EXT. SKY ABOVE THE CONTINENT — DAY
The light dims over the entire continent. Not because of clouds… but because the sky itself is bending downward.
The World-Eater descends — not like a creature, but like a cosmic event. A shadow so vast it dwarfs mountains and swallows the horizon.
Its "mouth" opens, not a physical jaw but a rip in the fabric of reality — black and jagged, ringed with teeth the size of mountain ranges. Inside: infinite night.
Lightning arcs upward instead of down. The wind shifts direction twice in a single heartbeat.
KAI (over comms):
"Xavier! Don't let it—"
WHITE FLASH — And Xavier is simply gone.
Act 1 — Inside the World-Eater
INT. WORLD-EATER'S INNER VOID
No up. No down. No ground. No sky.
Everywhere he looks: titanic walls of living flesh, bone arches spanning miles, rivers of molten ichor. Floating islands of organs the size of cities drift in a gravity that changes direction every few seconds.
⸻
SYSTEM WARNING:
• Threat Level: ∞
• Environment Status: HOSTILE — Reality Suppression Active.
⸻
Xavier takes a step forward… and feels it. His Apex Ascendant form — the unstoppable mode that defied gods — slows to a crawl.
Even the lightning in his veins fizzles into embers, eaten by the void around him.
XAVIER (quietly):
"…So you're not gonna make this easy."
Act 2 — The First Predator
From between two colossal rib-like structures, something moves.
It's not prey.
It's a predator — a living weapon grown inside the World-Eater's body. Its hide is blacker than the void, eyes burning with red-gold hunger. It carries claws longer than siege towers, each dripping with a toxin that sizzles on contact with the air.
⸻
HUD SCAN:
• Classification: Apex Predator — World-Eater Class
• Level: ?? (Est. >1500)
⸻
It doesn't roar. It vanishes.
A second later — SLASH! — Xavier's chest splits open before he even fully registers the movement.
Blood drifts upward. Or maybe downward. In here, directions are meaningless.
The fight is a blur of impossible speed, the predator's attacks striking from every angle, tearing organ-islands apart with each blow.
Worse — every wound it takes heals instantly, knitting back together before his blade leaves its flesh.
Act 3 — Pushing Beyond Apex Ascendant
Xavier feels the suppression field eating away at his reflexes. His speed multiplier is crushed to fractions.
He needs more.
Not a split-second thought — an instinct.
He calls Hunter's Duality, the technique that divides him into two perfect fighting selves…
…only this time, he forces them back together.
Both halves — speed and strength — compressed into a single overcharged form.
⸻
SYSTEM ALERT: Cellular degradation detected. Neural strain critical.
⸻
The pain is instant and blinding. His muscles tear and heal in the same instant, every heartbeat like a small explosion.
But now…
He moves at true Godspeed, even inside the suppression.
The predator lunges.
Xavier catches its skull mid-leap.
With a single motion, he drives his sword through bone, brain, and spine — tearing the glowing core free.
The corpse dissolves into mist, absorbed into the void.
Act 4 — The Heart of the Beast
The World-Eater reacts.
The entire dimension tilts, and Xavier is dragged toward something far in the distance — a planet-sized heart, each beat sending a shockwave that erases entire organ-islands in its path.
The flesh-wall behind him splits, and dozens — no, hundreds — of new predators emerge, each radiating the power of a Level 1000+ foe.
⸻
He doesn't slow down.
Every strike he makes now kills instantly, the Predator's Supremacy effect sinking into reality itself, stripping enemies of speed and regeneration just by proximity.
Bodies fall in a golden-white blur. The path to the heart clears.
Act 5 — The Limit Break That Never Ends
He reaches the heart.
It's not muscle — it's a sphere of living light, wrapped in tendrils of black lightning, pulsing with the will of something older than worlds.
XAVIER (to the heart):
"You looked at me first. Remember that."
He raises his sword — the lightning in it now twisted with black arcs from the predator's stolen core — and plunges it into the heart.
⸻
INFINITE APEX SEVER — a Limit Break with no duration, no endpoint, no mercy.
Each swing sends quakes through the void. The tendrils shatter. The light inside the heart bursts outward in white-gold detonation.
Act 6 — Permanent Evolution
The explosion tears reality apart.
When Xavier opens his eyes, he's lying on cracked stone — back on the continent.
Above him, the World-Eater is retreating into the black between stars, its colossal form bleeding light.
⸻
HUD UPDATE:
• LEVEL UP! 80 → 100
• NEW PASSIVES:
• Transcendent Physique — All physical attributes scale infinitely with each battle survived.
• Absolute Velocity — Speed unaffected by environmental or dimensional suppression.
• Predator's Supremacy — Any opponent of lower level automatically suffers reduced speed, strength, and regeneration in Xavier's presence.
Ending Cliffhanger
EXT. RUINS OF THE CITADEL — NIGHT
The Shadow King stands on a shattered balcony, cape rippling in the wind. His gaze is fixed on the distant horizon, where the World-Eater's wound glows faintly in the sky.
SHADOW KING (smiling):
"You hurt it. Now it will come for everything."
⸻
From the smoke of a collapsed street, Xavier steps into view — eyes burning with unending golden-white light, aura now threaded with the same black lightning that wrapped the World-Eater's heart.
XAVIER (calmly):
"Good. I'll hunt it to the edge of creation."
