Chapter 115 - The Sextuplets’ First Joint Mission

The air was sharp with tension as Mukul gathered the sextuplets, Anaya, and the cousins in the underground strategy hall. A holographic map of Northern Europe flickered before them, highlighting a suspected smuggling route belonging to one of the rival organizations. It was a low-risk mission by Mukul's standards—but perfect to test the children's training in real-world conditions.

"This is reconnaissance," Mukul began, his tone steady. "No unnecessary combat. We need information on their network, movements, and supply chains. Your role is to observe, adapt, and extract data. Remember—you are not alone. Your cousins are your shield, and Anaya and I will be watching."

The sextuplets exchanged glances. Excitement and nerves mingled in their eyes, but determination anchored their expressions.

The Mission Begins

Under the cover of night, the team arrived at an abandoned dockyard on the Baltic coast. Rusted containers, broken cranes, and faint lights from guarded warehouses loomed ahead. Mukul gave hand signals, splitting them into groups.

Lyra and Selara, guided by Diya Malhotra, moved silently along the shadows, slipping into vantage points to observe guard patrols. Their small frames made them nearly invisible.

Orion and Caelis, under Veer's supervision, positioned themselves near the perimeter fencing, studying entry and exit routes while marking potential escape paths.

Elys and Fenris, assisted by Ronav and Riyaan, tapped into surveillance lines, their nimble hands working over compact devices Mukul had designed. Within minutes, they intercepted comm chatter.

Anaya coordinated the operation through comms, her voice calm. "Good. Keep formation. Remember the objective—intel, not confrontation."

First Obstacle

Suddenly, the patrol shifted. A group of smugglers diverted toward the containers where Lyra and Selara were hiding. The twins froze, exchanging hand signals. Instead of panicking, Selara picked up a loose shard of metal and tossed it further into the shadows. The noise distracted the guards, pulling them away.

"Nice work," whispered Diya over comms, pride in her voice. "Quick thinking."

Meanwhile, Orion and Caelis spotted a hidden passage behind a stack of crates leading directly to the main warehouse. Orion wanted to charge, but Caelis reminded him of the strategy. They marked the route for later and pulled back.

Intelligence Secured

Inside the surveillance hub, Elys and Fenris struck gold. The intercepted files contained shipment details, coded names, and financial transactions pointing to a wider network. Fenris whispered into comms, "We've got it. Sending data now."

But as they worked, a guard noticed their faint glow from the portable device. Within seconds, he was heading their way. Before the guard could raise an alarm, Ronav stepped out of the darkness, disarming him swiftly with a chokehold. "Focus," he told the twins softly. "You're doing well."

The Extraction

With the data secured, Mukul signaled retreat. But as they regrouped, headlights flared across the dockyard—two trucks arriving earlier than expected. Armed men spilled out, scanning the area. The sextuplets' first mission was seconds from spiraling out of control.

Anaya's voice was sharp through comms. "Stay calm. Follow the plan."

Lyra took the lead, signaling her siblings. Working in perfect synchrony, they slipped into the escape route Orion and Caelis had marked earlier. Cousins covered their flanks, neutralizing threats silently when needed. Mukul observed from a rooftop, pride swelling as he watched the children act not as individuals, but as a unit.

They reached the extraction point without a single casualty, their mission complete.

Aftermath

Back at headquarters, the sextuplets stood before Mukul and Anaya, still buzzing with adrenaline. Mukul's expression was calm, but his eyes carried warmth. "You handled yourselves better than expected. Not perfect—yet impressive. You adapted, trusted one another, and achieved the objective."

Anaya added, her voice softer, "You showed not just skill, but heart. That's what will make you true leaders."

The children beamed, exhaustion mixing with pride. For them, this night had been more than a mission—it was the first step into a world where their choices mattered, where their inherited legacy of strength, intellect, and unity began to take real shape.

As the cousins celebrated with them, Mukul looked out at the night sky. Deep inside, he knew this was only the beginning. The sextuplets were no longer just children—they were becoming warriors of the future.
