Peter's POV
After much argument with the court, the Alpha decided to move Lady Evelyn to another place..
I learned she had a fight with her cousin, Rose, who had come to visit her. She had pulled her hair out of her scalp and scarred her face badly.
When I saw how deformed she was, I couldn't help but agree that the madness must run within the family.
She was lucky that the guards heard her cry and decided to help her. If not, there was a chance that Evelyn would have ended her life..
I unlocked the chains to her prison, walked in, and grabbed her arm.
"Who are you? Let's get off me !"
"You should remain calm, or I'll be forced to knock you out" I said.
If there should be anyone the Alpha to send to carry out this instruction, it certainly shouldn't be me!
I was starting to get really irritated by the so-called Pilion family in general. If I had my way, I would get rid of them the moment I have the chance!
Their lineage was full of nothing but thieves and greedy men.
