When Serena got to the Council hut, she found that Finn was already there with their newly made beehive, explaining how it worked to Council members. The design itself was a pretty simple one, even if it looked on the rougher side.
But that was mainly because they were limited in terms of carpentry tools and couldn't make perfectly straight wooden planks. Still, at least they were able to make a rectangular box with a removable top and bottom.
One side also had a square shaped entrance for the bees to easily move in and out of the hive. It could hold eight frames inside it which was pretty normal for beehives.
At least according to her book.
"Ah Serena, there you are!" Emelia called out as she stopped in front of them. "Finn was just explaining the structure to us. I must say, this is quite an interesting design."
"It is, but it's the best we could come up with." Serena said before adding in her head, At least with the limited tools and resources we have.
