Dylan's Point of View
After Andre left with Talia—predictably choosing a girl over me—I headed for my room, stripping off my shirt before I'd even reached the bathroom. A cold shower was desperately needed.
Despite everything happening around us, some part of me felt oddly steadied knowing Ava was safe. The bond we'd been building lately had a strange way of grounding me, pulling me back from the edge. For a few minutes I let myself drift into that comfort, momentarily forgetting the storm we were in.
It was becoming extremely hard to keep my eyes off her, i wanted to feel her lips on mine again, to hold her close to me, to feel her.... I bit my lower lip, biting back the dangerous thoughts that were beginning to reside in my mind.
