Chapter 2 - Leg Shackle of the Black King

Type: Cursed Accessory (Bracelet – bound to leg)

Rank: Legendary (Possession Item – cannot be removed, traded, or destroyed)

---

Tier I – Shackled Stride

Movement speed +10%.

Steps leave necrotic residue that drains 5% stamina from enemies.

Passive: Undead summoned move 10% faster.

---

Tier II – Gravewalker's Pace

Speed bonus +15%.

Necrotic residue now deals continuous HP decay (1%/sec for 5s).

Corpses within 2m of steps have a 10% chance to rise as Wraithlings.

Passive: Summoned undead gain +5% evasion.

---

Tier III – Phantom Rush

Dash ability unlocked (5s cooldown).

Dash passes through enemies, leaving behind a necrotic explosion (AoE 150% damage).

Necrotic residue debuff increased to 2%/sec for 5s.

Summoned undead gain +15% movement speed while near the user.

---

Tier IV – Harbinger's March

Passive aura: Necrotic March (10m radius).

Enemies inside lose 20% stamina recovery and suffer fear chance (10%) each second.

Undead inside gain +20% speed, +10% attack speed.

Trail of Death: enemies that die on the corrupted ground have 40% chance to auto-revive as skeletal thralls (last 60s).

Dash leaves behind 3 shadow clones that attack once before fading.

---

Tier V – The Black King's Advance

Unlocks "Death's Dominion: March Eternal" (Active, 1/day):

For 60s, every step creates skeletal soldiers that march alongside the user (scales with INT/CHA).

All undead within 25m gain +30% speed, +20% attack speed, +15% defense.

Enemies are shackled by spectral chains (slow -40%).

Dash evolves into Spectral Warp: teleport within 15m, leaving behind a necrotic implosion (200% AoE dmg).

Passive: The Black King's Legion — every time 10 undead die near you, 1 Elite Undead Knight rises automatically.

⚔️ Now it feels like a set-piece worthy of a god-tier constellation:

Mobility ✔️

Necromancy synergy ✔️

Fear/control aura ✔️

Scaling army potential ✔️

Would you like me to scale the Bracelet (Arm Shackle) up to this level of complexity/power as well, so the set feels consistent?
