Chapter 1 - The Quiet Darkness

Episode 1:

The darkness of night had enveloped the entire city. Silence ruled the streets, and the cold wind whistled eerily as it snaked through the alleys and between tall buildings. Yet, in that silence, one could still feel the presence of someone—someone powerful.

On the rooftop of a towering building, far away from the city lights, stood a young man—Zayen Iskandar. His very presence seemed to deepen the darkness around him.

Zayen wasn't just a name. He was a fear. To the city's elite, he was a mysterious shadow. To the underworld, he was death in disguise. Yet his eyes held no joy, no sorrow—only a cold stillness, as if time itself had frozen his emotions.

His gaze was sharp and intense, as though he could see right through people. His features were refined—lean yet striking, like a carved stone. His hair, always neatly styled, was jet-black. He was devastatingly handsome, but with a dangerous allure. His style was understated yet undeniably expensive—usually dressed in black or deep navy, perfectly echoing his persona.

Etched on his back was the tattoo of a massive wolf, symbolizing the raw savagery within him.

A silver or black watch always adorned his wrist—sleek, elegant, and silent like him.

He rarely spoke, but when he did, his voice was low and deep, commanding silence in a room full of chaos.

Zayen despised softness and weakness. But that hatred wasn't born within him—it was taught… by life itself.

Abandoned as a child, he had been left on the doorstep of an orphanage. Life there was brutal: either become stone-hearted or be destroyed. But Zayen hadn't come into this world to be destroyed.

Then came Waqar Malik—a once-powerful gang leader and a former friend of Zayen's late father. He took the boy under his wing, raised him, trained him, and eventually named him as his successor. Where Waqar had fought the world, Zayen fought his own soul.

Waqar often said:

> "This boy may be quiet, but his silence is louder than a thousand screams."

Zayen lived by one rule:

> "Punishment should always match the crime."

Scene Shift: Waqar Malik's Office

Waqar stood by the window of his office, staring out at the city lights. His face bore the wrinkles of time, but his eyes still held the fierce intensity of a man who had once ruled the entire underworld.

He had now handed over that empire—to Zayen Iskandar.

His mind drifted back to the day he first saw Zayen—a small boy sitting alone in the darkest corner of the orphanage. The other kids were loud, playful. But Zayen? He simply sat there, eyes fixed on the wall in front of him, lost in a world beyond noise.

> "There's a fire of revenge in him," Waqar had whispered to himself that day.

That very boy now led the empire he once ruled. But Zayen's methods were different. He didn't rely on brute force—he was a strategist. Guns were his last resort. Psychological warfare and silent pressure were his real weapons.

Suddenly, the door creaked open.

Zayen stepped into the office.

He was now the boss.

Waqar looked up and smiled faintly—worn, but proud.

> "How does it feel? Being the king of the underworld?"

(Since Zayen had taken command, every major gang in the city had come under his rule. And those who dared defy him... were dealt with in ways that left lasting fear in others.)

Zayen inhaled deeply and sat down on the leather sofa with calculated calm.

> "Feels like a wounded wolf… slowly regaining its strength—to hunt."

Waqar nodded, as if he had always known this day would come.

> "Last night, a member of the Red Gang was found in my territory," Zayen said flatly.

> "Are you going to wait… or have you already started the game?" Waqar asked quietly.

A dangerous glint lit up in Zayen's eyes—the kind a warrior wears before stepping onto the battlefield.

> "I've spent my life waiting. That time is over."

He stood up, put on his coat, and walked toward the door.

Before leaving, he added coldly:

> "If they cross the line, no one—not even you—will be able to save them."

It wasn't just a warning.

It was a message… for everyone.

From behind, Waqar said gently:

> "Be careful, Zayen. Save your wrath for your real enemies."

Zayen paused but didn't turn around.

> "Don't worry. I've been burning in the fire of revenge for 21 years. Now, I'll become death—for those who lit that fire."

To be continued…
