Chapter 4 - Iron Man Knows You're a Transmigrator

Tony Stark scoffed at the official explanation. If you could trust the American government, pigs would fly. As a major capitalist, he knew those people's true colors all too well.

"So, there's a real story here?" Tony Stark said. "I don't know how he knows, but it seems like it could verify some things. Jarvis, try to hack into the Department of Defense's intranet and see if you can find the original files!"

Tony Stark was also curious. Did the explosion really just kill everyone on that street, or was it, as Lin Feng claimed, because of a Hulk and an Abomination?

Those two names didn't sound like ordinary people.

Like some kind of nicknames?

But this also verified Tony Stark's previous judgment: Lin Feng should be in America, or more precisely, in New York. That made it even more certain.

"Jarvis, is that rich third-generation kid, Lin Feng, in New York?" Tony Stark asked.

"According to the currently available information, he is indeed in New York!" Jarvis said.

"Bingo, I was right!" Tony Stark's face broke into a pleased smile, and he continued,

Tony Stark didn't find it strange that the firefighters mentioned in the diary couldn't receive compensation; after all, capitalist governments were always inhumane when it came to such things.

They even suppressed the veterans of World War I. This was nothing in comparison!

"Has there been any information about the Robert Downey Jr. mentioned in the diary, who looks like me?" Tony Stark asked.

"Currently, none of the individuals named Robert Downey Jr. resemble you, sir!" Jarvis replied.

Tony Stark frowned. That meant not everything Lin Feng had written was accurate.

Meanwhile, Lin Feng was in his large, flat apartment, writing in his diary and watching the news.

In fact, ever since he transmigrated to this world, he had expected to awaken some superpowers or a system. However, he only received a diary system. As long as he wrote in his diary every day, he could accumulate some energy. Once the energy bar in his mind was completely filled, he could get a chance to draw a lottery.

And after today's diary entry is complete, the energy bar will be filled for the first time!

He will also get his first lottery draw!

He was inexplicably excited!

But soon, he noticed the news report on the television beside him. It was a news segment about a bank robbery. Normally, this wouldn't be anything special; in America, robberies weren't exactly unusual news.

But when he saw a figure in the news, a woman in ancient Greek-style armor, defeat the robbers with lightning speed and then leave the scene gracefully.

All of this had been recorded.

He was stunned!

Because he was so familiar with that woman, he couldn't help but blurt out.

"Wonder Woman?"

Lin Feng couldn't help but say, as if he'd seen a ghost.

How could he see Wonder Woman here?

This was even more absurd than him transmigrating to this Marvel world. Now, in the Marvel world, he had actually seen Wonder Woman.

He even carefully recalled the memories of his predecessor. In those memories, Wonder Woman didn't exist. But now, here she was. Could this be a Marvel and DC crossover world?

Lin Feng felt like he was caught in a whirlwind!

He immediately recorded it in his diary.

[Holy crap, holy crap, holy crap!]

The three "holy crap" immediately startled Tony Stark, who was still analyzing everything.

"What's wrong with him?" Tony Stark didn't quite understand.

[I saw Wonder Woman, Diana, in the news today. My worldview has completely collapsed. This is even more mind-blowing than discovering that the painting hanging on the building wasn't a younger version of Robert Downey Jr., but Tony Stark!]

[Traveling through time is already absurd enough, and now I've traveled to the absurd world of Marvel. I'd only just accepted that I was in the Marvel Universe, and now I suddenly see Wonder Woman? Isn't she a superhero from the DC Universe? Could this be a Crossover Universe?]

Soon, Tony Stark saw the diary entries continuously appearing, and his own worldview was also a little shattered.

At the same time, it wasn't just Lin Feng whose worldview was shattered, but also Tony Stark's.

"What does this mean? Transmigration? Marvel? Wonder Woman? Superheroes? What are all these things?" Tony Stark was a bit dumbfounded, feeling like the information overload was too much to handle all at once.

"Jarvis, explain to me what transmigration is," Tony Stark asked, even sounding a little unsure of himself.

"According to the information currently available, transmigration refers to a person reaching another world. This concept is prevalent in current literary works, anime, films, and even games. Do you want me to list them specifically?" Jarvis replied.

"No need. I just wanted to ask, to see if I understood it correctly!" Tony Stark said. "And about superheroes, the superheroes we're talking about, is it only Captain America?"

"Yes, sir. Currently, when people generally refer to superheroes in this world, it's Captain America!" Jarvis replied.

Even in this world, America was still number one. With America's powerful propaganda abilities, the existence of Captain America had created a brand new term: superhero.

So in this world, when people talk about superheroes, they generally mean Captain America.

"So…wait a minute, wait a minute, let me get this straight!" Tony Stark also felt like his brain wasn't quite working. "So, according to what he's saying, let's assume it's true, that it's not a lie. He's from another world, or rather, another universe, and he's not a native human?"

"Yes, sir, but considering his life trajectory is quite complete, my analysis suggests it might be a soul attachment of some kind!" Jarvis replied.

"Soul attachment, that explains it!" Tony Stark said. "No wonder the data says his personality has changed drastically, like he's completely different from before! But can you analyze his words and actions to figure out what his original world was like?"

"From his words and actions during this period, he should also have been human before his transmigration!" Jarvis analyzed.
