The Abomination roars, charging at the Hulk, who meets him head-on. Their fists collide, creating a shockwave that shatters nearby windows and sends debris flying. The Hulk, fueled by rage, swings wildly, but the Abomination anticipates each blow, dodging with surprising agility for his size.
The Abomination counters with a series of calculated strikes, each hitting a nerve cluster that weakens the Hulk's movements. He ducks under a haymaker, then slams his bony elbow into the Hulk's spine, sending him stumbling forward.
"Is that all you got, Hulk?"
The Hulk roars, grabbing a nearby taxi and hurling it at the Abomination. The Abomination sidesteps the projectile with ease and leaps onto the hood of a bus, using it as a springboard to launch himself at the Hulk.
Mid-air, he spins, lashing out with a kick that sends the Hulk crashing through a storefront window. The Hulk rises, angrier than ever, but his movements are sluggish, his punches telegraphed.
"You're getting sloppy."
The Abomination unleashes a flurry of blows, each strike precise and powerful. He hammers the Hulk with a left hook, then follows with a right uppercut that sends the green giant staggering. The Abomination ends the combination with a knee to the gut, doubling the Hulk over in pain. He grabs the Hulk's head and slams it into the pavement. The Hulk is stunned but slowly starts to recover. The Abomination is still ready to strike.
Mailbirdramon, circling above, suddenly zeroes in on the Abomination, unleashing a barrage of Plasma Cannons. The energy blasts explode around the Abomination, forcing him to break his assault on the Hulk and focus on the aerial threat.
"What the—?!"
Enraged by the betrayal, the Abomination grabs a parked car, ripping it from its axle and hurling it skyward. Mailbirdramon banks sharply, the vehicle sailing harmlessly past its mechanical wings. Another car follows, and another, each narrowly missing its target as Mailbirdramon weaves through the improvised projectiles with ease.
The Hulk, regaining his footing, seizes the opportunity. A primal roar escapes his lips as he charges at the distracted Abomination, his massive frame a green blur of fury. He barrels toward the Abomination.
The Abomination turns back, just in time to be blindsided by the Hulk's earth-shattering tackle. They both go crashing through a building. The structure crumbles around them in a cloud of dust and debris. The Abomination tries to rise. The Hulk is all over him, a maelstrom of fists and fury.
The Hulk's blows rain down. Each punch cracks pavement and sends shockwaves. The Abomination, unable to gain any leverage, is hammered back into the ground. The Hulk grabs the Abomination, spins him around, and throws him into another building.
Perched atop the ravaged edifice, Mailbirdramon surveyed the scene. Below, people gawked, their faces a mixture of terror and awe at the sight of the colossal mechanical avian. Whispers traveled through the crowd like static, each voice buzzing with questions of origin and allegiance.
Inside a military transport helicopter, General Ross scowled. The sudden appearance of this metallic creature threw a wrench into his carefully laid plans to capture the Hulk.
"What in God's name is that thing?" Ross barked.
Beside him, Betty gasped, a hand flying to her mouth. "Dad, is that one of your experiments?"
Ross's eyes narrowed, "Absolutely not. I have no idea what it is."
Meanwhile, Ethan, Gatomon, and BlackGatomon weaved through the panicking crowds, guiding people away from the combat zone. Shattered glass crunched under their feet as they helped the trapped and wounded, their focus on saving lives amidst the chaos.
Nearby, Cutemon worked tirelessly alongside paramedics, emitting a soft pink glow. The touch was a miracle, instantly mending broken bones and closing grievous wounds. The paramedics, though baffled by the small, rabbit-like creature, could not deny the effectiveness.
The Hulk and the Abomination erupted from the building, their battle resuming with renewed ferocity. The Abomination, battered but unbowed, ripped a chunk of rebar from the wreckage and swung it like a club. The Hulk dodged and weaved, retaliating with a thunderous punch that sent the rebar spiraling away.
Seeing an opportunity, Mailbirdramon swooped down, its mechanical wings slicing through the air. It released a volley of Plasma Cannons, each blast aimed at the Abomination's exposed limbs. The explosions ripped through the air, forcing the Abomination to stumble backward, momentarily distracted.
The Hulk charged, roaring with fury. He shoulder-checked the Abomination, driving him through a support beam. The Abomination grabbed the Hulk's arm, twisting it with inhuman strength. The Hulk bellowed. Mailbirdramon soared in, deploying its Trident Tail. The tail struck the Abomination's back, forcing him to release his grip on the Hulk.
The battle between these titans continued to escalate, leveling everything in its path. Mailbirdramon joined the fray, adding to the destruction. It was a symphony of devastation, each player contributing to the score.
Enraged, the Abomination, whose monstrous fury knew no bounds, grabbed the Hulk. With a grunt of effort that strained even his unnatural musculature, he hurled the green behemoth through the air like a discarded toy. The Hulk hurtled towards Mailbirdramon, a collision course set for pandemonium.
The impact was cataclysmic. Hulk and Mailbirdramon crashed into each other, a tangle of green flesh and metallic feathers. They spiraled towards the earth, landing hard amidst the wreckage, a heap of twisted limbs and sparking circuits. The ground trembled from the force of the landing.
The Abomination, reveling in his temporary advantage, prepared to press his assault. A predatory grin stretched across his reptilian face as he made a monstrous leap. He descended, a grotesque shadow blotting out the sky, intent on crushing his opponents beneath his weight.
But Agumon, small and seemingly insignificant, stood defiantly amidst the rubble. His voice rang out, clear and determined, cutting through the cacophony of destruction.
"Agumon Digivolve!"
A blinding light erupted from the small Digimon, an intense burst of energy that pulsed outwards, momentarily halting the battle. The light coalesced around Agumon, reshaping his form, augmenting his power. Scales shifted, horns erupted, and a warrior was born.
The light receded to reveal Greymon, a towering dinosaur-like figure wreathed in flames. His orange scales gleamed like molten metal, and his skull helmet radiated a primeval power. Without hesitation, he lowered his head, the horns on his helmet glowing with searing energy.
With a thunderous roar, Greymon launched himself skyward, a blazing projectile hurtling towards the descending Abomination. He met the Abomination mid-air, and unleashed the Great Horns Attack.
The impact resonated like a sonic boom. Greymon's horns slammed into the Abomination's chest with earth-shattering force, disrupting his descent. The Abomination, caught completely off guard, was sent careening backward, a guttural cry escaping his lips as he crashed into the street. Pavement buckled and cracked under the force of the impact.
With a triumphant yell, Ethan praised Greymon's timely assist. He then dashed towards the heap of wreckage where the Hulk and Mailbirdramon lay intertwined, a concerning jumble of green skin and sparking metal.
The Hulk, slowly disentangling himself from the mechanical bird, glared at Ethan. The gaze was intense, filled with suspicion and simmering rage.
"Hey, big guy," Ethan began, cautiously approaching, "I don't know if you remember me from Brazil, but maybe we should team up? My Digimon—they're my friends—they can help you."
The offer was met with a deafening roar, a primal scream that vibrated through the very bones of anyone nearby. The Hulk, rejecting any form of alliance, launched himself toward the Abomination, his every movement fueled by pure, unadulterated anger.
Ethan just sighed, a mix of resignation and understanding etched on his face.
"Real smooth," BlackGatomon remarked, her tone dripping with sarcasm, "That was rude."
Ethan, unperturbed, shrugged. "Eh, I get it. Hulk is like that. Distrusts everyone. He's been hunted since the moment he was born, after all."
Despite the Hulk's explicit rejection, Ethan decided to provide support anyway. There was no way he was going to let the Abomination run wild. He had to do what he could to help.
