Loki grinned slyly.
"Do you remember that adventurer who looked like a rabbit?"
Hestia blinked. "A rabbit-like adventurer?"
She wracked her brain.
There was a vague impression, but she couldn't recall who it was.
Emiya felt he couldn't dodge it anymore.
So he told the truth.
"Bell Cranel. He's the male protagonist of your world's story," Emiya said. "And he's also your first Familia member, Hestia. You are the undisputed female protagonist of that story."
He continued calmly.
"If the story followed its original course, you'd soon be kicked out of Hephaestus's place, wander the streets, and eventually meet Bell. You'd fall in love, and he'd even promise to become your Familia member again in the next life."
Hephaestus sucked in a breath.
This sounded like some very juicy gossip.
Now it finally made sense.
Loki had really done something incredible.
"So that's it," Hephaestus said. "You handed Hestia's male protagonist over to Freya."
Hestia: "???"
Loki burst out laughing.
Yes. That was it.
This was the moment.
She was absolutely going to mock this shorty mercilessly.
"That's right," Loki said cheerfully. "The moment I learned about the story, I sent someone from my Familia to find Bell Cranel and personally delivered him to Freya."
Hephaestus didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
"Loki... you really have guts."
"I originally wanted to watch the shorty wandering the streets," Loki added. "But I didn't expect Emiya to go and give her a Familia member."

Riveria looked confused.

Hephaestus suddenly understood.

But deep down, she felt a faint sense of disappointment.
So no one would ever fall for her after all.
Emiya continued.
"The one who conquers you is Welf Crozzo, your Familia member. I remember that he wasn't moved at all when he saw your bare face. That touched your heart."
Hephaestus: "..."
Shizuka Hiratsuka couldn't help complaining.
"That's it? That's all it takes? You can conquer a goddess just by seeing her bare face?"
She genuinely couldn't believe it.
Emiya replied calmly.
