DOMINIC
The anger that enveloped me was instant.
Far greater than when I saw the headline of Harper's public divorce and statement.
She was at it again. Olivia loved herself too much to want to kill herself. So, I called whatever she was doing a bluff.
I strode towards her, to take the knife from her, but stopped midway, as she once again let out an ear-splitting scream, pressing the knife to her neck once more so hard it drew blood.
My heart lurched. She wasn't joking.
"Calm the fuck down, Olivia. The kids are inside!" I let out. "And drop the fucking knife. We can talk this through."
"Talk this through?" She snarled. "That should have happened a long time ago. Is it yay or nay?"
I took another step towards her while thinking of how I could take the knife from her without hurting her. I didn't want to rush towards her; even looking at her, Olivia had a death wish. She could slit her throat, and I'd be charged for murder just like she wanted.
