Rita walked back to the car in embarrassment.
How was she supposed to tell her friends that she still couldn't get access to the mall?
She dialed her private investigator's line.
''Are you sure you saw her going into the mall?!'' She shouted into the phone immediately the call went through.
''I—Yes.'' The man stuttered, shocked by her outburst. ''I'm around the corner. I'll be there soon.'' He hurriedly said before hanging up the phone.
Rita cursed under her breath.
She held in her anger as much as she could before pacing around impatiently.
After minutes, the guy jogged towards her, his chest heaving like he'd ran a marathon.
''I saw her go in.'' He said, trying to catch his breath.
Beads of sweat fell down his head and Rita stepped back, her hand clamping her nose in disgust.
''I'm sure that's not all you came to tell me!'' She eyed him, clenching her jaws painfully.
