Third person point of view
The next morning, they were excited from the moment they woke up. They rushed to do their things and waited for time to go by quickly. Junkyu went to the bus stop in a particularly pleasant mood. He was early and had to wait for the bus. He hopped on it once it arrived and looked forward to meeting Haruto.
Haruto also reached early. He waited in the car first. When the bus arrived, he quickly got out of the car. The bus drove away and he saw Junkyu standing there. The both of them grinned when their eyes met. Junkyu looked around and carefully crossed the door. This time when Junkyu came closer, Haruto didn't hesitate to open his arms.
Junkyu laughed and jogged to reach Haruto. He hugged him without any hesitation. Haruto laughed as he hugged Junkyu back. They pulled away and their lips were still curved up. Haruto smelled the scent coming from Junkyu and felt even better. They moved away and looked at each other.
" Let's go ". Junkyu nodded and they both went to the car. Junkyu opened the door and saw a small bag in the seat. He took it and sat down with it. Haruto also got in and they buckled up. Haruto started the engine and took off. Junkyu patted the bag. " What is this ? " " It is lunch for you ". Junkyu was shocked.
" EH ? " He didn't know what to say and stuttered. " This... Really ? " Haruto nodded. Junkyu felt too touched. " Thank you so much ". Haruto shook his head with a smile. " It is nothing. I woke up early and felt like it. So I made it for you ". Junkyu smiled. " I will finish it for sure ". Haruto chuckled. " Good ".
They chatted from time to time as Haruto drove them to the office. He parked and Junkyu removed his seat belt. He held the lunch bag and turned to Haruto. " But- " " Just tell them your mother made it for you ". Junkyu chuckled. Haruto really knew what he was thinking. " Alright ". He smiled and got out of the car.
He went to the elevator. Haruto watched him till he was near the elevator. Then he also got out of the car with his bag. He locked the car and walked to go to the elevator. His phone vibrated in his pocket and he took it out. He raised an eyebrow when he saw that it was a message from Junkyu.
Junkyu : I forgot to say it just now. Have a nice day :)
Haruto smiled and typed back.
Haruto : You too. We might not cross paths. I will call you after I go home.
Junkyu : Okay.
Haruto put the phone in his pocket with a small smile. Junkyu smiled and went to his seat. He greeted his colleagues and got to work. During lunch, he took the box with him to have. His friends were surprised. " What is this ? " " Aye~ " Junkyu laughed. " My mother packed it for me ". They all nodded, losing interest. Junkyu chuckled and ate it happily.
Junkyu really didn't come across Haruto throughout the day. He went back home and took a shower. He sat down on the bed and wondered if Haruto still didn't go home as he said he would call. Junkyu contemplated it. " Well.. if he doesn't, I can right ? " He picked up his phone and called Haruto.
Haruto picked in one ring. " Hello ". " Is it fine to talk ? " " Yeah. I just finished showering. I thought I would call you once I am done but you did before I could ". " Ah... " Junkyu felt like he was too hasty but Haruto spoke again. " But I am happy that you called. I was worried if I was being too much. But... looks like I am not the only one who wants it ".
Both of them laughed. " You are not the only one ". Junkyu confirmed. Haruto laughed again. Junkyu spoke up again. " By the way, the food was delicious ". " Happy to know ". " Don't tire yourself with things like this ". " It is not tiring ". What could really tire out an Alpha ? Haruto mused in his mind. Junkyu pouted a little.
" But still. If you really want to, we can meet during weekends and cook together ". There was no reason for Haruto to disagree. " Alright. So, how was work ? " They talked about their day and hung up. Junkyu ordered dinner for himself. He had it and cleaned up. He watched television for a while and then went to bed. His phone vibrated.
Haruto : Good night. Sleep well. ❤️
Junkyu : Good night. 🥰
Haruto put his phone away and fell asleep. Junkyu's routine changed completely from the on and he went with Haruto on a daily basis. They did come across each other twice too during work hours.
