As soon as Azathoth snaps his fingers, Sotor falls to his knees, and screams out in pain, while Alessa does the same in his head.
As Sotor screams in pain, he feels his body, his very dna change gaining the blacklight and redlight viruses in his body, while simultaneously gaining the memories, powers, abilities, and knowledge, of all the people he as Alex absorbed.
