"Everyone, today is Kelin's birthday." Sam announced cheerfully as he walked inside. He raised Kelin's hand in the air, for everyone to see.
"You never told anyone," Maria said and moved closer to Kelin, hugging her tightly. "Happy birthday sweetheart."
"Thank you," Kelin responded with a bright smile. She joined the others at the table. There wasn't much to be shared, but Maria brought out wine, and they all held a toast to Kelin's birthday.
"I told you," Sam nudged her. "There's nothing to cry about."
"Happy birthday, Kelin." Trevor, who had been silent, gave his own wishes. "May the moon goddess be kind to you."
In less than a minute, everyone had chorused birthday wishes to Kelin, including Triton and Devon.
"Lets host a celebration for her tonight. What do you think, Trevor?" Maria suggested.
Trevor nodded his head in approval. "We should, and we'd also celebrate you as you're leaving for Veilwood."
