Early Wednesday morning, Simon headed to the Administration for Industry and Commerce with the necessary documents, only to realize at the counter that he'd forgotten one crucial company certificate. Fortunately, GIN Company wasn't far from here, and since he hadn't driven, he decided to walk.
It was peak commuting hour. Young office workers left their shared bikes at the plaza in front of the building and strode toward the entrance. Simon walked while glancing at his phone, when out of the corner of his eye, a familiar figure caught his attention. He lifted his head almost instinctively, and for a moment thought he must be seeing things.

At 1.88 meters, Leano was hard to miss in a crowd, especially with his baby-face features and round glasses. Simon wouldn't have mistaken him. Leano was carrying a hiking backpack, walking against the flow of people as if he'd just exited the building. Simon glanced at his watch.
