Chapter 86 - White Yaksha: Low-key?

On a certain well-known social network, Tony Stark's private account.

——Since it's a game-related press conference, it naturally needs to be a bit different.

The first Stark Comic Con will be held at the press conference venue on the day of the press conference. Visitors can experience the new, groundbreaking game in advance, and those who place in the top ten in the Cosplay competition will receive luxurious prizes.

The first-place prize is a Ferrari.

???

Seeing the information released by Tony Stark, people from political, business, and military circles didn't feel surprised.

Tony Stark is a willful and self-centered guy; it's only natural that he would do some strange things.

But it's about experiencing a new game!

The game company bosses had some ideas and planned to send people to investigate, to see if they could copy it.

Although experiencing a new game in advance was tempting, the top ten rewards of the COS competition were even more tempting!

The first-place prize was a Ferrari!

The first place in the COS competition, I'm taking it!

Within a minute, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of people swore at the same time.

In the villa, Tony Stark clapped his hands, "Done."

"Speaking of which, how should we set up the Comic Con venue?" White Yaksha held her small chin, seriously considering.

Tony waved his hand, and a bunch of pictures from the comic con appeared in mid-air. "It's not really set up at all. Just a bunch of booths in an empty room. It's so bland!"

Tony Stark stroked his stubble, clearly dissatisfied. How could he, the great Tony Stark, do something so ordinary?

Unique! It has to be unique!

"Jarvis," Tony snapped his fingers, "Build a Stark Comic Con website."

A minute or two later, a mechanical, synthesized, and magnetic voice echoed through the room.

"Completed, sir."

"Set up a channel for booth applications," Tony Stark continued to instruct.

After a dozen seconds, Jarvis replied, "Completed, sir."

"Project a design that incorporates elements of pirates, ninjas, future technology, and Japanese, Chinese, and European architecture, based on the layout of the exhibition hall," Tony Stark continued.

Wow!

Are you going for a mishmash?!

Mu Yang immediately complained. How big is the venue you're preparing? Do you have enough space for all these elements? Be careful not to make a Frankenstein's monster!

A flash of blue light, and a holographic projection materialized in mid-air. Tony looked down at it, while White Yaksha stared at it at eye level, remaining silent.

"It's hideous," Kayaba Akihiko, clad in a pure black suit, commented.

"Go back to designing your game," Tony Stark retorted, waving a hand dismissively. "If you don't have a game ready for the launch, you'll be answering to me."

"I've already finished it, you know!" Kayaba Akihiko said in a very casual tone, uttering an extremely pretentious statement.

The Seed is software capable of creating and managing small VRMMOs. It includes everything from Cardinal, which is essential for running a VRMMO, to game creation tools. All that's needed to build a VRMMO environment is 3D objects and a server.

And the software was personally created by Kayaba Akihiko; recompiling the program only takes time.

"I've already given you the design for the NERvGear. When can you mass-produce it, and have you prepared the server?"

Not one to back down, Kayaba Akihiko countered without hesitation.

"It's just a simple game console. Three days is enough for the human-machine puppets to make a couple hundred." The production line hasn't been set up yet, so they're relying on human-machine puppets to make them by hand. As for the server…

If money can solve the problem, is it even a problem?!

The two, who had failed to hurt each other, glared at each other, their sharp gazes seeming to spark a virtual flame.

"Hmph!"

Both snorted coldly, turning their heads away from each other.

"Jarvis, switch to a different design." Tony Stark ordered.

The holographic projection blurred for a few seconds, then cleared again, displaying a brand new design.

Looking at the new projection, Tony Stark's brow furrowed even further. Why is it still so ugly?

"Tch! How ugly," Kayaba Akihiko sneered, seizing the opportunity.

Tony Stark's forehead bulged with veins, "…You got the guts to try?"

"Heh," Kayaba Akihiko scoffed. An AI with such a massive computational load couldn't even design a decent blueprint after two attempts. Would I be foolish enough to fall for your taunt? And then, lose face?

"The venue is too small," the White Yaksha said, observing. "Do you need me to provide a bigger space?"

The White Yaksha held up a Gift Card.

Tony and Kayaba Akihiko's eyes flicked over the Gift Card, but they didn't doubt the White Yaksha's words. However…

Not necessary. Absolutely not necessary!

It's just a Comic Con venue, for crying out loud. It can't possibly stump me, Tony Stark.

If I use your method, the number of agents camping outside my door will just increase…

Hmm…

Wait a minute, there are always a bunch of agents hanging around my place, and Kayaba Akihiko just appeared in my home out of nowhere…

Tony's face darkened. He could already foresee a future where agents would swarm wherever he went.

"Never mind," Tony Stark said, his face grim, waving his hand. "I'll find a bigger place for the Comic Con."

"The venue you chose before was already the largest in New York, wasn't it? Where else can you go?" Kayaba Akihiko questioned.

"The desert," Tony Stark said, glancing sideways at Kayaba Akihiko, a look of triumph in his eyes.

The store event from a few days ago had flattened several streets nearby. That empty space would definitely be big enough to be a venue.

"How are you going to move all that sand? How can you repair the broken ground in three days? And how can you possibly build those structures you envisioned in three days?"

Kayaba Akihiko fired off a barrage of questions, and with each one, Tony's face darkened.

"Not to mention, can you even get the rights to use that area?"

Tony Stark's ship had sunk.

As a battleground between aliens, the desert area was sealed off by multiple national departments, and ordinary people weren't allowed near it. There was a bunch of researchers studying the sand.

"Leave the venue to me!" White Yaksha held up a Gift Card and said in a tone that brooked no argument.

Looking at the seemingly powerful loli before him, Tony Stark nodded with difficulty, saying something completely out of character, "Don't go overboard, keep it low-key."

It was mainly because the agents were too annoying, and you couldn't get rid of them. He didn't want to have three hundred agents lurking around him in the future.

The thought of that image made Tony Stark's scalp crawl.

Maybe I should build a secret base!

Tony Stark stroked his stubble, his mind wandering.

White Yaksha muttered the word "low-profile," recalling the many game venues and miscellaneous Gifts she'd collected, trying to find something that fit the description.

Mu Yang, in the meantime, was sitting on the sofa, sipping tea, and browsing through the beautiful photos of Cosplay girls provided by Jarvis.

After meeting White Yaksha, Mu Yang's repressed LSP power suddenly exploded.
