In 2023, in the Kingdom of Wakanda—a nation brimming with futuristic science and technology—King T'Challa, the Black Panther, sat upon his throne, his brow furrowed in deep thought. His face carried a look of unease.
"Brother, what's troubling you?"
His younger sister, Shuri, dressed in her sleek vibranium suit, approached and stood before him, her eyes full of concern.
"I can feel the call of my ancestors," T'Challa said quietly, turning his gaze toward Shuri.
His words startled her. "What? T'Challa… what do you mean? Are you saying you're going to die?"
Shuri knew very well that her brother, having consumed the heart-shaped herb, could sense the spiritual energy of the Black Panthers who came before him. It was said that when a Black Panther was nearing death, they would be summoned by the spirits of past kings. If T'Challa could hear their call, it meant his end might be near.
"I don't know," he replied. "Even though we defeated Thanos, a new crisis is rising. There's a man named Allens… he's growing stronger at an alarming rate somewhere in the past timeline. Maybe in just a few minutes, he'll appear right before us—and kill us all."
A faint, bitter smile crossed T'Challa's lips. During the war against Thanos, he had experienced the Titan's immense power and despair firsthand. Yet now, he sensed that this Allens was an even more terrifying enemy.
"The Avengers must have a plan to deal with this," Shuri said after a moment of silence, her voice tinged with unease.
But T'Challa said nothing. The heavy silence between them deepened.
Meanwhile, at Wakanda's core research facility—now converted into a quantum laboratory—nearly all the surviving Avengers were gathered.
At the center of the lab, Doctor Stephen Strange, the Sorcerer Supreme, maintained a glowing red magic circle. Opposite him, Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch, stood with her eyes closed, her face contorted in pain as red energy flickered wildly around her hands.
Everyone's attention was fixed on Wanda. Peter Parker, unable to contain himself, broke the silence.
"Uh… hey, guys, I'm kind of a scientist too. Well, more of a science assistant, but still… Quantum theory is super complicated. Quantum mechanics isn't perfect yet, and this, uh, 'Chaos Plan'—yeah, I like that name by the way—it sounds really cool, like something superheroes would come up with."
He paused, looking uneasy. "But, um, if I understand correctly, this plan is to use magic to strike Allens in the past from the future… right? It's awesome, but something tells me this might not end well."
Peter's nervous rambling betrayed his fear. The trauma of facing Thanos still haunted him.
"Hey, Spider-Kid, relax. We killed Thanos, didn't we?"
A bearded, slightly overweight Thor stepped up beside him and patted him reassuringly on the shoulder.
"That's right," said Star-Lord, stepping forward with the Guardians of the Galaxy behind him. "No matter how strong the enemy is, as long as we stick together, we'll win again."
Rocket, Drax, Gamora, Groot, and Mantis nodded in agreement.
"I'm not saying we can't win," Peter said, frowning. "It's just… weird. If we still had the Infinity Stones, we could have wiped out any enemy. We wouldn't even need Captain America to return them. With the Stones, anyone could be turned to dust."
His words froze the entire room. Even Doctor Strange halted his spell and opened his eyes.
"The power of the Infinity Stones," Strange said solemnly, "is something no one can control—not even Captain Marvel. Their energy is beyond what any being can withstand."
After a heavy pause, Peter spoke again, scratching his head. "Okay, but then why did we return them and the Infinity Gauntlet? Doesn't that seem… risky?"
"Hey, bug, you sure talk a lot," Clint Barton (Hawkeye) said with a helpless sigh. Though he had kids of his own, he found the young Spider-Man's endless chatter exhausting.
BOOM!
Before anyone could reply, a burst of terrifying red energy erupted from Wanda. The shockwave swept through the lab, throwing every hero backward.
In the center of the chaos, the quantum machine on the ceiling activated. A glowing vortex opened, revealing a vision that left everyone speechless.
Through the quantum rift, they could see New York City—reduced to ruins. In the middle of the destruction yawned a massive, bottomless rift.
"Perfect timing," said Doctor Strange, his eyes glinting. "Allens—the so-called Superman—has already torn New York apart. This is his weakest moment."
Interlocking his fingers, Strange formed a new set of magic rings. His immense spiritual power resonated with Wanda's mind, drawing her consciousness into another realm.
"Is this… the multiverse dimension?" Wanda whispered, disoriented but awestruck. The space around her twisted and shifted endlessly—just like Strange's first journey beyond the physical plane. Her soul kept falling until she reached a chaotic, storm-like realm.
"This place… it belongs to the Lord of Chaos," she murmured, sensing a power stirring deep within her soul.
A familiar voice echoed in her mind—it was Doctor Strange.
"Wanda, follow your inner calling. Your psychic power is only the surface. The true strength lies within your soul. Summon it, and you will surpass me… you will become the strongest Sorcerer Supreme."
As his voice faded, Wanda's eyes snapped open. She remembered her mission.
"Awaken… the power of origin magic!"
Her body rose into the air, surrounded by red energy. Above her, the quantum vortex expanded—not as a portal for travel this time, but as a conduit for pure, unimaginable power.
