Chapter 7 - chapter 7

The morning light streamed into the Hokage office, illuminating the gathered clan heads and senior Jonin. The mood was less panicked than the day before, but the tension was now a sharp, political thing. Hana Uchiha stood before them, the Hokage hat still a centerpiece on the desk. She did not preamble.

**(what kind of hokage the current konohagakure need , please me give me your candidates ,)**

The question was direct, bypassing any ceremony. It forced them to look forward, not back. Eyes darted around the room, measuring, calculating.

**(tsunade can be advisor on place of koharu because she not suitable as hokage she addicted to gambling and i don't want people calling konohagakure was bleeding money because their hokage tsunade gambling the village money or tsunade punching clans heads and ninjas because she get angry,)**

A few stifled coughs and awkward shifts. Hiashi Hyuga's lips thinned; the image of being punched by the Slug Sannin was undignified. Shikaku Nara almost smiled; her assessment was brutally accurate. By publicly disqualifying Tsunade from the top job with such blunt, logical reasoning, Hana preemptively shut down what would have been a popular emotional choice, steering the conversation with an iron will.

**(as for jiraiya he will clearly refuse any leadership because he knows he aren't suitable so i plan on forcing him raise the nine tail vessel Naruto as his grandpa after all minato was orphan and jiraiya his teacher so there no problem on it because we need a seal master to watch the seal after all we can't afford another nine tail attack again and jiraiya is a seal master ,)**

The room went dead silent. The casual mention of the "nine tail vessel" by name—Naruto—was a violation of an unspoken law. But the sheer, staggering audacity of her plan for Jiraiya left them speechless. She wasn't suggesting; she was stating the future. *Forcing* a Legendary Sannin into a parental role. Assigning the village's Jinchuriki a specific guardian based on cold, strategic necessity. It was terrifying in its efficiency. No one could argue with the logic, only gasp at the nerve.

**(so nara clan head will become advisor on place Homura we need a brain to manage paperwork and processing informations ,)**

Shikaku received this with a slow blink, a silent acknowledgment. It was not a request. It was a conscription. His intelligence had been identified as a village resource, and it was being deployed.

**(so we have one advisor position which is danzo and the other is the hokage position with no clear candidates,)**

She laid the problem bare. Two voids of power. One tainted by a shadowy legacy, the other a complete vacuum.

**(the anbu and root recommended kakashi but its up to him to refuse or not ,)**

This caused the first real stir. Murmurs rippled through the Jonin. *Kakashi?* The prodigy, the genius, but also the man shrouded in tragedy and known for his… lack of punctuality and team-building skills. The fact that the secretive ANBU and ROOT had collectively recommended him was a powerful endorsement that spoke to his capabilities in the darkness, not the light.

**(so what candidates do you all offer ? )**

She finished, placing the burden squarely back in their laps. She had systematically dismantled the obvious choices and presented them with a narrowed, complicated field. She had governed the conversation before it even began.

The silence stretched. Then, a voice spoke from the back of the room. Might Guy, uncharacteristically serious, stepped forward.

"Kakashi is my eternal rival! His flames of youth, though hidden, burn brightly! He carries the Will of Fire deeply within him, even through his great sorrows! I, for one, would support him!" His outburst, while passionate, was met with thoughtful nods, not dismissal. Guy knew Kakashi better than anyone.

Hiashi Hyuga spoke next, his voice cool. "Hatake Kakashi possesses the Sharingan, a symbol of… unique capabilities. His prowess is unquestioned. However, his temperament is… unpredictable." It was a cautious, neutral assessment.

Inoichi Yamanaka added, "His mind is one of the sharpest I've ever encountered. He understands loss, but also loyalty. He would not be a puppet for any faction." This was a significant point, considering the recent power shifts.

Choza Akimichi rumbled, "We need strength right now. The name 'Copy Ninja Kakashi' is known and feared across the nations. That is a deterrent we cannot overlook."

The discussion began to coalesce around Kakashi, not as a perfect candidate, but as the only one who made sense in the strange new landscape Hana had created. He was strong, known to the shadows, and had the reluctant endorsement of the village's black ops.

Hana listened, her expression unreadable. She had taken their choices, pared them down, and guided them to the only logical conclusion without ever once stating it herself. She had made them believe the decision was theirs.

"Very well," she said, cutting the murmurs short. "The candidate for Hokage will be Hatake Kakashi, pending his acceptance and Tsunade's examination of the previous regime. The advisors will be Tsunade Senju and Shikaku Nara. We will await the Sannin's return to formalize these positions. This meeting is adjourned."

She had not just asked for their candidates. She had conducted an orchestra, and they had played the symphony she had written.
