Arriving at a new town called Jos, after eight solid days of being on transit, Black settled down at a vacant bungalow he saw after asking around from the townsmen.
He had boarded eleven different taxis to get to this particular town. He didn't know the place, and he's very sure they do not know him either.
He had checked his location on the satellite map using one of the driver's phone. He was about 25,000 km away from his previous location. He felt relatively safe, for now.
He checked the news and criminal website of the town's location and noted that none of his pictures were there.
Black had arrived at the town and spoke with some few elders. He had told them he was a townsman, but he lost his parents due to some tragic mishap at a young age. The latter was true, but the former ?
Well, after speaking with the tenth driver of the taxi he boarded, he had learnt that a nearby town, Jos, has a certain fate. There are many empty houses and home that were built by people who left the town and never returned. He learnt that most of the houses had been empty for as far as fifty years.
So, he took the eleventh taxi and alighted at the town. After speaking with few folks, he concluded to pick a particular house at the outskirts of the town.
He spoke with the elders, and explained that his parents owned that particular house. He was not met with much criticism because even the elders could not verify the owner of the house or claim to know who had built it. So, they welcomed him and allowed him a free stay at the house.
Black settled down and started planning on his next game. First of all, he had not used the echo system ever since he left his previous house, which was eight days ago, so he had decided to limit his use of Echo to ten minutes per day.
On another note, he planned to acquire every empty houses in this new town under his real name, but a plastic face.
Third on the list, is to find Arthur's lawyer.
And the grandest of all his game, is to locate every individual and joint accounts of every members of the big secrets organisations that have ever tried to find him or Arthur, and ruin their accounts. He was ready to liquidate(ruin) them.
But to achieve his grand scheme, he has to be at an all time high of his development to achieve this. He knew he was getting there, sooner than expected. So, he started putting in the sacrifices and works.
He had paid a few labourers to tidy up his new space and after settling down, he opened his new limited alienware in-built IP locked laptop, making it very hard to be traced. He bought the laptop on the way from a tech company using a fake identity.
Black connected Echo to his laptop and Echo came to life.

"Wow! This is huge money. But it's gonna take 5years?".

By the second year of staying in this new town, Jos, Black had tried to stay off the grid and anonymously as much as he could, but how anonymous could he be when he had already acquired about ten empty houses in the town with numerous acres of land under his real name.
Sooner, his name was slowly becoming known in the community. He was beginning to gain grounds among the wealthy class in the town. Despite being a young anonymous person who has always lived like a hermit, His name was steadily being mentioned in high class gatherings in the town and he is sometimes being invited to certain occasions to grace them with his appearance.
All these while people began to question his source of wealth.
The more he tried to thicken his cloak of anonymity, the more curious people became, and the more he became popular. Such irony.
In other to avoid the chain of reaction from people questioning his source of wealth, Black started a pig farming business in a small scale, which he ingeniously and with a steady intentionally paced growth, expanded.
This act created a dam to the flood bringing him exposure, which was reduced, but didn't in any way stopped it. And gradually, his name appeared on the map.
One of the secret societies found out about this anonymous and wealthy individual and decided to send one of their personnel to dig into it.
All plannings and procedures were carried out to make sure this personnel was undercover, duly protected, and equipped to finalise the operation without exposure or getting harmed.
Passing through the airport terminal, the personnel that was sent to carry out this operation had just landed in Jos.
"Welcome to Jos, Victoria Frost, and I hope you enjoy your stay here". The check-in agent greeted.
"Thank you, and have a good day". Victoria replied putting on a smile.
She boarded a taxi, and made her way to her location.
