When he returned to the company, Tristan saw that Evelyne had been waiting for him. She stood up from the sofa where she had been sitting and walked over to him.
"I've been waiting for you to sign this. This document needs your approval as soon as possible before we can start the RPG game project that's ready to go—" Before she could finish, the man grabbed her wrist and pulled her closer.
Evelyne was very surprised when he did that. Her blue eyes met his hazel one, staring so deeply as if demanding an explanation that Tristan himself was unsure how to give. There was no way he could say that he had just met a boy who looked like him.
She would surely laugh at him cynically, calling him delusional for thinking that the boy was his son. But he remembered very well that he had never had sex with anyone after divorcing Evelyne. Yet Luke was indeed his son.
