A few minutes later, they arrived home.
Mei steps inside the house.
Natsu greets them.
"You guys are back, oh my God, you bought a lot of clothes!"
Erika smiles mischievously.
"Guess who paid for them, Mom?"
Natsu asks curiously.
"Who?"
Erika reveals.
"Mom, it's Mei."
Natsu remarks.
"Oh, that's weird of her."
Erika adds.
" Exactly when she told me she was paying, I was shocked. I am seriously parched. I really need a good coffee."
Natsu offers.
"I will make it for you."
Mei suggests.
"Ok, come on, Erika, let's go."
They head to their respective rooms. Mei heads downstairs.
Natsu calls out,
"Ok girls, come have your coffee."
Erika sits down as they sip the coffee.
Mei sends a text to her friend in Seoul Kim Ji-hyun.
Mei looks at Erika, turning serious
"Mei I know you're going through a tough time, but I want you to know that I'm here for you. We will get through all this together."
Mei eyes well up with tears as she's touched by her cousin's kindness and concern. Mei thanks her.
"Thanks, Erika, that means a lot to me."
Their conversation is suddenly interrupted by a notification on Mei's phone. She checks it. It's a message from her friend Kim Ji-hyun, confirming that she is indeed in Seoul and will be more than happy to host her when she arrives.
Mei's face lights up with a smile. She turns to Erika, who is wondering why she is smiling to herself.
"Erika, good news my friend Ji-hyun is willing to let me stay with her in Seoul."
Erika beams with happiness.
"That's fantastic. Let's focus on getting your luggage packed and ready for your new adventure. By next week, you will be on your way."
Mei replies.
"I am going to Seoul soon. I feel excited at the same time, nervous."
Erika reassures.
"Everything will work about beautifully."
Mei smiles
"Thanks Erika."
Erika suggests,
"Sis, let's go let me help you pack. The day is almost over."
Mei agrees.
"Ok."
It's evening. Erika explains the incident that happened in the mall to Natsu.
Natsu is furious.
"What?!"
Mei adds gravely
"Aunt, we have to take action against him, or else he is not going to leave Erika alone."
Natsu determines.
"I will deal with that son of a bitch. He has messed with the wrong girl."
Erika, thanks her mom.
"Thanks mom."
