimei responded with a nostalgic smile.

Clearly, they knew each other well.

The other Basaras frowned at the name.

Among humans, Abe no Seimei was considered the strongest Onmyoji.

Their expressions tightened. In unison, the Basaras shifted into combat-ready stances—

Ready for war.

"Well... what I meant was, I'm not the ones who killed the King of Kegare," Abe no Seimei explained awkwardly, scratching her head. She felt deeply misunderstood.

But Chinu already knew.

Her eyes never left Nanashi.

Nanashi gave the Basaras a single glance.

Minions, he thought dismissively.

Wings of Sin.

Black wings unfurled—pure, bottomless black.

"!!!"

Abe no Seimei's expression turned grave.

"So much... sinful power..."

"I will judge you. I will sentence you all guilty."

Nanashi's emotionless voice echoed across the ravaged land.

In the next instant—

His Wings of Sin spread wide, stretching toward the heavens, flooding the sky with a black fog so thick it seemed to devour the world.

The entire disaster zone vanished into that darkness.

"What is this?!" Gaja screamed in panic.

He looked down and realized his body was already being swallowed by the fog.

He wasn't alone—the other Basaras were disappearing into it too.

No part of the corrupted wasteland was spared.

Judgment had come.

"M-My power…!"

Kamui could feel it draining away—her strength, her ambition.

Her dream of replacing the Lord of Kegare—

Gone in an instant!

Before they could even process the thought, their body turned to ash.

Like the the surroundings, they were reduced to dust in under a minute.

Instant annihilation.

Was there even a fight?

Hardly.

To Nanashi, they were nothing but trash.

Why would he bother talking to them?

Saying even one extra word would've been a waste of time.

The only one who caught his attention was Chinu.

She was still alive—still untouched by judgment.

That could only mean one thing—

"You are not guilty."

His cold words broke the silence.

Even Abe no Seimei was stunned.

All the other Basaras—gone. Just like that?

Chinu, visibly shaken, finally spoke. "Who… are you?"

Nanashi spread his hands, calm and unfazed. "Just an ordinary passerby, helping fix the world's problems."

"Ordinary…?" Abe no Seimei's eye twitched.

If you're 'ordinary,' then what does that make me? A fraud?

She was supposed to be the greatest Onmyoji in a thousand years…

Now she felt like nothing.

Every Basara and piece of Kegare in the evil world had been judged—except for Chinu.

Nanashi turned to her, stroking his chin thoughtfully.

"You're born of Kegare… So why are you not guilty?"

Even Abe no Seimei, the Twin Star Onmyoji, hadn't fully explained Chinu's origins.

Faced with the man who had effortlessly erased the King of Kegare, Chinu looked to Abe no Seimei, unsure.

"Ahem… well," Abe no Seimei coughed, "Chinu was born from my impurity… a byproduct of my existence. She's essentially my shadow, influenced by me, which is why she turned out this way."

"That may be," Nanashi replied, "but the fact remains—she is Kegare. Don't blame me. I'm doing this to prevent her from falling into corruption."

The Wings of Sin slowly dissipated.

Then—

Archon(*The Ruler)

Zanpakutō, Shikai.

Nanashi's eyes changed—his pupils glowing like stars.

"Serve me... as your Lord."

Chinu dropped to one knee, instinctively lowering her head.

"Master."

Her voice was crisp. Clear. Unresisting.

"Eh???" Abe no Seimei blinked, dumbfounded.

What the hell just happened?

How did Chinu go from being a Kegarey Basara to pledging loyalty in a heartbeat?

Chinu herself also looked disheartened.

In the blink of an eye, she had gained a master whose orders she couldn't refuse.

Then—

Magano(*Parallel Dimension.)

Eyes of Death Perception.

Nanashi's golden star pupils shifted into a cold, ice-blue hue—the rainbow eyes.

Both Abe no Seimei and Chinu looked into them at once.

An overwhelming sense of death crept over them.

Even though Abe no Seimei was merely a remnant soul, the dread of impending death washed over her like a crashing wave.

This was Nanashi's first use of the Lv7 Death Perception Eyes.

Now, he saw everything differently.

Everywhere he looked—lines of death.

Lines that hadn't existed before were suddenly visible.

These were no ordinary lines.

They represented the very laws of the universe: fire, wind, water, lightning, light, space, time...

All of them—the death lines of cosmic rules.

But they were incomplete. Fragments, like torn corners of a once-whole page.

This meant he couldn't yet sever the entirety of a rule—only small fragments of it within a limited range.

Still, it was terrifying in scale.

The most obvious death lines he now saw were:

The death line of Earth

The death line of the Solar System

The death lines of numerous other planetary systems

Even the faint outline of the Milky Way's death line!

The Milky Way's death line wasn't yet fully exposed—he couldn't cut it just yet.

But the death lines of planetary systems like the Solar System?

He could sever them effortlessly.

While he couldn't directly destroy the Milky Way yet, that didn't mean it was invulnerable.

The Milky Way—composed of hundreds of billions of stars, a galaxy in itself.

The Solar System—a planetary system with the Sun at its core.

And every star likely anchored its own system.

By cutting enough of those threads, he could trigger a chain reaction that would unravel the galaxy itself.

Sure, it would be time-consuming.

But entirely possible.

Still—

Nanashi would never recklessly cut the Solar System's death line.

That kind of destruction?

Wouldn't solve any problems.
