When Christian left the motion, I walked into the study and began to pace in the entire space, thinking about what I was going to do at this point. The next pack gathering was not going to be for two days, but I needed to do something to make sure that when I appear before the pack, everyone will listen to everything I have to say and not be carried away by the lies that Mikel might have already been selling to them all this time.
I picked up my phone. I was running through my contacts when I saw Mikel's contact and dialled it without thinking.
"Alpha," his voice sounded from the other end of the phone immediately he picked up while I walked towards the windows. I stood staring out of it.
"Mikel, I am calling because I have a question for you, and I want you to answer me in all honesty," I said to him, which he agreed to do.
