Peter used his usual method, hitching a ride in a car.
However, before he could arrive, he received a call from Daredevil.
"Spider-Boy, be careful, I've seen Adrian Toomes!" Daredevil's voice sounded a little breathless, as if he'd just been in a fight.
"Huh? Are you alright, Mr. Daredevil?" Peter asked, concerned.
Daredevil said, "I'm fine. Not long after you left, the police arrived and took Herman and Blace away. But their vehicle didn't get far before Toomes attacked. Toomes has a Flight Device, with a huge metal wing appearance, equipped with some weapons."
"I guess they should be moving in your direction now, do you need help?"
Peter declined, "Thank you, Mr. Daredevil, but I'm fine, I think I can handle it."
He didn't expect Daredevil to be so helpful.
"Alright, good luck, Spider-Man," Daredevil said without hesitation.
After hanging up the phone, Peter looked down.
He had actually arrived near Toomes' Weapons Workshop while they were talking.
With Karen's help, he wouldn't get lost, nor would he spend too much time finding his way.
"Karen, activate Enhanced Reconnaissance Mode," Peter said.
"Enhanced Reconnaissance Mode activated." Karen's voice responded. Simultaneously, the spider symbol on his suit's chest transformed into a miniature Spider Drone and flew out.
The images detected by the Spider Drone were all displayed on his suit's lenses.
With the help of the Spider Drone, Peter quickly grasped the situation inside the factory.
The factory was only one story, but it was filled with high-tech creations. Some were combined with conventional human weapons, presumably ready to be sold, while others remained in their original state, perhaps just acquired and not yet modified.
Peter saw a lot of familiar things inside.
For example, Chitauri Soldier energy cannons and energy guns, and even a large chunk of a Chitauri Soldier's corpse – the Chitauri Soldier's skin was mechanically modified; perhaps they wanted to use it to research Exoskeleton Armor.
However, the scale of this factory surprised Peter.
He had thought there would be many people here.
But he didn't expect to see only four or five people in the factory.
Two of them were doing research, and the rest were sorting goods.
Peter got the information about those in charge of research and modification from Herman.
One was a fat man named Phineas Mason, wearing goggles and busy at a table piled with high-tech materials.
It was clear that he played the role of a "salvage" technician.
Being able to combine these alien scraps with human technology and modify them into practical tools – it had to be said, he was a talent.
It's just that his talent was used in the wrong way.
The other was a man with long, golden hair; his name was Randy Weil, and he was Phineas Mason's assistant.
"Since Toomes isn't back yet, let's make this quick, and wait for him to return!"
Peter made up his mind, and had Karen quickly formulate a plan to invade, launching an attack on the Weapons Workshop.
He first snuck in from the ceiling, and one by one, he hung the people organizing the goods from the ceiling, sticking them with his web.
Next, he came to Phineas Mason and Randy Weil, and did the same thing, capturing them.
His excellent stealth abilities allowed him to move like a fish in water under the cover of night.
It wasn't until they were caught that they realized what was happening.
Interestingly, these guys clearly knew Peter was coming.
After capturing them, Peter found weapons designed to counter him on each of them.
They just didn't expect Peter to arrive so silently and act so quickly; before they even knew it, they were all caught.
On the other side.
Adrian Toomes was in a terrible mood.
A few years ago, he was utterly disappointed in society due to his company's bankruptcy, leading him to want to retaliate against the Avengers and Iron Man.
So, he didn't hand over the several trucks of Chitauri army scrap he had collected and persuaded his employees, Phineas Mason, Herman Shultz, Jackson Blace, and Randy Weil, to form a Weapons Workshop. They would use the Chitauri army scrap to develop high-tech weapons and sell them on the black market.
After using up the initial scraps, he repeatedly hacked into the Damage Control Department's transport vehicles, stealing a lot of other high-tech junk.
For example, the wreckage of the Chitauri army from the Battle of New York, the wreckage of Ultron's army from the Battle of Sokovia, the wreckage after the Hydra base was destroyed, and so on.
Due to the internal mismanagement of the Damage Control Department, coupled with their clever methods, nothing had changed in eight years.
Toomes had also made a fortune as a result, and everyone in the team had lived a wealthy life because of it.
This made Toomes feel very accomplished.
However, wealth and power can make some people arrogant.
Unlike the cautious Toomes and the others, Jackson Blace in the team was an arrogant guy.
With the growth of wealth, coupled with the improvement of strength brought about by high-tech equipment, his ambition also gradually swelled.
This guy does outrageous things from time to time.
For example, when selling weapons, he tests them. How can you just go around using a powerful energy cannon in the city? If the Avengers see that, wouldn't he be finished? To deal with these things, Toomes has lost his temper with Blace more than once.
But this guy always acts like he doesn't care.
And now, something has finally happened! They've been targeted by Spider-Man, Daredevil, and the Punisher!
Toomes doesn't take Spider-Man seriously. Mainly because Spider-Man has only been around for a short time, and the things he does are trivial, with no impressive achievements to speak of (the Civil War is definitely not something outsiders would know about).
But Daredevil and the Punisher are both figures that Toomes, who has been involved in New York's underground black market for a long time, is very familiar with.
One is "the Devil of Hell's Kitchen."
The other is "the dark judge who hates evil like an enemy."
Being targeted by these two guys meant at the very least, losing a layer of skin, and at worst, instant death!
Thinking about this, Toomes' mood became even worse.
He was currently wearing his Vulture Flight Suit, with a pair of "Eagle Claw" attachments modified from Ultron's robot soldier bodies on his feet. Each claw was holding one of his two useless subordinates.
If it weren't for the fact that he needed people right now, he'd really like to just throw them off and kill them!
After flying for a while, Vulture finally returned with his two subordinates near his workshop!
