When Everly emerged from her faint, she bolted upright, clutching her throbbing head. She glanced around, completely bewildered about her whereabouts. But after taking in the items on the shelves, she deduced that she was in the hospital storage room.
She also noticed that the lights, which had been out on this floor due to Gio's hack, were back on. This meant that more than 30 minutes had passed since she'd started her escapade.
However, her thoughts were abruptly interrupted when she saw Jeremy's motionless body lying next to hers. Her heart skipped a beat. She quickly removed the robber mask Jeremy was wearing and shook his body.
