Chapter 266 – Parasite String
"I'll make you realize just how foolish your actions were, Hatake Yusuke," Obito said, his face twisted into a horrifying expression.
Elsewhere, Uchiha Sasuke had finally found Danzo. By that point, only a few Sharingan remained on Danzo's arm. It was obvious—he was no longer a match for Uchiha Sasuke. In the end, Danzo fell into Sasuke's genjutsu and was defeated.
"What an incredibly interesting fight."
A mocking voice echoed through the area as it looked down at the dying Danzo.
"Hatake Yusuke…" Danzo glared at that figure with eyes filled with hatred.
"Don't look at me like that, you piece of trash," Yusuke said, gazing down at Danzo from above.
"All of you are enemies of Konoha. Come with me to hell!" Danzo burst into mad laughter. "Four Symbols Seal!"
Special symbols instantly spread across Danzo's body.
"Hiruzen, it looks like I'm taking a step ahead of you this time. What a shame… in the end, I still couldn't become Hokage. But I'll make sure to drag them down with me," Danzo said as he stared at Yusuke and Sasuke. Countless black symbols surged across his body.
Sasuke immediately retreated, while Yusuke remained where he was, both hands still tucked into his pockets.
"It seems you still don't understand one thing," Yusuke said with a cold smile.
"The difference between you and me."
As he spoke, golden chakra gathered in Yusuke's hand. At the same time, an illusory shadow shaped like a sundial appeared behind him.
The seals covering Danzo's body began to spin wildly, then, moments later, reverted back to their original state.
"How is this possible…" Danzo stared at Yusuke in utter shock.
"Surprised?" Yusuke asked in a disdainful tone.
"To be honest, all of you are truly stupid. My power is something you could never hope to comprehend. You—and even that man who calls himself Uchiha Madara—none of you have ever truly understood how strong I am."
Danzo looked at Yusuke with eyes filled with fear. The suicidal technique he had relied on had been completely nullified.
"What do you want?" Danzo asked.
"Don't you think dying like this is far too easy?" Yusuke replied.
"Khk…" Danzo's eyes widened.
"Before you die, there's still one experiment I want to conduct," Yusuke said calmly.
As those words fell, the power of time once again enveloped Yusuke's body. Time around Danzo began to reverse. Slowly, his condition improved, his body returning to a fully healthy state. However, the Sharingan embedded in him did not return.
"Just as I thought," Yusuke said.
"This power can't be reversed so easily. But that makes sense. If I want to restore it, it looks like I'll need to replenish that power first."
Seeing his body completely restored, Danzo was just about to think of something when an overwhelming pressure suddenly slammed him into the ground.
"To be honest, I didn't expect you to still dare resist in this state," Yusuke said with a playful expression.
He then slowly turned away, no longer paying any attention to Danzo. When Yusuke had walked about five meters away, Danzo's body began to explode from the inside, before completely disappearing from everyone's sight.
"That's terrifying… he just died like that?"
Karin stared at where Danzo had been, her face filled with shock.
She had just sensed Danzo's chakra fully restored, yet in the blink of an eye, he was dead.
Yusuke glanced briefly at Sasuke, didn't stop, and then vanished from Sasuke's sight.

"Yo, everyone. It's been a while," Yusuke said as he looked at the Five Kage, who were in the middle of a discussion.
The Kage's guards immediately went on alert.
Only Kakashi remained calm as he stood behind Tsunade. Even though Yusuke's arrival was sudden, that voice was one he knew all too well.
"Oh? Oh? That's quite a lively welcome," Yusuke said, looking at those who were preparing to attack him.
Once they clearly saw who it was, Darui and C from Kumogakure immediately retreated to stand behind the Raikage.
Temari and Kankuro also moved back to Gaara's side.
Meanwhile, the Tsuchikage's granddaughter was pulled away by her father, Kurotsuchi. The young girl looked visibly displeased.
"Alright, stand down," the Mizukage said to Chōjūrō.
"Why are you here? Are you done with your business?" Tsunade asked as she looked at Yusuke.
"It's finished. Oh, by the way, Danzo is dead," Yusuke said casually.
"Did you kill him?" Tsunade asked.
"No. He was killed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sakura is there as well right now. I'm not sure how she managed to find him," Yusuke replied.
"Nii-san, I want to go check on them," Kakashi said, frowning slightly.
"Go ahead," Yusuke said, waving his hand dismissively.
Kakashi immediately headed toward Sasuke's location.
"Uchiha Sasuke," the Raikage stood up, intending to settle the matter himself.
"Wait a moment. Killer Bee wasn't actually captured," Yusuke said.
"What?" the Raikage exclaimed.
"You didn't seriously think Uchiha Sasuke could capture Killer Bee, did you?" Yusuke said, rolling his eyes.
"Then where is he now?" the Raikage asked.
"Killer Bee? I'd guess he's out having fun," Yusuke said, rubbing his chin.
Hearing that, the Raikage's face darkened.
If Killer Bee truly hadn't been captured, then he was definitely fooling around somewhere. The Raikage knew his younger brother's personality all too well.
"Damn it, that bastard!" the Raikage slammed his fist down on the table.
"Parasite String."
Several invisible white threads shot from Yusuke and attached themselves to the Raikage's body.
"What—" The Raikage, who had been about to attack, suddenly froze mid-air. Then, to everyone's shock, his body returned to its seated position.
"Alright, don't be so rough. If you break this table, it'll be troublesome," Yusuke said with a faint smile.
The Raikage looked at Yusuke and realized that his inability to control his body just now had been Yusuke's doing.
"I understand," the Raikage said with a dark expression.
Meanwhile, those who didn't understand Yusuke stared at him in shock. The Raikage, who usually never gave face to the other Kage, had actually complied with the words of the man before him.
After that, they resumed their discussion about who would become the supreme commander of the war.
However, with Yusuke present, the Raikage could only withdraw from the selection with reluctance. The Tsuchikage continued observing Yusuke throughout the entire process.
He clearly recognized the man before him as someone from the past, and thus abandoned any intention of nominating himself.
Gaara and the Mizukage had never intended to participate from the start. As a result, without any objections, the highest responsibility fell to Tsunade.

"Oh right, let's go to Kakashi's place," Yusuke said.
"Alright," Tsunade replied with an unhappy expression. She was annoyed that Sakura had gone looking for Sasuke without reporting to her first.
"Come on, don't be angry," Yusuke said with a smile. "Sometimes, when someone likes another person, their emotions are hard to control. So, Tsunade, what Sakura did wasn't wrong."
"Tch, of course I know that," Tsunade said irritably.
"But she's a ninja. And whatever Uchiha Sasuke does, if Sakura sees it, what can she do? She'll only end up bringing disaster to Konoha," Tsunade continued.
"Alright, Kakashi is already here," Yusuke said with a smile.
