Estelle's face burned red,she ran upstairs in a hurry missing mirabel who was on the staircase.
Mirabel smiled"hurray!we are one step closer to making her my mommy"
Axel chuckled and stared at leonard"i still haven't punished you for meeting her"
Leonard looked at him with a complicated expression,"let's go to the study i need to talk to you"
Axel shrugged"Mira go meet estelle"he turned and headed to the study followed by leonard.
As soon as axel settled in his chair,leonard grabbed his collar,he spoke through gritted teeth.
"what the hell axel,you're actually serious about her?,what about my sister,your fiance"
He calmly removed leonard's hand from his collar"since when did i take order from you,besides i never agreed to the so called engagement"
Leonard laughed in anger"your family would never accept her"
Axel's expression darkened"since when have i listened to them....after all they are not the marrying her"
Leonard glared at him and stormed out in anger,axel stared at his retreating figure with a smirk,he dialed a number on his phone.
"hello....come back now"
Meanwhile,estelle stood in the corridor lost in thought as she stared at the the door in front of her,she wasn't sure if this was her room ot not she regretted not asking axel earlier.
She sighed and entered the room,she gaped at the black and grey toned room and cursed axel in her mind,he actually prepared a male-themed room for her,she shrugged and wrnt to the closet,she saw a set of shirts all high end with trousers she paused but didn't think much of it,she dropped her suitcase and came out spotting mirabel on the bed.
Mirabel turned as soon as she heard footsteps,she smiled slyly"is this the room you chose?".
Estelle nodded and mirabel's smile grew wider,estelle found it strange but didn't think much of it,she sat beside her"extend your hand"
Mirabel complied,estelle frowned and asked.
"you haven't done a heart transplant yet"
"we've found donor,but the doctor said i'm too weak to undergo the surgery,but my conditon is getting worse"
Estelle frowned,that's not right her heart was in good shape but something was hindering it's performance and making it weak,she was familiar with the energy but she couldn't quite place it.
Mirabel saw her troubled expression"what's wrong?"
Estelle smiled"oh it's nothing"
Axel entered the room with a gloomy aura with a dirty object sticking on his arm,upon closer look it was the stray cat...
Estelle burst into laughter while mirabel fidgeted as she grabbed estelle's arm and whispered"he has OCD,he hates dirt,i'm afraid he's angry"
Estelle froze and quickly snatched thecat away from him,he immediately took off his suit jacket and threw it on the floor.
"what are you doing here?"
Estelle shot back"what do you mean,this is my room"
Axel stared at her with a strange gaze while mirabel giggled behind estelle,axel sighed and chose not to talk.
