Sienna Thornton nestled in Simon Forrester's arms, playing with his fingers as she comforted him: "It's not like you can just get a divorce that easily. Even if it goes to court, the first thing they'll try is mediation. Your parents are just angry right now. Once they cool off and remember the good in each other, they'll reconcile. Don't worry."
Simon Forrester nodded, contemplating whether to tell Sienna Thornton the real reason why his parents' relationship had become so strained.
After thinking it over for a while, he realized that the truth couldn't be hidden for long. Rather than letting Sienna hear it from someone else's mouth, he decided to tell her himself.
With this in mind, he held her tighter and briefly recounted the chaos and conflict of that day.
