Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

It's really a conversation in the third dimension!

Su Yu, a 21-year-old sophomore, was a dedicated otaku. During his time at university, unless absolutely necessary, he could always be found sitting in front of his computer in the dorm room.

He also carried a rather tragic past. When Su Yu was 16, both of his parents died in a car accident in 2018, leaving behind a considerable inheritance. That money allowed Su Yu to live comfortably without worrying too much about the future.

Today, he was alone in the dormitory. His other roommates had all gone out with their girlfriends. Su Yu had just finished watching the latest episode of Naruto, but the next episodes hadn't been released yet, leaving him itching for more.

"It's really dragging on. Why hasn't the anime been updated yet? It's like the author is even slower than a pig," Su Yu sighed.("How dare I say such a thing? This great author will make sure to give you something 'special' to try. This is your first 'chaotic' entry.")

Suddenly—Boom!—a clap of thunder came from outside. Su Yu frowned. The sky was sunny, white clouds drifting lazily above—so how could there be thunder? Driven by curiosity, he stepped out onto the balcony.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Several more peals of thunder rang out. Under the bright, cloud-speckled sky, bolts of lightning were striking straight down. Su Yu blinked in shock as one bolt suddenly veered toward him.

Before he could react—Boom!—it hit him directly, reducing him to ashes.

At the last moment, Su Yu's mind whirled. "Seriously? I wasn't even pretending to be cool, so why did lightning have to strike me?!"

And so, without acting flashy, our protagonist was struck dead by lightning… the end.Of course, that's not really the end.

When the thunderbolt struck, Su Yu's body was instantly annihilated, and his soul was blasted by the overwhelming force of heavenly lightning. That power also tore open a rift in space—specifically in the realm that governs memory. Through this rift, Su Yu's soul was sucked away.

The celestial phenomena outside vanished in an instant. Only the charred, cracked balcony of Su Yu's dorm room remained as evidence of what had happened.

What was left of his soul drifted through the spatial crack into a strange void. There was no air, no water, not even light—clear proof that no living creature could exist here.

The space was vast. (Author: "I have no idea how big it is, so let's just say 'very big'.")

The sky here was white, and the ground was made of a white, liquid-like substance. Su Yu's soul floated aimlessly, unsure how long he had been drifting.

Suddenly, the whole space began to tremble. A massive vortex formed, drawing the white gas from the air and the white liquid from the ground toward the center with tremendous force. Su Yu's soul, swept up along with the white gas, was pulled in as well.

At the very center floated a golden sphere of gas, endlessly absorbing the white gas and sucking up the liquid from the ground, forming a swirling white waterspout.

Su Yu's soul was carried ever closer. Though the movement was actually quite fast, the sheer scale of the space made it feel like a slow, gradual approach. Finally, his soul touched the golden sphere—where it was instantly sucked inside without causing any visible change.

The golden sphere continued drawing in the white gas and liquid until the air grew thin and the ground's water level dropped, exposing bare yellow earth. Darkness fell across the space, the lone golden sphere's faint glow becoming all the more striking.

Time passed. The golden sphere gradually shrank, its light dimming. When it was almost gone and only a faint glimmer remained—suddenly, it erupted in a blinding golden radiance, illuminating the entire void. (At this moment, the author's poor dog eyes were practically blinded.)

The light faded, and the golden sphere vanished. In its place appeared a delicate-skinned, silver-haired loli, 1.4 meters tall, with a peerless face and a modest chest. On her chest was a tag clearly marked with the word "Fantasy"—a word anyone could understand.

Explanation time:

The space into which Su Yu's soul fragment had fallen was the third-largest suppressive force in existence, the birthplace of the consciousness known as Fantasy. The white gas and white liquid filling the space were spiritual energy and spiritual liquid, respectively—the latter being spiritual energy in a highly condensed form.

The golden gas at the center was the soon-to-be-born Fantasy. Su Yu's soul fragment was mistaken for spiritual energy, absorbed and digested along with his memories. Imagine fusing a newborn's mind with the memories of an adult—naturally, the result would be an "adult" consciousness from birth.

And thus, a being with Su Yu's mind and the body of an adorable little girl was born.

The silver-haired loli slowly floated down from the sky. Just before she could touch the ground, the earth shook, and a piece of white jade suddenly rose beneath her feet, supporting her landing.

As soon as she landed, the ground quaked again, and massive amounts of water surged from beneath the earth, covering the ground. The high areas became land, while the low areas filled to form oceans. The sky brightened, the sun rose, and fluffy white clouds drifted lazily across a pristine blue sky.

Grass sprouted quickly on the land, pausing in some places but continuing to grow in others until it became towering trees. Green spread rapidly across the landscape, forming forests, grasslands, and streams.

Just two kilometers away from Su Yu, one tree continued to grow long after all the others had stopped. This was the World Tree of this realm, its trunk expanding until it stopped just at the edge of Su Yu's location.

In this new world, there was a clear sky, endless seas, an impossibly massive tree, and—amidst it all—a top-tier loli peacefully sleeping, her sweet face untouched by the grand transformations happening around her.

It was a strangely harmonious scene.
