Even though I did not want to leave, the women assigned to the Mage kicked me out far away from the temple!
I thought they wouldn't want to touch me, but as it is, they came out the moment after Peter left with fortification.
And without a single word, they pushed me out of the temple. People were staring at me strangely and it was very embarrassing.
I had to cover up my scars immediately and make myself remain calm until I got home..
I didn't dare return to the palace! I needed a solution instantly, and the only place that came to mind was the woman I had struck a deal with in the past.
It was hard walking among commoners and many of them stared at me as though they would rob me.
It would be lucky if they found a single penny for me! Rose took everything with her the other day!
That bloody little witch! I will never forget what she's done, and I'm going to make her pay for it.
