Since Michael wouldn't be getting any sleep anyway, he decided to at least attend breakfast.
Curiously, once he settled on a chair, Ava appeared right next to his side. There wasn't even a need to look at her to notice her radiating presence.
"Did something good happen, dear?" Isabella's motherly senses began to tingle once she noticed Ava's bubbly side. The last time she had seen the petite woman so happy was when she had been dressed as a maid and fed Michael his favorite dish.
"I am just a bit excited after experiencing several new things." Ava giggled, throwing a distressed glance towards Michael, who in turn seemed lost in his own world.
Witnessing Ava's gesture, Isabella needed approximately a tenth of a second to arrive at the most likely conclusion.
"Oh! Is that so? Then please excuse me. I will leave you two alone." She smiled, disappearing out of the dining hall.
Michael arched an eyebrow.
"What was that about?" He pondered.
