Chapter 2 - Chapter 1: The Encounter

"You don't have the right to order me around, David."

"... Take off your shirt and send it to me right now!!!"

The older twin spoke calmly, and his eyes were as cold as his words.

"Damn it!!!"

The young man took off his own shirt and put on the wedding dress of his older twin. He walked down the aisle toward the bridal chamber.

Dylan opened the door to the luxurious room and turned off the lights according to the plan set by his older twin. He walked to the end of the room where only moonlight shone through the window. There, a woman in a nightgown stood still, gazing out aimlessly. The bride's body was bathed in the dim light amidst the silent atmosphere.

... The young man picked up his glasses, put them on, and walked straight toward the woman immediately...

..........

"Hey, you!!!"

A greeting from the young man, addressing the tall, smart person. He is - Dylan K. Valemont - A handsome young man walked into the club with a sour expression on his face from being in a bad mood. He went straight to his friends' table. They called out to him with mischievous smiles.

"Is your dad doing it again?"

Dylan's best friend since elementary school greeted him knowingly and handed him a glass of amber-colored drink. He took the drink, downed it in one gulp, and slammed the glass down on the table.

"Ugh... again. It's always about me taking a position in the company."

"It's the same old story, I think you should get a job like everyone else. How long are you going to keep drifting around?" another friend in the group said. The group of young men chuckled softly and looked at him teasingly.

"Hey, you..."

As the young man was about to scold his friends who were teasing him playfully, his gaze stopped on a young woman in her group of friends who were having fun. However, she was sitting still, holding a glass of dark red alcoholic beverage in her lap.

With the dim lighting of this club at night, it was difficult to see her face clearly. I couldn't tell what she looked like or what mood she was in. But her stillness was so out of sync with the lively atmosphere of this club.

"Hey Dylan... let's go play snooker."

While Dylan sat still, staring at the woman, his friends got up. He then took his eyes off her and went to join his friends around the pool table, as was his habit as a social and carefree person.

By the time the clock had ticked past what he considered the right time to leave, the young man said goodbye to his friends. What he had to do tomorrow was more important, making it impossible for him to stay with his friends as he usually did.

Dylan walked to the parking lot and suddenly caught sight of a woman bent over vomiting near the bushes in the darkness, illuminated only by the dim light of the parking lot lights at night. The woman got up, leaning against a nearby parked car, clearly intoxicated. He decided to walk over and ask if she was okay, out of concern.

"Hey you... You can't fall asleep here, it's dangerous."

The young woman tilted her head back slightly but kept her eyes closed. He felt relieved that she was still responding to someone talking to her.

"Who are you with? Where are your friends? Don't you know it's dangerous to be alone here?"

"I... I came…"

The young woman looked up and answered the question with a clear, pleasant voice. Even though she was intoxicated, it was clear that she was a beautiful and lovely person.

"...Judging by her attire, she is definitely the same woman who was sitting still among that group of girls…"

Her attire was completely unsuitable for visiting this place. The young woman tried to move forward but stumbled. Dylan quickly supported her delicate frame, allowing her to lean on his shoulder.

The faint fragrance from her that reached his nose. This slender figure didn't at all reflect the personality of a night owl. The young man was very surprised that she had come here as if by accident.

"And how will you get back? Where's your car?"

Suddenly, a white car pulled up nearby. A young woman got out of the car and quickly came over to help her friend, who was so drunk she could barely keep her eyes open.

"Oh my god!!! Fiona, what did you do to my friend?"

"No... Your friend was drunk, I was just helping her stay steady."

"Let's go. I told you, if you come out first, you'll be close to our car."

The woman who came to pick him up glanced at the young man with suspicion before getting into the car and driving away.

... The young man sighed, shaking his head slightly. He drove straight to the "Valemont" mansion, went directly to his bedroom, and collapsed immediately before falling asleep from exhaustion of both body and mind...
