Chapter 11 - CH 10: Kingdom of Glass and Flame

Location: Timeline 047 – The Shattered Kingdom of Delkaria

Event: The Glass Flame Reawakens

Time Remaining Before Grid Collapse: 01:26:44

Scene 1: Scorch and Shiver

The portal opened over a scorched desert… littered with glass ruins and twisted spires of molten crystal. The sky above was frozen twilight, neither night nor day.

Flames burned on shattered castles. Rivers ran cold through flame-cracked earth.

It was a paradox. A realm cursed by fire and frost.

Ayla blinked. "Okay, someone explain how this place is both on fire and freezing cold."

Thorne stepped onto the cracked marble. "Delkaria. I remember this. This is one of the oldest realms connected to the Grid…"

Mira nodded. "It was locked off after a timeline collapse. No survivors."

Rin… was silent.

He stepped ahead slowly. The shadows of the towers reflected in his white armor.

Kael caught the tension and walked beside him.

"You know this place," Kael said.

"…I lived here," Rin answered quietly. "Before it shattered."

Scene 2: The Crownless Echo

They followed Rin into the ruins of what used to be a capital city—Azerel, once the heart of the Morph Flame Order.

Skeletons of statues loomed. Glass shards whispered as the wind blew.

Then, something shimmered.

A Ranger helmet, white with scorched gold trims, lay half-buried in cracked obsidian.

Rin knelt and brushed it off.

Thorne approached. "Yours?"

Rin's voice lowered. "My brother's."

A flash of memory:

Twin brothers. Warriors of the Glass Flame. One chosen by the Grid. The other… left behind.

Mira's scanner beeped. "I'm picking up Morph echoes all over this place. But they're… unstable."

"Corrupted?" Kael asked.

"No. Fractured. Like a timeline that was never meant to exist."

Suddenly—

A massive pulse of white-gold flame erupted from the palace ahead.

And from the inferno stepped out dozens of corrupted Rangers.

Each twisted, wearing half-melted morph suits, flickering with chaotic energy.

Leading them—

A towering figure in blazing armor of glass and fire.

"I knew you'd come back, brother."

Elios.

Not as they'd seen before. Not cloaked in darkness or shadows.

But royal, burning with regal fury, his corrupted morph pulsing violently.

Scene 3: War of the Fractured

Kael stepped forward. "Elios!"

Ayla leaned into Thorne. "He's like, three times hotter and three times more terrifying."

Mira whispered, "He's siphoning the timeline itself. That energy shouldn't even exist."

Elios raised a hand—and the corrupted Rangers charged.

Kael shouted, "RANGERS! MORPH UP!"

🔺 Kael — Red Rift Mode

🔷 Mira — Blue Code Breaker Form

⚫ Thorne — Black Redemption Mode

🟡 Ayla — Yellow Prankcore Assault

⚪ Rin — White Flame Sovereign

They met the onslaught head-on—steel, code, and morph energy clashing in every direction.

Ayla cartwheeled through three enemies, dropping smoke mines that exploded into blinding flashes.

Mira launched code-wired disks that rewrote corrupted suits mid-strike.

Kael dueled with two corrupted Reds—reflections of himself—gritting his teeth as he struck down what he once was.

Thorne turned shadowy, striking from behind like a phantom, taking down Bladed Morphers with swift, brutal force.

But Rin—

—Rin stepped through fire like it obeyed him.

Until he reached Elios.

Scene 4: Brother to Brother

"You're not my brother anymore," Rin said, his voice steady.

Elios gave a sad smile.

"And yet you returned to me."

A pause.

"…Why destroy the Grid?" Rin asked.

Elios didn't blink.

"Because it lied to us. It gave us power and then chained us. It let our worlds burn while it watched."

"You could've saved them—"

"I tried!" Elios roared. "And the Grid punished me for it! So now I'll burn every timeline that should have helped us. Until only one truth remains."

Rin raised his blade.

"I'll stop you."

"You'll try."

And they clashed—blinding white flames against wild fractured energy.

The battle was seismic—glass towers shattering as the two brothers fought across rooftops, through flames and across burning bridges of crystal.

Scene 5: The Collapse and the Choice

Mira, Kael, Thorne, and Ayla held the line below—but they were getting overwhelmed. For every corrupted Ranger they took down, more surged from the burning palace.

Then—Rin's scream echoed.

Above them, a flash.

Rin had pierced Elios through the chest.

But Elios grabbed his hand, gripping it like a brother.

"You don't understand," Elios said, his voice fading. "I'm not your enemy. The Grid—it fractured us. It made us into this. If you kill me… you'll never learn the truth."

And in one final pulse—

Elios vanished.

Not exploded.

Vanished.

Like something—or someone—erased him.

Rin dropped to his knees.

Ayla looked around. The corrupted Rangers had frozen.

And one by one…

They collapsed. Gone.

Timeline 047 began to disintegrate.

Kael shouted, "Back to the Phantom Atlas—NOW!"

Scene 6: Aftermath

They stumbled back onto the Phantom Atlas's bridge as the realm collapsed behind them.

Rin stood alone.

Kael approached. "You okay?"

"He vanished," Rin said. "Like he was pulled out of time itself. Not dead. Removed."

Mira's eyes darkened. "That means someone else is interfering."

Thorne crossed his arms. "Someone bigger than Elios."

The Phantom Atlas trembled.

A message blinked across the console:

Warning: Grid anomaly approaching.

Next Detected Timeline: Null. No Data Available.

Ayla frowned. "That's not ominous at all."

Kael tightened his grip on his saber.

"We're close to the end."

Rin turned, eyes burning with quiet fury.

"And the truth starts now."
