Jisoo's piece came out first.
The HAN MYSTÈRE tag was visible on the inside of the collar as the stylist lifted it from the bag. That small gold-and-black label that Soorin had grown up seeing hung in her father's studio and on rails in fitting rooms and eventually on runways.
She looked at her kit.
The piece itself was deep black at the base with bright contrast panels built into the chest and sleeves. The kind of detailing that looked almost graffiti-like up close but would translate on stage as controlled energy. Sharp at the shoulders. Fitted through the body. A slim graphic element running down the left arm, angular lines that suggested movement even when the garment was standing still.
It looked like something a young fighter from View District would wear if they still had something to prove and knew exactly how to look while proving it.
It looked, in other words, exactly like Jisoo.
He saw it and went quiet for a second.
"Oh," he said.
Just that.
