"What did you say?! Why didn't you tell me earlier?!" Tsunade snapped in frustration.
"He's just a cheap clown. I wanted to see how strong Zero‑Tails actually is. Killing him too early would've been boring." Hatake Yusuke's eyes sharpened with a cold, murderous light.
Tsunade sighed. She knew this matter wouldn't end quietly.
That day, Hatake Yusuke didn't go anywhere. He simply stayed with Tsunade and Kurenai, never leaving their side.
But the moment he sensed the presence of Dark Chakra, he made up his mind to investigate.
"What's wrong? Are the Sky Ninja moving again?" Tsunade asked. With their poor sensory abilities, neither she nor Kurenai could detect the dark aura approaching from afar.
"Yes. And Zero‑Tails has appeared. I'll handle it. Tsunade, look after Kurenai. Leave everything else to me," Yusuke said.
Hearing that tone, Tsunade didn't even try to stop him.
"Be careful," both women said in unison. Even though they knew Yusuke was practically invincible, the worry was automatic.
"Alright." Yusuke gave a small smile, then vanished instantly.
A heartbeat later, he appeared beside Kakashi, who Tsunade had already deployed to monitor the Sky Ninja's movements.
"Nii‑san? Why are you here?" Kakashi blinked in surprise.
He had been observing the area for a long time and never imagined Hatake Yusuke would personally intervene.
"I'll handle everything. You three can sit back and watch." Yusuke smiled calmly—yet it wasn't his usual playful smile.
Kakashi instantly realized his older brother was truly angry.
Yusuke looked toward the massive airborne fortress in the distance.

A wave of killing intent rolled out like a storm.

The sea surged violently, rising like a living creature and crashing into the Sky Ninja's floating base.

Yusuke shifted into golden light and appeared above them.

Dozens of slicing shockwaves burst from his legs, carving through the ocean surface and cutting down the fleeing Sky Ninja.
Those still alive stared at the sea, eyes wide and unfocused, whispering:

"Kakashi‑sensei… was that really swordsmanship?" Shikamaru asked weakly.
"I… don't think so. But if it's Nii‑san, splitting the sea is probably nothing," Kakashi replied, still stunned.
What shocked him more was that the sea didn't rejoin.
"This is bad…"
Kakashi and Shikamaru exchanged pale looks. At that moment, Yusuke's arm turned into molten magma as he glared toward the floating fortress in the sky.
Kakashi's face drained of color. He used the Body Flicker Technique to rush toward Yusuke.
"Nii‑san! Stop! Naruto is still in there!" Kakashi shouted desperately.
But the distance was too far, and since Yusuke wasn't using Observation Haki, he didn't hear anything.
"Volcanic Meteor Fist."
Yusuke punched upward.
The sky darkened. Thick clouds swirled. And then—a rain of massive magma meteors descended like a catastrophic natural disaster.
"No way…! What kind of human has power like this…?" Shikamaru and Shino stared at the falling sky in awe.
Kakashi finally reached Yusuke.
"Naruto is still up there!" Kakashi yelled.
"What?!"
"He's inside the fortress!"
"Why didn't you say so earlier?!"
Yusuke vanished instantly, turning into particles of light.
"…I DID try to say it earlier…" Kakashi muttered hopelessly.
Yusuke reappeared above the fortress and shouted:
"Barrier!"
A massive transparent dome formed, stopping the meteors mid‑fall. Yusuke clenched his jaw—infuriated that he had to nullify his own full‑power attack just because Naruto was inside.
Ten minutes later, once the lava had cooled, Yusuke used his Ice powers to freeze the magma into solid stone.
"That idiot Kakashi… just wait till I get my hands on him. Too lazy to tell me ahead of time. And that Naruto— instead of finishing Tsunade's mission, he jumps into trouble! Unbelievable! I'm getting even angrier!" Yusuke grumbled furiously.
Naruto and the others inside the floating fortress suddenly felt a chill run down their spines.
"What was that?" Amaru asked.
"N-nothing… let's just keep going," Naruto forced a smile.
Meanwhile, Yusuke stepped onto the floating base.
By then, Naruto had already found Shinnō.
Shinnō had activated Physical Activation, forcibly unlocking the Eight Gates. Though nowhere near Might Guy's level, he was boosted further by Zero‑Tails' Dark Chakra.
Since Naruto refused Kurama's help, he struggled against Shinnō's overwhelming physical strength.
Naruto was beaten severely, and just as he prepared to use Shadow Clone Jutsu—
"Stop, Naruto," a calm voice echoed from behind.
"You…?!" Shinnō stiffened, shocked. But then his lips curled into a mocking grin.
"Hmph! With Zero‑Tails on my side, you think I'll lose?"
"Uncle Yusuke? Why are you here?" Naruto asked.
"You brat! This is Tsunade's mission, not a playground for you!" Yusuke snapped.
"S-sorry, Uncle…" Naruto rubbed the back of his head, chuckling awkwardly.
"Move aside. I'm in a really bad mood, and I feel like killing someone," Yusuke said with icy calm.
"Please… don't kill my teacher," Amaru pleaded desperately.
"Little girl, step aside. I'm killing him," Yusuke answered flatly.
"Hah! You think you can defeat me?!" Shinnō barked out a laugh.
"You said you can't die, right?" Yusuke asked.
"That's right, boy!"
"In that case… die."
Without another word, Yusuke punched him.
"I told you, your attack won't—"
The sentence never finished.
Shinnō staggered backward as his face twisted in horror. Blood spilled past his lips.
"W-what… what is this…?" He stared at his trembling hands, fear spreading across his expression.
"Looks like you're not as powerful as you thought." Yusuke spoke casually.
He hadn't used any special ability.
No Devil Fruit power.
No chakra technique.
No dōjutsu.
Just pure physical strength.
And that alone shattered Shinnō's enhanced body—despite his Physical Activation and Zero‑Tails' amplification.
Had it not been for the technique reinforcing his internal organs, his body would have been torn apart instantly.
