AURORA MOON
When Aurora woke up, her head ached. She cradled her skull as she opened her eyes.
What the hell!?
She floated in a white space. Almost as if she'd fallen into a vat of white paint.
She heard a tiny growl and looked down. A brown and white Chihuahua sat next to her. He looked about as thrilled as she felt. "Nice bow tie," she said.
His bulging eyes judged her harshly then he trotted away.
"What is it with you and death?" asked an amused female voice.
Startled, Aurora turned and saw a beautiful female with waist-length blonde hair and big eyes as blue as sapphires. She wore a silky white dress. Her bare toes, the nails painted dark blue, peeked out from underneath the material.
"Lucky for you, Aurora Rose Moon, I'm a generous being. I can help you get back on track. Again."
Aurora felt dizzy. Her thoughts spun, and all she could focus on was the Chihuahua now sitting next to the woman. "Is that your dog?"
