Axel walked out of the bathroom looking completely wasted. His shoulders sagged, his steps uneven, his skin still pale from throwing up.
Dallas was standing in the room looking completely confused, his hand ruffling through his hair over and over again as if the motion might shake some sense into what had just happened.
His eyes kept darting toward the door, the same one Erika had stormed out of, then back to Axel.
He looked like he wanted to follow Erika and demand an explanation, but another part of him held him right there, rooted to the spot.
That part of him was louder than the confusion, and it refused to let him move while Axel looked like he might fall any second.
"What the fuck is she talking about?! I mean… this is completely crazy! I… I…" Dallas started, finally breaking the silence, turning toward Axel as if Axel might somehow make sense of it all.
