Chapter 50 - Emma - Part.1

Hey guys, I have good news for you! I was thinking of doing something special for Christmas and I saw that TLM - T6 reached 666 collections. For this fanfic, that's a special number, lmao.

Besides that, the number of chapters on P_treon reached 39+ in TLM - T6 and 30+ in Jugo - FOD, which is already a good advance. So, from now until the end of December I'll go back to posting 5 chapters a week for my two fanfics (Jugo - Father of Devils and The Legendary Mechanic - Triple Six). Merry early Christmas!

Also, on a smaller note, we'll be forgoing bonus chapters for +300 Power Stones for this fanfic.(Just for December)

In any case, thank you for reading this far despite all the mistakes I make and a special thank you to those who support me on P_treon.

PS: During this period, since the number of advanced chapters will not change, I will not add the warning at the end of the chapter.

On the other side, somewhere in the central region of Andrea, in the Germinal Leader's office, the leader stood there, lost in thought, controlled by the clone. The leader remained motionless and Ringo was lost in thought.

Since he was connected to the original, he could see everything the original could, so his shock was no less than Ringo's.

For a moment, he even forgot his pleasure in playing with the Germinal leader.

It wasn't until an intercom signaled Hila's arrival that he came to.

With mixed feelings, Ringo sighed as he watched Hila enter.

She seemed normal, but he could sense her apprehension. The Leader might think it was fear of him, but he knew she was actually afraid of him, not for the reason he'd imagined, but because she didn't know if Ringo had been caught and confessed.

For a moment, he considered playing with her, but given the recent developments, Ringo had no interest in any kind of play right now.

Instead, he found himself staring at her. Normally, he would feel an extreme attraction to her, but while he could still feel it, there was no desire now. He was too preoccupied with other things, so he decided to get this over with.

-Hila, it worked. Let's start the second phase.- Ringo said simply.

Hila paused for a moment and breathed a faint sigh of relief. She felt extremely pressured at the moment.

-Aurora...- She couldn't help but say first.

-Not yet. We need to work smart and fast. We've already discussed the details. We'll start with this base and expand outward. Then we'll relocate all the bases in Andrea. Furthermore, we'll give up all the bases in the six nations and start recalling everyone.- Ringo sighed and smiled slightly again, feeling that the Germinal leader's soul was raging inside him. Even though he was silent, Ringo could still sense his emotions.

Hila's eyes turned cold and she nodded.

Ringo's plan was simple, everyone in Germinal would be brainwashed, just as he had been. All the executives would be personally cared for by him. He would weaken them and then allow them to undergo deep brainwashing. Finally, he would use Nightmare Control to finish the job, even modifying their memories.

The soldiers would simply undergo spiritual damage, where he could consume part of their spirits to strengthen themselves, and then be brainwashed.

In the end, the entire Germinal would become what he was meant to be.

They would all obey him unconditionally, even if he sent them all to their deaths!

The morbid satisfaction of letting the Leader see him complete his plan would normally make him extremely satisfied.

But no, he was still bogged down with Emma's problems now, so he wasn't happy for long.

-Okay.- Hila finally nodded. When Ringo told her his plan, she thought he'd gone crazy, but remembering his previous appearance, she felt a little guilty again for being partly responsible, which was why she didn't refuse his plan now.

Even if it wasn't something her morals would have liked to do, Hila was a pragmatic woman and morals could be thrown out the window if necessary. Since she owed him, she would pay.

-Now, Hila, this is a fresh start.- Ringo joked, picking up a finely crafted silver pen from the table. He toyed with it as he stared at the Germinal logo, a sadistic smile crossing his face. -This place, this organization, they tortured me for months. If I didn't have my ability, I'd probably be completely insane.

Hila didn't speak, just looking at him calmly, her face the mask she had learned to make long ago.

-This is my hell, Hila.- Ringo, in the leader's body, finally raised his head and looked at Hila through the mask. -Then I will make it my hell. From now on, this organization will no longer be called Germinal, but Hell.

Hila didn't even blink as she nodded. It was just a name. Does he want to change it? Whatever.

Ringo took a piece of paper and began to scribble on it. Finally, he showed her a symbol. On top was a normally drawn 6, but upside down, pointing southwest and southeast. Two other 6s connected their circles.

In the end, a symbol that looked like a strange pinwheel was formed from the combination of three 6s.

-This is our new symbol, isn't it cool?- He asked amusedly. When she just rolled her eyes, he ignored her and turned the sheet toward himself again, staring at the symbol. Ringo could feel the anger boiling inside him and laughed even more happily, but his laughter soon died when he realized the events on the other side.

With Ringo's real body a few minutes earlier, he finally began speaking to Emerald Grass.

After a moment of silence, staring at his diminutive figure, Emerald Grass looked shocked and confused for a moment and asked. -How did you do that?

-We're inside your dream.- Ringo replied simply.

-Who are you?- Emerald Grass finally asked, looking at him.

Ringo laughed, but still said. -You don't remember me?- Internally, he was feeling pained by this. This angered Ringo deeply, but he still pretended to be calm.

-Your previous form doesn't resemble him at all. It's most likely that you're using something from my past to make me lower my guard.- Emerald Grass still analyzed everything calmly.

Ringo didn't answer at first, his childish face serious and finally he laughed, a light laugh at first, and then a loud laugh, how ironic.

The whole damn situation is getting more and more out of his control. He doesn't have the patience to talk, but here he is, forced to convince this woman of his identity just to start talking to her.

Emerald Grass just watched, his eyes narrowing in confusion, but his guard still up.

-You think I'm not Ringo, do you? You have no idea what I went through to find you and in the end you're here, trapped, suspicious of who I am. It's truly hilarious.- Ringo shook his head and sighed.

Emerald Grass didn't answer, still watching him.

-So, how do you suggest I prove myself?- Ringo asked calmly.

-When did we meet?- Emerald Grass asked simply.

-I don't know, I lost my memory. - Ringo shrugged.

Emerald Grass's eyes twitched. -You're really no good at this, that was the worst excuse I've ever heard.

-I try.- Ringo shrugged. -But I'm serious about losing my memory.

-Then how do you remember me?- Emerald Grass asked, still expressionless.

Ringo stopped, stared at her for a moment, and in the end said nothing. -You'll see.

The next moment, Emerald Grass widened her eyes as she watched everything around her change. The walls crumbled and before she knew it, she saw a different version of Ringo, a Ringo arguing with his mother about being able to look for Emma, including the fact that he was just an ordinary man, not a Super.

Ringo recreated his memories based on Lena and Eva's, as well as his own and the rest he simply created as a backdrop to connect.

Then he showed her leaving Hesla, he showed her searching for Emma everywhere while going through many things, most of them made up, of course. He showed her being captured by the Germinal, he showed her the Valkyrie experiment.

He showed her when he awakened his gene, he showed her when he was tied to that table, he showed her every torture he had endured, the madness he felt. Emerald Grass watched it all in silence.

He showed her the nightmares he had about her, almost every day, dreaming about that scene. He replayed that scene over and over again, until he finally showed her his escape. At that moment, he finally turned to Emerald Grass.

-That's what I went through to find you, so now that I've found you, I want to ask you, is it worth it?- Ringo looked at her blankly. Two hours had already passed, even though he'd just shown it all like a movie, it still took a long time.

Emerald Grass didn't answer directly, instead looking at Ringo's figure, who had turned back into Death Scream.

-Why do you look like that?- That was her first question, but at least she no longer doubted him.

-Personal choice, answer my question!- he shouted angrily, trying to control his growing anger.

Emerald Grass stared at him for a moment before finally lowering her head slightly. -Sorry, it was a lie.

Ringo stood there, unimpressed. From what he knew of the woman in the original, she was the typical liberal who did what she wanted. She was only interested in research, but the part of him that was obsessed was trembling, a deep pain burning in his soul.

-What do you mean?- He finally let the words escape his mouth.

Emerald Grass looked at the dark room around her. There was nothing else there, just them. She was curious about how he was doing it, but seeing that he wasn't asking her about any research, seeing his expression, and after seeing that "movie", she was almost certain he was the real one.

But that complicated things even further.

Emerald Grass was far from responsible, but she wasn't cold-blooded, either. The truth could be a little too painful.

Unfortunately, she didn't think she could lie to Ringo, and even if she could, she didn't want to. She owed this boy too much.

-My real name is Emma. Emerald Grass is a nickname, because I left my name behind a long time ago.- She began. -Ten years ago was when I met you, but actually, what I wanted was research into using stem cells from a plant seedling with powerful regenerative properties. As for the research itself... forget it, it doesn't matter.

She looked at him with that dull, indifferent face as she continued. -Your mother was in charge of the researcher's safety. I needed a way to get closer and I ended up finding out she was hiring private tutors for you. At the time, I wasn't in demand and had a PhD in biology. Your mother was very happy to hire me.

Ringo frowned, sensing he knew where this was going.

-You were very withdrawn at the time, which made approaching her through you a challenge. I needed to get close enough for your mother to lower her guard around me so I could steal the data, so I... used a pheromone-based compound to increase our... closeness. Of course, I had no training in psychology and thought you'd have a crush at most, but apparently needy children bond very easily with someone. By the time I realized something was wrong, it was too late.- Emma was still looking at him with that indifferent face, but Ringo could feel a pang of guilt there.

But inside, that obsession was raging fiercely, sadness, anger, love, desire... it was like an internal battle within him. The revelation shouldn't have affected him, but because of these strong emotions, he felt as if something had broken inside him for a moment.
