Chapter 146Sonia's POV
"Oh shit".
Even the way he kissed me has been so different from any I have had in my life. There was no rush, he took his time on my body. I guess he even forgot about the guards placed outside. It was just our fire and patience twined together, burning hotter the longer his lips lingered on mine. Every brush, every press of his mouth sent sparks ricocheting through my body.
When he shifted lower, his lips grazing along my jaw, then down the curve of my neck, my breath hitched. The teasing scrape of his teeth against my earlobe made me shiver, and then he whispered into my ear, voice low and rough,
"You don't know how many times I've imagined this… dreamed of you, exactly like this. Completely naked and underneath me"
The confession had made my heart somersault. Normally, I found lines like this cheesy and unsettling but the way he said it, sent shivers down my spine.
"Really?" I managed to say, though my voice was already trembling under his touch.
