Chapter 567 - Ch: 66-73

Teen Wolf : A Chimera Rising—Chapter 66]November 13

It took only a minute for Markus to mull over all his newfound rewards, something to put in his calvary of capabilities.

With that done he decided to quickly finish this.

[—Begin Assimilation of Traits and Abilities?]

With just one mental prompt he'd be done, finally.

And then he'd start his second coming.

So with a grin that didn't know what to expect with the assimilation, he agreed, hoping by the damn Nematon that he wouldn't pass out as it was seemingly the trend of the System.

[—Ding! Beginning assimilation!...]

[—Ding! Assimilating Trait - Stupidly Endowed[C].....]

He blinked as the process started, then he focused on his crotch as he felt his phallus expanding and elongating.

' Why did you have to be first?' He wondered with a resigned groan.

He stayed there feeling his dick grow to obscene lengths, it's girth and length threatening to break free from his pants.

He felt the trait click into place and immediately he activated the small control he had over the trait, quickly downsizing it to the maximum.

At the end though he still had a 9 Inch, 2.5 inches girth dick.

And that was on soft.

' Oh god....' He grumbled, wondering how that was supposed to fit inside any woman.

[—Ding! Assimilating Trait - Unarmed Casting[A]....]

Unarmed Casting clicked into place with no fanfare, just the simple confirmation and confidence in himself that slotted into his mind telling him of his new capability to unleash spells at any place around him.

He also seemed to be able to cast spells in a range of 100 meters too, which was a welcome suprise.

Smiling at the added boon he focused on the next screen.

[—Ding! Assimilating Ability - Regenerative Essence[S].....]

This time the change happened all around his body, he found suddenly straightening as tingles of electricity ran through his body for a good 10 seconds before stopping.

And when it was done his awareness of his body caught the fact that blemishes and scars that had been on his body for years started disappearing.

And moments after that he felt a rising heat from his very cells, slowly that heat too died down and he was left confused as to what that meant but quickly buried his confused down as another screen appeared before him.

[—Ding! Ding! Assimilating Trait - Fae Beauty[A]....]

The changes this time were bone pronounced as he found himself wincing as pain flared up around his body, he felt a cold sweat at the fact that he felt some pain at the changes as with [Pain Tolerance] at its current level should have made the pain feel like breeze.

He didn't get to think of that for too long as he had to focus back on the changes happening to him.

One, his face started contorting, shifting as already handsome face took a tenfold increase.

His body which had been full of muscles slowly streamlined to a mix of swimmers and bodybuilder physique, a delicate and beautiful balance between the two that seemed to make his entire presence pop out.

He saw every unwanted physical traits like birth marks morph, not disappearing but changing to become more aesthetically pleasing.

The process continued for a good 5 more minutes before Markus felt the trait fit into place inside him.

And when he was done he had to look at the mirror with wide eyes.

He still looked like himself thankfully but now it was more, his very beauty was a statement that he couldn't understand and the beauty that he now had almost felt elien to him.

' Damn, if I don't find a way to lower this beauty factor girls will be all over me.' He thought a bit vain as he studied his body extensively.

He was then interrupted by the system once more.

[—Ding! Ding! Assimilating Wild Magic Core[SS]...]

The change that followed had Markus clutching at his head as a splitting headache suddenly assaulted him.

" AARRRRHHH!FUCKINGSHITFUCKEHIT!"

[—Pain Tolerance has leveled up!]

[—Pain Tolerance has leveled up!]

[—Pain Tolerance has Maxed Out!]

[—Pain Tolerance has further Evolutions, peruse them at your leisure.]

Seeing the screens that suddenly appeared he immediately opened up his skills, clicking on pain tolerance and agreeing on its evolution.

[—Available Evolutions—]

[—Pain Immunity ~ Grants the user immunity to pain, at max level will grant the user immunity to all pain done to the nerves.]

[—Pain Engine ~ Allows the user the ability to build up pain in himself, this pain can then be dealt into others with each attack they throw disregarding any defences they might have.]

[—Pain Distribution ~ Allows the user the ability to distribute pain from himself to another being.]

Markus almost immediately clicked on [Pain Immunity].

But he found himself freezing just as he almost did, actually reading through the list of evolutions he had.

He grunted as he suddenly felt his greed building up, he wanted all the skills presented to him.

But after a careful 1 second debate of painful screams he choose the last evolution.

[—Ding! You have obtained Pain Distribution[1]-]

Immediately after that he activated the ability, his senses rolling off like a tidal wave around a few kilometres.

He found a dozen creatures that were just ripe for him to use, there were also a few people that seemed to be skidding through the outskirts of the town but he didn't focus on them.

Instead he touched the minds of every animal and creature around him, then he distributed all the pain he was feeling to all of them.

Immediately he felt thousands of bugs suddenly go unresponsive, critters foam from their mouths and become brain dead, deers, bears and the wolves suddenly howling out in pain.

Markus felt his pain lessening by a great degree, enough that he could focus on himself finally.

He focused on his brain where he felt like he was going through surgery as pressure built up on it.

He focused on the build up before he understood what was happening, his [Genius Comprehension] deducting the sudden burst of magic that burner up in his head.

That was the [Wild Magic Core], lodged inside his brain with no consent from him, well, he had consented but he hadn't expected that out of all things.

Markus grumbled shaking his head as finally the pain stopped and the trait clicked into place finally.

And with it he paused, his senses suddenly flaring up with life as he felt dozens of beastly presences around him, his own presence included.

He focused to their biggest lab, there he felt dozens of beastly presences seemingly shifting.

They went from humanly presences to presences that were more beastly by the second.

' Is that what it looks like? Their human presences are shifting to animalistic forms.' He thought, putting that as another thing he would need to study.

But with this new sense of sight he found that his Aura Senses somehow became more bolstered, allowing the ability to see more than he remembered.

And as he focused on himself he paused at what he was seeing.

His presence, unlike a rigid state like most of his clones were.

His was an ever-changing mass of all black consuming aura.

" Well that's concerning...." He muttered out.

Teen Wolf : A Chimera Rising—Chapter 67]November 14

Tearing his eyes away from his honestly horrifying looking beastly aura he decided to focus on the other aspects of the trait.

Now that it was Assimilated with him he finally got some idea of what it truly did and to say that it was amazing would be under-selling it.

This Wild Magic Core granted him the ability to shift into primal forms of any beast bloodline he would assimilate into himself.

This allowed him the ability to shift into their animal forms.

But he could already do that with the use of [Chimera Shifter] so what this trait did was multiply that effect and enhance it with magic.

Instead of turning into normal versions of the were-forms Markus would take in the future, his complete True States were primal and more evolved for war in a manner of speaking.

The full shift of any were-forms he took would be bigger, primal and each form would apparently have its own unique ability.

That honestly was way more than he expected.

The trait was worth its [SS] rank title.

[—Ding! Assimilating Trait Boundless Love[A]....]

The trait instantly clicked into place, something that he was surprised about but quickly shrugged off.

He didn't feel anything from its which shouldn't have been that surprising due to the nature of it, seeing as it affected others and not him.

[—Assimilation Complete!]

I blinked as that was all said and done, shrugging that off I opened up my inventory to find all my items rewards stuffed there and also something a little extra.

[—Inventory—]

—A Bend In Magic[C]

—Trace Gloves[S]

—A Drop Of Cleansing Potion.

—Skill Stone[SS]

—The Beast Mask[A]

— Eagis Contract Scroll(X10)[S]

—Arcane Oak Sampling[SS]

—Tome Of Blessings[S]

—[-]—

He'd need to get that drop of cleansing potion to his clones, see what they could learn from it.

Aside from that he grabbed the Tome.

He was interested in the magic and he still had time while his clones finished up administering the serums to his prisoners.

The Tome Of Blessings seemed like an endgame magic of sort that one would see in video games.

The cover of the book was gold, pure gold with accents of magic woven through each molecule.

Immediately that showed him that this was the real deal, a tome that would teach him to weave his own spells.

Opening the first page he delved deep into the texts, finding them almost archaic in the way the language was so foreign in.

Shaking his head he decided to be serious about this.

So he let the reigns he held over his trait free.

[Genius Comprehension] roared to life with more fervor than he remembered, his higher [Mind] stat bolstering the traits capabilities as understanding started trickling in on the foreign language.

But that wasn't enough.

So he let another trait free from its chains.

[—Sigils Anchor[Trait] - You are a Sigil Anchor, a rare cast of the few who have understood the baseline of what makes reality. You have the ability to understand all that is infront of you, able to see what none can see and interact with it in ways that none can.]

Immediately after [Sigils Anchor] was activated he found the scribbles of text infront of him change, turning to indescribable runes and texts that seemed more like a language than what it had been.

Seeing this he immediately knew of a solution.

So again he let another trait free, already feeling his brain absorbing information at rapid pace.

[—Aura Source[Trait] - A Rare Trait only formed by those who are truly intune with Aura and it's Potential. Allowing those with it the ability to not only see aura but translate it into understandable form than the vague sense of emotions of its lesser power. It also allows an even deeper understanding and control of aura as a whole, breaching through to be able to even seamlessly integrate into other beings aura in a variety of manner.]

This trait allowed him to translate the aura that each rune, glyphs and sigils had and finally after all that he understood what was written infront of him.

' Incredible....' He thought.

He wasn't only learning about blessing magic anymore, no, he was also learning of the language infront of him and the power it held and he was loving every second of it.

~|—|~

" Boss, it's time." Were the words that brought Markus out of his learning frenzy.

He blinked, a bit confused as to where he was before remembering the fact that he had been waiting.

' Wow, I must have really gotten absorbed by that book.' He thought with a frown, throwing a quick nod to his clone and quickly putting the Tome inside his inventory.

He stood up from his chair and stretched his limbs, a content smile on his face before looking at the system screens that he had ignored.

[Aura Decryption has leveled up][X2]

[Rune-Script Magic Has Maxed Out!]

[Fuinjutsu has Maxed Out!]

[Sigil Magic has Maxed Out!]

[—Ding! You've learnt Blessing Magic[1]-]

[Blessing Magic has leveled up][X1]

Finally, all his Magical Language skills had maxed out, it seemed the stimulation granted by the Tome was what they all needed.

The other screens after that were more so what he expected.

[—Mind has increased by 8]

That was a big increase for just 2 hours of reading, but in that time he had comprehended a lot about the obscure magic of blessings.

Then there was another pop-up message that appeared that he hadn't expected.

[—Due to Skills ~ Rune-Script Magic[Max] - Fuinjutsu[Max] - Sigil Magic[Max] having reached max level, you have obtained a rare opportunity for a fusion evolution!]

[—Do you wish to fuse and evolve the skills ~ Rune-Script Magic[Max] - Fuinjutsu[Max] - Sigil Magic[Max] ?]

Seeing the screen Markus had to let out a sigh.

" My system after its update is just throwing shit at me at this point." He muttered out with shake of his head.

But thinking further on the screen infront of him he decided to say fuck it and agree, after all, what was the worst thing that could happen?

[—Ding! Initiating Fusion!.....]

Teen Wolf : A Chimera Rising—Chapter 68]November 15

Markus waited in anticipation as a loading bar appeared before him.

He waited for a couple seconds before the screen popped in completion.

[—Ding! Rune-Script Magic[Max], Fuinjutsu[Max], Sigil Magic[Max] Has Fused And Evolved into ~ Magus Script[1]-]

He raised an eyebrow at the name of the skill, quickly pulling up his skill tab and frowning as he found that all three of the skills he used for the fusion were gone.

In their place was the new skill.

[—Magus Script[1] ~ The Magus Script, a form of code that is the closest to the code of the source. This skill allows the user the skill to utilise any magical language they know to empower or give power to reality.

~Allows the user to give meaning, form and power to words, etchings, runes, sigils and all form of language as all is but Code to the Source.

~Utilising this Skill is Mana Extensive.]

Markus stood there amazed as information streamed inside his head.

This was like all three skills he fused and many more in one, he found himself knowing Egyptian texts, Aztec Patterns, Druid Symbols and so much.

With just this one skill he found that each of these different cultures languages of power had facets that they were better at than others.

He also learnt how to carve them, how to bring their power out into the world.

" This just got better and better...." He thought grinning, raising his hand as an Egyptian rune of fire materialised out of mana.

As soon as the rune fully materialised, the rune combusted into a golden orb of pure flames the size of an apple.

He raised a brow as that simple act took 1% out of his 105 Stats worth of Mana.

He shrugged, deciding to play with the new magic later as he focused on a screen that had been blaring up as soon as the [Magus Script] skill had been created.

[—Ding! You've discovered the new fusion feature!]

[—Fusion ~ A feature that allows the user to fuse two similar skills, traits or abilities into one at the cost of their individual parts for a better or worse result depending on the selected parts.]

Reading through that he immediately realised the usefulness of the new feature.

Especially since he had a ton of skills that he could fuse, and if the [Magus Script] was anything to go by then that meant if he chose right then the resulting fusion will be way more grander the the summ of its parts.

This was a double edged blade as he could ruin a fusion by adding something not synergistic but honestly he thought that the risk was worth it.

He even almost started fusing willy nilly, hoping to obtain a skill just as great as the [Magus Script] but stopped himself.

He still had something to finish after all.

So preparing himself, he wore his loosest clothes, ones he wouldn't mind losing before making his way to where the clones were.

The lab that had been used for the serum administration was empty, all the subjects being moved to the basement.

Reaching the basement he grinned at how different it looked.

When he last was here it had looked like a mad wizards dwelling.

Now though it was more sophisticated, the walls having been transmuted into a black obsidian substance stronger than diamond that sparkles in the light.

The facilities had also been revamped, spotting more technological improvements alongside magical.

The runes etched on every equipment that was in the basement told him that his magic clone had been busy.

His focus though for now wasn't on that.

He focused instead on the cells on the far left, they too having been improved and strengthened to facilitate the supernatural creatures they now held.

" All subjects survived their transformations, the normal animal genes used for the serums also didn't diminish the power of the resulting were-creatures by much." One clone muttered, his voice monotone as he read from a report uncaring for the shackled and gagged prisoners who cried out for mercy.

" It seemed that magic was the solution to creating were-creatures, using a simple transmutation to imbue the DNA samples of the animals we had was enough to bring up each serums Rank up to S Tier." Another clone said, staring at our subjects who stared in horror, fear and confusion.

Probably at seeing a dozen man with the same faces.

" By your command they were given the single DNA serums, so they are not chimeras." Another stated.

" Good, which one do I start with next?" Markus asked, staring at the people he was about to end.

A small part of him thought he'd be apprehensive of killing innocent man and woman, but he wasn't.

This was all for for power and his survival, and for that he was willing to do unspeakable things or so he had come to realise.

" Let's start with what we know best." A clone muttered, walking up to the furthest cell.

" The chains on their arms are runes to inhibit their strengths and transformations." He was told." But from what we have gotten out of the tests, these are the prominent results of all the subjects."

" All of them have exhibited more strength than we had expected, with the lowest subject being able to exhibit 2 tons of power."

Markus mulled over that information, it seemed that his experiments had caused the resulting creations to be more powerful than he thought; something to be proud of to be about to wield.

" They are also faster, by how much is inconclusive due to limitations of out facility and the lack of our subjects help and also we've tested their durability to be able to tank a bullet with only minor lacerations."

" We've been also able to ___ them by types, depending on what they are better at than others."

" The werewolf infront of us is the most basic, a jack of all trades but master of none in Strength, Speed and Durability." A clone said, pointing at the man who looked to have taken a dip into the pools of youth by how different he looked from before.

But then again, all the subjects undertook a physical change.

" The serum though did have beneficial changes even if the type the werewolf is the same, now he's a better Jack Of All Trades and even as a beta we put him in the league's of a newly turned alpha."

Hearing that he raised a brow, wondering wether his serums were really that strong.

Turning a human to a beta with the strengths of an alpha.

He wondered what that power would be like when he absorbed it.

After all he was an Alpha Chimera, and any form he took would also be alpha by technicality.

" What other were-creatures were you able to make?" He asked, as he hadn't been that hands on with creating the other serums after he completed his True Chimera Serum.

" We were able to create the following, we focused on immediate use first." The clone closest to him said before showing him a report.

The were two papers given to him, one of the types that the clones had created and one showing the were-creatures he had to absorb.

[—Werecreature Type—]

• Jack Of All Trades ~ Good at every type, but not overly extraordinary in anything.

• Strength ~ Has incredible strength, minimum to be added into this typing is 10 tons of force.

• Speed ~ Has incredible speed, being able to achieve great bursts of speeds in seconds.

• Durability ~ Has incredible durability, minimum for typing is being able to tank a 9mm calibre.

• Mystic ~ Has a well of mana welling up inside of them, suspected to have mystical abilities such as the hellhound or kitsune.

—[-]—

|~Were-Creatures~|

• Werewolf ~ Jack Of All Trades Type | Note - The creature exhibits higher strength, speed potential and durability than what a normal beta werewolf is estimated to hold. Shows to be at the level of an early alpha. Data on Extra Abilities Inconclusive.

• Werelion ~ Strength Type/Durability Type| Note - Has shown higher than estimated strength for a strength type and the minimum to be assigned the durability type. Has been shown to be able to distribute 25 tons of strength when successfully bending a transmuted allow that can endure 30 tons of force. Data on Extra Abilities Inconclusive.

• Were-Jaguar ~ Speed Type/Mystic Type | Note - Had shown incredible speed alongside a mystical effect where it shrouds itself in a dark must. Data on any other abilities inconclusive.

• Were-Lizard ~ Durability Type/Speed Type | Note - Has shown incredible durability, being able to cover their skin in crystalline scales alongside incredible bursts of speeds. Data on abilities inconclusive.

• Were-Coyote ~ Jack Of All Trades Type/Mystic Type| Note - The creature exhibits higher strength, speed potential and durability alongside a vast mystic presence in the form of the mana and aura, possibility of unknown ability high. Data on abilities inconclusive.

• Were bear ~ Strength Type/Durability Type| Note - The creature has shown vast amount of strength, being able to render through an allow created through Transmutation and tank through runed high calibre rounds as if they were nothing. Creature had to put to sleep due to the danger it represented. Data on abilities inconclusive.

" We have a lot to do, so let's get started." Markus muttered, grinning at his catalogue of prey.

Teen Wolf : A Chimera Rising—Chapter 69]November 17

Markus entered the first cell and watched as the man chained up with runes chains whimpered on his gag.

' Pitiful...' He thought with a shake of his head as he felt excitement bubble up inside him.

He walked up infront of the man, keeping vigilance even as he raised up his hand and stared at it in excitement.

*Schhliick*

He watched as pure white claws grew out from his nails, morphing along the way to take on a sleek sharp metallic hue.

Markus studied the transformation in awe before staring at the werewolf who's fear hit his aura field like a tide.

Shaking off that feeling he decided to get this over with.

So he quickly activated [Origin Of Power] and connected it with [Chimeric Absorption].

Immediately he understood his ability, finding aspects of the ability that wasn't even shown by his system, like the aspect of [Chimeric Absorption] that would allow him to absorb from even normal humans, stealing whatever made them special and even their lifeforce.

He could even then imbue anything he takes to others and take it back at any time.

Though he had to admit that to use these applications would need a lot of control and use over the ability, something that he could train and be masterful enough to use in a fraction of the time it would normally take a normal person.

The [Origin Of Power] also allowed him more control over his [Chimeric Absorption], meaning that he would now be able to absorb more out of living creatures than he would have been able to without the indepth perspective on his ability.

So as he loomed over the pitiful wimpering werewolf he grinned, his eyes unbeknownst to him shifting to a glowing white that caused the werewolf to stiffen.

Markus didn't care for that though as his clawed hand found itself around the persons neck, claws digging deep enough into the durable skin to draw out.

"*Pained Groans*"

" You know, you're more pitiful than I thought your kind should have been." Markus muttered, appraising the man with a bitter chuckle at the fact that he had been fearful of these creatures.

" But don't worry, you'll now pave way to becoming a part of a bigger whole!" Markus told the stiffened Werewolf as he activated [Chimeric Absorption]

He shuddered as he felt lifeforce trickling into his body from the connection to the werewolf.

He watched his hand as white veins littered his it, pulsing with each drain of the creatures entire whole.

Immediately though the lifeforce trickled into nothing and something else started getting absorbed.

It wasn't the Werewolf powers, it was instead the stats of the werewolf in its untransformed state.

[—Ding! +23 Str, +19 Dex, +25 Sta, +12 Per, +7 Mana, +4 Char, +2 Mind]

Immediately seeing that Markus grinned, feeling as strength slowly coursed through his body.

" This...this I can get addicted to." He muttered, riding the wave of his increasing power before his absorbtion finally started absorbing what he was looking for.

He felt as the primal werewolf inside the human slowly got stripped out of the weak human who could do nothing but look ahead blankly, their mind having been absorbed just moments before.

As soon as he absorbed the werewolf power inside the human he felt something click in the back of his mind, a deep howl resonating with the new addition to himself.

[—Boundless Chimera Assimilation has assimilated the Race - Enhanced Werewolf!]

[—Due to the users Race ~ True Royal Alpha Chimera the users Assimilated Race - Enhanced Werewolf has been enhanced with the property 'Evolution']

[—Ding! Enhanced Werewolf race has evolved into Ascended Werewolf!]

[—Chimera Shifter has unlocked the following forms!

—Ascended Werewolf Half-Shift ~ The Ascended Werewolves Half-Shift while spotting many similarities with most werewolves Half-Shift state also has its unique factors. One being that their hair turns white, eyes turning into a heavy blood red with slight facial shifts.

~Stat Increase - +75 All Physical Stats | +50 Perception.

~Unique Abilities - Pack Empowered[A]

—Ascended Werewolf Full-Shift ~ Appearing as a huge white manned werewolf with blood red eyes with a tint of ichor gold, showcasing it's connection with the divine lineage of which it came from.

~Stat Increase - +150 All Physical Stats |+100 Perception.

~Unique Abilities - Ghostly Ascension[S]-]

[—Note - Were-creatures total power increase with time and age.]

The changes came quick and with start as Markus almost buckled, his body taking to shifting on its own at the arrival of its new form.

He felt his strength quickly rising through the roof, his sense of perception soaring to the point where he suddenly encompassed all of Beacon Hills.

Immediately he cut the connection to his senses off, not having been prepared of the enormous strain to his mind that act alone put in him even if it were only 5 seconds.

He breathed out strained as his body snapped into place, his claws turning a black tint, his hairs a ghostly white before his mouth was nothing but razor sharp maws.

He let the transformation finish before taking his claws off the now dead human, his body having nothing of use to him.

Then he slowly appraised himself, staring back at his clones who were recording, scribbling on their tablets notes and overall observing him.

He grinned seeing that, a primal part in him almost wanting to jump straight into them and ripping their faces off just for fun.

That part of him was immediately squashed to the ground, silenced and repressed for when it would be needed.

For now though he decided to test himself.

So he walked out of the cell, getting a feel for his body and capabilities.

He looked at the other side of the room, to the furthest side and took to a slight stride.

Said slight stride causing him to take off like a bullet, his face almost meeting the far wall before his instincts kicked in and he stopped right at the nick of time, just a hairs breath away from breaking something, probably himself due to how durable the walls were in his base.

" This, this I can get used to..." Markus muttered, his eyes going to the other prisoners that he had to absorb.

There were other prisoners though who hadn't been changed, saved for later for when they had the DNA material.

All of them wimpered at the corner of their cells, daring not to even look at him.

" Hahahahah puny little things..." He muttered, now noticing how deep his voice as it seemed to be superimposed with that of a predator.

" Open the next cell!" His voice boomed up, as he strided effortlessly towards the second sacrifice.

As he did he couldn't help but think of all the power he'd hold once this was all done, that simple stat increases alone put him above the rest of the creatures in Beacon.

Plus since were-creatures grew in power with time as his system stated then he'd only grow stronger from here.

Staring back at the notification showcasing his new forms he couldn't help but want to immediately try to unique abilities that came with them but stopped himself.

' Once I'm done, then I'll have fun...' Was the only promise that kept him going instead of playing around with time he didn't have.

Teen Wolf : A Chimera Rising—Chapter 70]November 20

It took Markus an entire hour to be done with his spree of absorption.

And an hour later he stared himself in a mirror, looking at the same face he woke up with everyday but now seeing it in a new light.

It wasn't just because he became more handsome, as vain as might sound, no, it was all due to the power brimming inside his very cells.

The power he now held was so prominent in him that he was sure that nothing as of yet could stop him, but as quickly as that thought wormed itself in his head it was squashed with ruthless abandon.

He did not have time to be overconfident, he understood that there would always be someone above him in power and all he could do to offset that was grow and grow till there was no further peak to ascend to.

So he quickly started to get through the full benefits of his gains, starting with the total stats that he obtained from 6 were-creatures.

From the Werewolf he obtained—

'+23 Strength,+19 Dexterity, +25 Stamina, +12 Perception, +7 Mana, +4 Charisma and +2 Mind'

A decent haul compared to what he obtained from the others.

But other than that he also obtained the Ascended Werewolf Race Assimilated into him.

The form was ultimately way above what he absorbed from the subjects he turned into were-creatures.

And all that was thanks to his True Royal Alpha Chimera Race.

This though hadn't been a one-time occurrence as it happened to every race he then absorbed.

And so from the Werelion he obtained—

' +35 Strength,+14 Dexterity, +29 Stamina, +11 Perception, +15 Mana, +20 Charisma and +13 Mind'

All in all the Werelion gave him a great haul in stats and even bumped up his charisma by a good margin which inadvertently made him have some esthetically pleasing changes.

Then from the Werelion the forms he obtained, after [True Royal Alpha Chimera] used it's 'evolution' property that he hadn't realised it even had made the form change two.

And these were the forms he obtained.

[—Solaris WereLion Half-Shift ~ The Solaris Half-Shift form is one of brutal efficiency and power, spotting many similarities with most were-creatures Half-Shift forms with slight peculiarities from its evolved state. The Solaris Werewolf draws power from its pride of females while blessed by the sun as it's champion, garnering grooves in its pride. It's fangs are more pronounced, the shifters mane turns a luscious golden and their claws a blistering heat to those affected by them.

~Stat Increase - +100 Strength/Durability | +100 Charisma | +50 All Other Physical Stats.

~Unique Abilities - Sunrise[A]

—Solaris WereLion Full-Shift ~ The Solaris Full-Shift is one blessed by the sun itself, unlike the more bestial Full-Shifts, the Solaris Full-Shift takes on a different form, fusing lion and human fully into a bipedal lion of hulking proportion radiating the golden power of the sun.

~Stat Increase - +250 Strength/Durability | +150 Charisma | +100 All Other Physical Stats.

~Unique Abilities - SunBreaker[S]-]

And then surprisingly enough, the subject that had been injected with the Pride Serum(Werelion Serum) had a trait, one which now belonged to Markus after he absorbed it.

[— Enhanced Smell[Trait]-]

He had been a bit surprised at obtaining the trait at first before remembering that this had been a possibility after using [Origin Of Power] on the ability [Chimeric Absorption].

It was only then that he started to realise how overpowered [Chimeric Absorption] was, coupled with his other benefits it made him a terror for anyone to go against.

The trait though wasn't that bad, nothing truly awe inspiring but useful nonetheless.

The form though was curious, he had expected to obtain something like the Ascended Werewolf, an Ascended Werelion form.

But it looked like each race had its own evolution route, something that he incredibly curious about at the time and later found to be true as each race he then obtained was different from the last.

The Solaris WereLion form was his strongest, it also unlike his Ascended Werewolf form which had its ties to divinity, this form had ties to the sun itself.

A peculiar thing that he would have to study later, but something that he had come to notice of the evolutions was that they all seemed way more fantastical and of divine descent than he thought.

But then again he already had an inkling of that from discovering the Potentia-Gene.

And so done with that absorption he moved on to the next one.

The next were-creature he absorbed was the Were-Jaguar.

The state he then obtained from it were speed focused.

' +15 Strength, +40 Dexterity, +20 Stamina, +25 Perception, +30 Mana, +7 Charisma and +9 Mind'

Another great haul that had his speed obtaining the most alongside his mana.

Then the forms he obtained next were also as remarkable as the the previous two.

[—Ender WereJaguar Half-Shift ~ The Ender WereJaguar form is one connected deeply to Mystism, the Ender WereJaguar has ties to the ancient necromancers of old, their power more so being derived from the bone spirit magicians, able to bring out the spirits of the animals of which they brought about underlings from. The Ender WereJaguar has peculiar traits that show from their Half-Shifted state. One being their skin turning a void black, claws dripping with toxins that can rot the flesh and speed that blurs their form.

~Stat Increase - +200 Dexterity/Mana | +100 All Other Physical Stats.

~Unique Ability - Spirit Drain[A] | Spirit Reanimation[B]

—Ender WereJaguar Full-Shift ~ The Full-Shift of the Ender WereJaguar is unlike most Full-Shifts, where most Full-Shifts take a bestial form of their Progenitor Animal, the Ender WereJaguar instead takes on the form of a formless cloud of dark spirit energy, corrosive with the ability to possess lesser creatures.

~Stat Increase - +350 Dexterity/Mana | All physical stats become inactive.

~Unique Ability - Soul Possession[S] | Drain Vitality[A]-]

Markus had his eyes glued to the screen when he obtained this form.

The potential it had dwarfed most of his forms, he almost immediately shifted to full form just so he could feel what it was like to be formless and immaterial.

And most of all he had been surprised to see that the Ender WereJaguar form had two abilities for each form instead of the 1 he had seen from the others.

That alone showed him just how much potential the form had.

' This form could make for a great infiltration and escape form just from what I know, the abilities must be something of note too from the sheer stats each form grants, though the last form does invalidate all physical stat.' He mulled to himself.

The disadvantages of having no physical weight though could be offset with magic, and the form seemed extremely receptive to magic as it was connected to Mystism at its bones.

Then the next form he got to was the Were-Lizard form, one that surprised him initially just as the Were-Jaguar form had.

Teen Wolf : A Chimera Rising—Chapter 71]November 27

[— Were-Bloodwyrm Half Shift ~ The Were-Bloodwyrm Half-Shift is the first of its kind, having close ties to the Dragon Shifters of an old civilization, where humans gained their abilities to shift by eating, drinking and bathing in the blood of Dragons in ritualistic processes that strengthened them. The Were-Bloodwyrm has traits that they possess unique from most half-shifts—The controlled growth of winged appendages that allow flight, blood red eyes filling their entire eyes, blood red scales replacing the fragile skin of a human,

~Stat Increase - +400 Durability/Speed | +300 Mana | +250 All Other Physical Stats.

~Unique Ability - Bloodmancy[S] | Blood Growth[A]

— Were-Bloodwyrm Full-Shift ~ The Full-Shift of the Were-Bloodwyrm is one that draws power from their very blood and genetic progenitor, allowing the shifter to fully embrace their draconic heritage and shift into a full out draconic form of the lesser Dragon species—The Wyrm or more so the Bloodwyrm in a time extensive and painful process that had their form grow in mass and height.

~Stat Increase - +750 Durability/Speed | +500 Mana | +550 All Other Physical Stats.

~Unique Ability - Blood Essence[S] | Blood Corruption[A] | Bloodbreath[A]

Immediately it had become official that this was his strongest form, even the two other forms that came after it weren't as powerful as this one.

Though the Full-Shift of this form was professed to be painful when shifting into it, for him it would just be a mild inconvenience with the upgrade to his pain resistance skill.

The only real downside to this full form was the time aspect of the transformation.

But other than that this form was incredible, in the Full-Shift even granting him three abilities.

The idea of it had him riling to immediately go out and try out his forms but he quickly slammed that down as he did with all his forms.

And if course he obtained base stats from this form like the other ones.

' +49 Strength, +71 Dexterity, +30 Stamina, +35 Perception, +98 Mana, +32 Charisma and +23 Mind'

So with more vigor he had taken to the next form.

The Were-Coyote form.

And just like all his forms, his Royal Alpha Chimera Race also improved upon it.

[—Eclipse Were-Coyote Half-Shift ~ The Eclipse Were-Coyote, a species of Were-Coyote that has never existed. This species of coyote draw their power from the sun and moon, so long as their light shines upon them their power grows—And when special requirements are met such as the Eclipse, a Were-Coyote is unstoppable in its rampage as the power of two celestial beings embody it. The Eclipse Were-Coyote has all of the regular Half-Shift abilities of its species but with the benefit that they have two forms, the solar form which shows itself with their hair turning stark white and the lunar form where their hair turns void black.

~Stat Increase - +350 All Physical Stats[+10 Every thirty minutes depending on the celestial body present]| +450 Mana.

~Unique Ability - Solar Embodiment[S] | Lunar Embodiment[S]

—Eclipse Were-Coyote Full-Shift ~ The Full-Shift of the Eclipse Were-Coyote is one that draws power from the celestial body above it, the Full-Shift takes this trait into overdrive, making it so that the draw of power they take emboldens them further to the point where they are able to manipulate the energies from these two celestial body as if born to them. The Full-Shift of this form also allows them to fully shift into large coyotes with two forms of solar and lunar power, with every moment they draw from this power they have the ability to grow in stature.

~Stat Increase - +500 All Physical Stats [+50 Every hour depending on the celestial body present] | +750 Mana.

~Unique Ability - Sun's Blessing[S] | Moon's Blessing[S]-]

The Eclipse Were-Coyote form was one of pure potential.

Allowing the user to grow so long as they received the energies from both moon and sun.

Staying in the Half-Shift form for a time would allow him to accrue stats until he was a monster to anyone and anything that went against me.

Though he had found out that the solar and lunar forms didn't stack stats with each other.

Meaning that if he was in solar form and the sun set and the moon rose then the stats would reset and make way for the new celestial being at the time.

Though that itched a part of Markus' brain that liked cheating.

Couldn't he then create an artificial moon and sun with either science or magic?—Or better yet both?

Allowing him to shift to whatever form he liked with this race and use their unique abilities as much as he liked.

He'd need to review that train of thought for later though, once he had the ball rolling.

But he knew that finally, he had some semblance of freedom that always came with power.

The base stats he obtained this form were the following.

' +53 Strength, +48 Dexterity, +39 Stamina, +49 Perception, +47 Mana, +28 Charisma and +39 Mind'

So finally after that it came to his last form.

The Were-Bear.

Honestly Markus hadn't had much hope for this form, after seeing the ridiculous gains from the previous forms he hadn't thought he'd obtain much from this form.

But to his surprise and elation he had been wrong.

[— Berserker War-Bear Half-Shift ~ The Half-Shift Of the Berserker War-Bear is one that utilises pure power at its fullest, unlike the minor shifts in form of other were-creatures—The War-Bears half shift is apparent in its display of power. Tapping into the War-Bear channels into the user the primal rage of a Berserker with the cunning of a creature that had lived and breathed war. The Half-Shift of the Berserker War-Bear infuses the body with the negative mana of the world, bulking the users body to mass proportion as they gain muscles of pure destruction and the durability to back it up.

~Stat Increase - +400 Strength/Durability | +200 All Other Physical Stats.

~Unique Ability - Power Roar[A]

—Berserker War-Bear Full-Shift ~ The Full-Shift of the Berserker War-Bear is one that takes the Half-Shifts properties to an unseen height. The Full-Shift is one that fuses the monstrosity of a War-Bear and the cunning advantages of man—This had the effects of fusing both creatures physique to create a bipedal bear of pure muscle and power with capabilities of toppling buildings and tearing through metals as if they were tinfoil. The Berserker War-Bear in this state encompasses it's Berserker nature as its mind becomes muddled and all it feels is the bubbling rage that comes with utilising negative mana as it systematically destroys all that is around it.

~Stat Increase - +650 Strength/Durability | +350 All Other Physical Stats.

~Unique Ability - Total Berserker[S]-]

Immediately Markus knew that this form would be his go to form to tank and deal massive amounts of damage, it wasn't flashy besides the hulking effects that he would go through while shifting into this form and didn't have as many abilities as his recent previous forms but it made up for that with pure power.

Though he'll probably need to obtain some emotion control to offset the forms rage, he didn't like that the form induced certain emotions to him but that wasn't anything that he couldn't fix.

And finally the stats he obtained this form was.

' +88 Strength, +46 Dexterity, +67 Stamina, +65 Perception, +31 Mana, +27 Charisma and +3 Mind'

" I think it's time I tested out my new forms." Markus muttered with a grin.

" We have 8 hours to spare before our deadline is over sir, should we get everything set up while you test out your capabilities?" A clone that had been monitoring him asked behind him.

" Yes, do that and make sure that nothing leads to us." Markus muttered, already walking off to the back of the base, he'd need the space afterall.

Teen Wolf : A Chimera Rising—Chapter 72]November 27

Scott grunted, his eyes flaring a deep yellow as he stared at the monster infront of him.

Fighting besides him and looking just as spent was Derek Hale as they both someone connected to them in one way or another.

Peter Hale to Derek was his Uncle, a family member that had been comatose after being in an attack done on the Hale Family by the Aunt of his Girlfriend Allison.

Peter had also killed Derek's sister, so this to him was personal.

Peter to Scott though was nothing but his sure, the man who gave him the power that he now possessed.

At first he had thought this gift as a curse, but after seeing all the dangers and threats in Beacon Hills he knew this was a gift.

A gift that was designed to allow him to protect those he loved from monsters like Peter.

And it didn't escape him that his own twin brother was one of those monsters, having heard all about from Allison about how Markus was a Warlock, a demon conspire.

When he heard about that and what Warlocks actually were, his hate for his brother only intensified.

It wasn't really that much of a secret to anyone that he disliked his brother, but hearing that the brother that had taken everything from him, his mother's love, his chances with girls and even him out shining him in academics and sports was a murder was just the right trigger to turn his hate for him into full blown bloodlust.

And with his powers now he was sure that he could kill his brother if he ever came back to Beacon after he ran away like a stray puppy.

But first he needed to kill Peter Hale, in doing so he would obtain his Alpha Spark and become an alpha.

Then he'd be that much stronger.

Derek was helping him on that endeavour, even after all the shit he and Stiles put him through he was still a reliable guy.

" Where are your friends Scott?!" Derek shouted at him after being thrown back again by the big hulking abominations of a werewolf.

" They'll be here! Give them time!" He shouted back, having full faith in his friends but mostly Stiles.

He looked behind him and winced as he saw Allison's dad, bleeding from a wound to gut.

Allison was right besides him, runes on her body glowing as she tried to help her father.

There were about 21 others that laid lifeless around the ruined Hale house, all having been taken down by the monstrous Alpha infront of them.

" Scott! My father is losing to much blood!" Allison's voice cut through their growls.

Scott immediately winced, not knowing how he could help as he stared at the monster infront of them that made no moves to attack them, simply stalking and eyeing Allison and her father.

Scott didn't know why but Peter seemed hell-bent on killing every hunter and argent he could find.

He had already achieved killing all the hunters that were after him and even Allison's aunt who laid not far from them with a ripped up throat.

Scott didn't know how to win this battle, he was afterall a newly turned beta against an alpha.

Derek was the only reason he was even still alive right now, a fact that made him grumble in anger for his weakness.

If Stiles didn't come up with a plan to stop the Alpha and get there soon he'd have to watch as his girlfriend was torn to pieces infront of him as he did nothing.

" Join me, Derek, Scott." Peter's voice, superimposed with a beastly grunt spoke up to them.

Hearing the offer a part of him almost immediately agreed, just so he could avoid death and the excruciating pain if having his muscles torn apart by Alphas bearlike claws.

But he knew that if he did that then his girlfriend would die.

And he wasn't about to let that happen after all the things he had to do in order to make her see him as a love interest.

It had been difficult as somehow even after finding out that his brother was a Warlock he noticed that Allison still seemed hooked up on Markus.

It had gotten to a point that while she was with him she almost always avoided physical contact.

Giving him the bare minimum, a hug here, a peck to the lips there and never anything more.

Even in exile his brother seemed to haunt him.

But that wasn't the point in his situation right then.

" I will never join a monster like you!" Scott decided to shout out his denial, making sure that everyone and especially Allison could hear him.

" You killed my sister, Peter!" Derek's own refusal also rang true with a scalding fury.

And immediately after that Scott saw the monster infront of them pause, it's presence which had been overbearing becoming disturbingly tranquil.

"*sigh* So be it, I'm done playing games with ungrateful mutts." Was all it said before the beats presence changed from 'dangerous' to sudden 'death'.

" But first, I need to take care of unfinished business." Peter said, his eyes focusing fully on Allison.

Immediately Scott knew that wasn't good and lunged at the beast, only to be surprised as Peter disappeared from his sight.

' He couldn't do that before...' Scott thought, still in the air but now more confused than ever as to where a big black maned monster would disappear to.

" Scott! Watch out!" Derek's warning came to late as he found a claw imbedded through his back out from his stomach.

Immediately Scott felt dread, pain and a sudden unwillingness.

" N-no...." Was the only thing he could mutter before finding himself sliding off the claws to the ground on his knees as he stared in shock at his rapidly bleeding wounds.

They were even worse than Allison's dad's.

He stretched his head backwards only to watch as the beast that was Peter walking briskly towards Derek.

And showing them just how much it had been holding back on them, it didn't even move as Derek tried clawing at its face and chest.

Peter simply chuckled in that beastly manner before grabbing Derek and lifting him from the ground by the sides of his body.

" You know, we could have been family again nephew, but I guess you let your emotions cloud your better judgement." Peter said before slowly squeezing Derek's chest area.

" AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Derek's scream was unholy, something that caused Scott to wince even as his dread and helplessness grew inside him.

Peter then threw Derek's body to the ground as if he were trash before walking towards Allison unperturbed.

Allison looked defiant at Peter who walked in his beastly form towards her, the air picked up around her in a pitiful gust that was only an echo to what her powers had grown to be in the time Scott had come to know her.

" Ah how pitiful, how the mighty Argent family has fallen." Peter mocked his girlfriend, causing the pit of helplessness that had been forming inside him to deepen.

" You are a cute little thing too." Peter said, his voice taking a tinge that Scott didn't like even as he tried ignoring Derek's cries of pain.

" You know what, I've been quite pent up for the last couple years, I think I deserve a little bit of a reward." Peter muttered, his hand grabbing Allison by the waist and covering her slim body her lifting her.

" N-no p-please-N-no!" Came Mr Argents sorry pleas, pleas that he was also about to join if Peters words were gonna lead towards where he thought they were.

" Your body will serve as my toy before I put an end to your bloodline."

And immediately Scott knew what was about to happen, even as his heart pumped up adrenaline and panic he still couldn't muster the strength to stand.

" P-peter! Stop! Plea-please! I'll join y-you! I'll j-join y-your pack! Jus-just stop!" Scott begged, not wanting to watch as his girlfriend be molested infront of him.

But most of all, not wanting to see another man take what rightfully was his, something that even he hadn't tasted yet.

The bitter combination of dread, despair, hate, jealousy and helplessness wrecked his mental psyche just as hard as Peter's claws had wrecked his body.

" No, Scott. You've had your chance, now watch the consequences of your actions as I take your woman right infront of you." Peter muttered, walking right infront of him holding a struggling Allison.

" Scott! Help!" Allison's cries for help hit him like a hammer, but he couldn't do anything as he laid there kneeling.

Then he watched grossed out and intimidated as right in Peter's crotch area, a huge phallus reminiscent of a dog's penis slowly grew out in large before settling between Allison's thighs.

" N-no!" Scott shouted once more indignantly.

" S-scott! Don't watch....please!" Allison shouted, seemingly resigned to her face as tears slowly streamed out of her face, the first time he'd ever seen her cry.

Then to his bitter pain he watched as Peter tore all Allison's clothes off, leaving nothing but her bare nude body to the wind.

And as much as Scott tried to fight it, he found himself aroused on a deeper level than he realised.

Allison's plea for him to look away all but forgotten.

" Now watch, watch as I take your bitch infront of you!" Peter shouted in glee, positioning himself to thrust.

Then faster than even he could perceive, a man wearing all black with a black obsidian like mask appeared before them, a gleaming silver blade drenched in blood overhead him.

" Pathetic mutt." Was all the man said before to his further astonishment, he watched as Peter's hands which had been holding Allison's slid off cleanly cut from the elbow and dropping Allison to the man's arms.

" Huh?—AaaaaaaaaahhhhHHHHHHHHHHH!" Ensued Peters cry/howl as he backed away from the man that just cut his hands off.

" Well I'm glad that I got here fast enough." Came the man's deep but distorted voice as he stared at Allison, all but forgetting the screaming wails of the Alpha that had just completely decimated them.

But he too lost focus of the man, instead watching the way Allison stared at the man that saved her.

' She's never looked at me like that.' Scott mumbled, his emotions once more going a rollercoaster that was further confused by his boner he received as he had been just about to watch his girlfriend be assaulted infront of him.

" Are you okay little hunter?" The man muttered, staring at Scotts girlfriend with his white glowing eyes.

And to Scotts further dismay he watched as Allison's face reddened, nodding dumbly at the man who snorted at the sight.

" Good, then let me finish this." The masked man said, letting Allison off his hands and swinging the blood off his sword as he walked closer up to the monster that was Peter Hale.

' Fuck this guy.'

Teen Wolf : A Chimera Rising—Chapter 73]December 3

Markus stared at the screaming Peter Hale who was in his beastly form in calm silence after letting Allison down on the ground.

Inside though he was anything but calm.

' What the fuck did I just walk into? Also what the fuck is all this?'

Markus above all was confused.

He had just walked in on Peter about to rape Allison, something he immediately put a stop to, only he could punish and break the teen girl however he wanted and he wouldn't have anyone taking away his prey.

Then there was the situation with his brother, Derek, and the dozens of dead hunters.

' Well it's official, canon is irrevocably fucked.' He thought with a shake of his head.

One thing he was also noticing was that Peters beastly form was much more different that in canon, another divergence from what he knew.

Peters form in this world seemed like a more buffed up Lycan transformation from the Underworld Universe.

Also after seeing the states of which Scott and Derek were in, it was safe to say that this fucker was also stronger, something that he immediately checked with [Aura Analysis]

And seeing Peter's stats he scoffed.

They weren't half bad honestly.

[—Name - Peter Hale.

He scoffed seeing the Alphas stats.

If this was how strong most Alphas were then he really didn't have anything to worry about.

But then again Peter was a new alpha so that could also be an explanation to why he was so weak to him.

' Maybe the Alpha Pack will be better than this sorry excuse of an Alpha.' Markus thought with a sneer before looking back to the people he just saved.

There was Allison's dad, slowly losing blood and he could sense the sudden drop in lifeforce from the man.

He'd need to end this fast, the man was important to his plans.

Then he looked back at two people that he really wanted to immediately break, but doing anything to them at the moment would ruin his plans.

Markus stared at Allison through his senses and chuckled in amusement at seeing her reddened face as she stared at his back.

The girl almost got raped and immediately after the fact she was blushing up a storm just staring at him.

He knew the cause though, his charisma was through the roof with his latest power up and with his other traits that focused on the fairer sex this was the results.

He wondered whether he could use this to his advantage or not before filing that thought for later.

Then his senses turned to his brother and he had to muffle out the killing intent focused on the kid.

' No, not yet.' He thought disciplining himself before pausing as his senses picked up on something.

' Is..is he fucking aroused?' Markus thought backpaddling.

He almost broke off laughing as he stared at his pitiful dick pressing up against the rags if his pants, his eyes straying from him to Allison's naked body and then at Peter who even when screaming his lungs out still hadn't sheathed his dick in.

' Wow, getting aroused at the thought of his girlfriend getting fucked infront him, that's so pathetic.' He thought sneering at the kid wishing that he could immediately just maul him.

Shaking his head at the thought of his brothers cuckold feelings he decided to focus back on Peter.

He stared at the man as his arms flared up, trying to heal and failing due to his silver swords effects.

" I-im gonna fucking kill you!" Peter shouted out, stating murderously at him.

" I'd like to see you try, you sorry pathetic excuse of an alpha." Markus retorted, his body shifting into form.

He at the moment was channeling no other were-creatures powers besides his Chimera Shifted state.

The base of his power and he was sure that it would be enough for this fight.

As apparently the Chimera Shifted State had also gained a form to call for itself.

Instead of only showing 'Increased Strength, Durability, healing' and the like it had also reformatted to show itself like his other forms.

[—Ability ~ Chimera Shifter]

[—Rank ~ S]

[—Description ~ Chimera Shifting, the ability to shift forms that all were-creatures have. Unlike most were-creatures though, the user of this ability has the ability to shift into a plethora of were-forms and if the Chimera in question holds an Alpha Status then the ability will allow them to shift into each forms complete state where they shed their humanly facades and truly become beasts.

And so as he was only using the '[Chimera Base Form]' he obtained the following boosts from it.

[~Stat Increase - +100 All Stats | +50 for every were-creature form Assimilated.]

Meaning that his base Chimeric form at the moment granted him +400 in all his stats.

When he noticed that Markus had been over the moon.

With just that he was already way overpowered and his base form would only continue to grow as he obtained more forms.

This was the effect of the one and only ability this form had.

[~Unique Ability - Infinite Growth[?] ~ So long as the ability has assimilated supernatural forms to siphon power from, the users base form will continue to grow in tandem with them.]

So yeah, Markus had overprepared.

" Do you hear me!?! I'll kill you?!?" Peter continued growling out through his monstrous form.

Markus looked at the man and sighed, this was pathetic.

He had prepared so much for this day, put himself through the test time and time again as he made breakthrough after breakthrough with limited resources just so he could have a chance to survive monsters like Peter.

But as he looked at him he couldn't help but sneer.

Not at Peter alone though, but at the hunters also.

Chris Argent, Allison's dad was laid sprawling on the ground bleeding and had it not been for him he would have watched helpless as his own daughter got molested infront of him.

Were these the same hunters that he had been forced to flee from?

A quick use of [Aura Analysis] allowed him to see the stats of both Chris and Peter.

And what he saw was curious at the very least even if pathetic.

Chris Argents physical stats had almost breached the 200 mark, further and more indepth analysis showed him that this was due to a lot of factors.

' Huh? They use rituals alongside runes to strengthen themselves?' Markus wondered with a raised brow.

He didn't know what type of rituals would allow a man to border the 200 mark in physical stats but he was sure that was definitely Warlock territory.

Which prompted the question as to why the fuck did they try to hunt him down for being a 'warlock' if apparently they also used warlocks to strengthen themselves?

Shaking that thought away he then focused on Peter's stats again.

All physical stats were above 400 and bordering 500.

With that stat setup he should've atleast been a challenge to Markus right?

Wrong.

After all, he had obtained an increase in all his stats with each new form he absorbed, meaning that his current unboosted stats were not something to scoff at.

Coupled with his skills and magical blade? This was not as much of a challenge then.

But atleast he now had an idea as to what an Alphas power level probably would be.

But seeing as he wasn't gonna have a hardtime in this encounter he decided to end this.

By looking behind him at Derek and Allison.

" You two, how about we make a deal?" He asked, his voice hinting at something close to amusement.

Immediately the downed Derek who had his eyes on him squinted, while Allison who looked worse for wear had her eyes on him in confusion.

' I might as well get something extra from this encounter afterall.'
