He brought her down and held her face with a small smile on his face.
"Why did you stay?"
"I can't loose the new friends I made already. Plus, my mum didn't think the idea of leaving was good again" She said and he looked at the limousine.
The driver brought down her luggage and her mum got down.
"Make a change Ariel" Taylor said and Ariel looked back before smiling.
"I will" Ariel said and Taylor smiled before going back into the limousine.
The driver brought the luggage to them before bowing. He got into the limousine, ignited the engine and drove off.
"Let's go back to school" He said and she faced him before smiling.
"Sure but as we walk back, you'd tell me more about yourself. Please" She said and he nodded taking hold of the luggage.
They turned and started walking back to the school.
"Let's just say I've been a demon since birth." He said and she nodded.
"That's a good thing. You can be able to go very fast, compel someone and other cool stuffs." She said.
"It's not a good thing cos when they realized what I was, they threw me out of the house. And out of their lives even though I was just 10" He said and Ariel looked at him.
His facial expression was cold.
"So how did you cope?"
"I was found by a vampire named Jason and he told me about a demon clan. I got intrigued immediately and so I told him to take me there. He did and I met the ruler, Xylath" He said and looked at the school.
"We're here. We'd talk later" He said and she nodded.
They went into the school and they went to Ariel's room.
"Open" Ariel muttered and the door opened.
Ashley was on the bed crying with a duvet covering her entire body.
"Ashley" Ariel called and Ashely paused for a minute. She slowly rose the duvet from her face and sat up slowly.
She blinked before rubbing her eyes.
"A_Ariel?" She said standing up.
"You didn't leave?" Ashley asked walking slowly towards her.
"Yeahhh, I don't think I'm leaving anytime soon" Ariel said and Ashley pulled her in for a tight hug.
"Ariel. I thought you left for good. I thought I wouldn't see you again." Ashley said and Ariel chuckled breaking the hug.
"It's not like I was going to die. I would have been messaging or video calling if I left"
"It would never be the same if you leave so don't try it again. Please" Ashley said and Ariel nodded.
"I won't" She said and Ashley smiled.
"Aren't we suppose to have a class?" Ariel asked and Ashely sighed.
"I'd go take a shower" She said and walked past her going into the restroom.
Conrad walked to Ariel's closet and began arranging her clothes back in.
Ariel smiled and walked to sit on the stool in front of the dressing table. It was close to the closet.
"Thank you" She said and Conrad nodded.
"But why do I mutter some words and strange things happen?" She asked and he stopped arranging to look at her.
He snapped his fingers and everyone and everything froze excluding them both.
"You haven't told anyone about it right?"
"No why?" She asked.
"Don't do anything like that until you know what you are" He said and continued arranging the clothes.
"What I am?? Meaning I'm not human?" She asked and he looked at her.
"Ohh my goshhhh!!!!" She squealed happily.
"You seem so happy for not being a human" He said and continued arranging the clothes.
"Why won't I? I'd have powers which will be so cool...."
"It won't be cool since you have a lot of enemies. You haven't even become a full Heretic yet enemies are coming from different angles. Imagine if you master your witch powers?? The enemies will multiply" he said and faced the clothes.
"Why do you always have to take the fun out of everything?" She asked and he rolled his eyes ignoring her.
"I want to learn how to use my powers and you're going to help me" She said and he looked at her before closing the closet.
"Being a creature is not really a good thing. We're despised by the species called humans. I don't want you to feel that pain" He said and snapped his fingers before walking out of the room.
Ariel sighed looking at her reflection on ths mirror.
"Heretic" She muttered and smiled.
The door opened and Ashely came out of the restroom looking really pretty.
"Cool, let's go" Ariel said and she nodded.
They got what they needed before leaving the room.

"The projects will be submitted next week Monday. I believe y'all should be ready by then" She said and looked at the two empty chairs.
"Where's Ariel and Ashley?" She asked and Andrea smiled.
"Ariel is gone for good while Ashely,...ion actually care about her" Andrea said and he lecturer frowned.
The door opened and everyone turned their gaze towards the door. Their eyes widened seeing Ariel standing by the door.
"The heck?" Andrea said standing up which made Ariel smile.
"You thought I left?" Ariel asked stepping into the class.
"Why are you back here?" Andrea asked.
"Cos I'm supposed to change this school and I will and your petty father can't do anything about it" She said and smirked before walking further into the class taking her seat.
Ashley smiled and walked into the class as well. She sat down beside Ariel and Ariel looked up at Andrea who was breathing in and out heavily.
"Don't kill yourself. The party hasn't even begun" Ariel said and Andrea turned her gaze towards her immediately.
She walked closer to her and grabbed her by the collar raising her up.
"If I can't take you out the old fashion way, I will get blood on my hands and believe me, I'm very ruthless when it comes to that" Andrea whispered and Ariel smiled.
"Can't wait" Ariel said and Andrea let go of her storming out of the class.
"She doesn't look like she's ready for the class so let's continue from where we stopped" Miss Cornice said and Ariel opened her book.
Ariel felt eyes on her so she looked up from the textbook. She stared back at Kimberly before facing the book.
Kimberly smirked before facing the lecturer. Logan stared at her for a while before looking at Conrad.
"When do you plan on taking Ariel to meet Ava?" Logan asked and Conrad looked at him before looking back at the board.
"I will take her once she's ready but for now, let her enjoy her human life" He said and Logan chuckled.
"She's not enjoying it when she keeps looking behind when she walks thinking someone is coming for her"
"I will protect her" Conrad said.
"I know but not all the time. She needs to know how to fight for herself. She needs to know more about her powers and if you won't do it, I will" Logan said and faced the board.
Conrad stared at him for a while before facing the board as well.

"I don't think I'd take her out if the school just yet." Taylor said and Griffin smiled.
"That's good to hear. She's going to make a difference Taylor, that I'm sure of" Griffin said and Taylor nodded.
"There's going to be an outing to Chicago for 5 days. It's going to start next week Monday. I plan on announcing it but then I said lemme let you know first" He said and she stared at him for a while.
"I'd let Ariel ask me first and then we'd get the results. Thank you tho. Excuse me" She said and stood before smiling and she walked out of the door and out of the school.
She got into her limousine and it drove off. The unknown person in a black tinted car smirked and ignited the engine going after her.
