Chapter 1 - 1

New York.

A funeral was being held in the cemetery. Qinuo, dressed in black mourning clothes, expressionlessly watched the two coffins.

Even though his parents were inside.

"Qinuo, do you want to say a few words? Your parents are about to be buried," a middle-aged man standing beside him asked sadly.

Hearing the call, Qinuo calmly shook his head and remained silent.

After all, he didn't know what to say. He had no memory of interacting with the parents of this body, so it was better not to say anything.

That's right, Qinuo was a Transmigrator, 18 years old this year.

He had just transmigrated to a situation where both his parents had passed away, leaving behind a large inheritance. This should have been the beginning of enjoying life.

But there was bad news.

This was Marvel.

There was also good news.

He had a Golden Finger that allowed him to travel to other Worlds.

Bad news.

The opposite was DC.

What the hell, neither side was much better. World destruction and human extinction could happen at any moment.

And it was unknown if these two Worlds were the Main Universe.

As everyone knew, Marvel and DC had countless Parallel Worlds, which also meant that his precognition was useless; he only knew some secret information.

Thinking of this, Qinuo couldn't help but reveal a look of despair.

The middle-aged man also saw his expression, and his heart grew even sadder.

With the Death of his friends, their only child's mind had been stimulated, causing him to lose his memory. If not for good luck, he would have become a vegetable.

After the funeral ended, George called out to Qinuo.

"Qinuo, although you don't remember, I am your Uncle George, and a good friend of your parents. I hope you can come and live with us."

"Uncle George, I'd like to be alone for a while first."

George also saw the wariness in Qinuo's eyes, so he pulled out a business card and handed it over.

"If you encounter any problems, just call me. In New York, I still have some capabilities."

Qinuo watched as the man who claimed to be his uncle left, slowly letting down his guard. It seemed he wasn't the kind of relative who came to snatch the inheritance.

George Stacy.

He looked at the name and phone number on the business card in his hand.

Gwen Stacy.

Wasn't that Spider-Man's girlfriend? Or perhaps the Spider-Man of this World.

After a moment of thought, he put away the business card and walked towards a luxury car.

A strong Butler stood to one side, his face stern.

"Young Master, where to next?"

"Butler Kassel, let's go back to the manor."

"Yes."

Half an hour later, they arrived at a manor, the kind he had never even seen in his previous life.

After a simple lunch, he rushed to the computer in the study. Fortunately, this body came with a translation function, otherwise he wouldn't want to learn from scratch.

Iron Man.

Nothing.

Tony Stark.

A dense stream of information popped up instantly, taking several seconds to stop.

The latest news was that Tony Stark was missing, and Stark Industries' stock had plummeted.

"Is it about to begin? The era of the extraordinary."

Qinuo sighed.

In the Marvel World, Iron Man held special significance. Before Iron Man appeared, all extraordinary beings in the World maintained a rule of secrecy.

It wasn't until Iron Man, this conspicuous figure, appeared that all sorts of monsters and demons came out.

"First, I need to find a way to increase my life-saving abilities, otherwise it would be too embarrassing to die before Thanos even shows up."

While searching for various information online, Qinuo pondered the extraordinary abilities that ordinary people could obtain in Marvel.

He temporarily wasn't considering the DC side. It would be fine if he appeared in Metropolis, but if he appeared in Gotham, who knew what his fate would be? Moreover, he didn't know if this Golden Finger had a cooldown, so it could only be a backup plan.

"Life Foundation's spaceship crashed in East Malaysia."

Qinuo's eyes lit up as he looked at the information on the computer.

Venom, how could he have forgotten him?

Super strength, super healing, superpower replication...

Although it had weaknesses to noise and Fire.

It was still very powerful. In this World, as long as he didn't provoke some Big Shots, he could live very well.

"But how do I sneak in?"

In the movie, a reporter could easily get in, which was ridiculous. How could such an important laboratory only have so few guards?

As for buying his way in with money? Not every orphan was named Wayne.

"Butler Kassel, Butler?"

"Young Master, what are your orders?" Kassel pushed open the door and asked.

"How much liquid capital can I mobilize?"

"Around 50 million."

"WTF, that much!"

Qinuo instinctively blurted out a curse, and noticing Kassel's strange gaze, he cleared his throat twice.

"Kassel, do you know where to find mercenaries?"

"Yes, Young Master. Do you need to go now?" Kassel didn't ask why, as that wasn't a Butler's business.

"Mm."

So, Renault took Qinuo to a small wooden pub.

The pub was filled with an old scent. Under the dim lights, various people sat or stood, exuding a dangerous aura.

As soon as Qinuo stepped into the pub, he felt countless gazes fall upon him. He frowned slightly, but quickly regained his composure.

Butler Kassel followed closely behind him, vigilantly observing his surroundings.

"Young Master, most of the people here are mercenaries. Their personalities vary, and their actions are unpredictable. You must be careful," Remus whispered as a reminder.

Qinuo nodded, his gaze sweeping across the pub. Just then, a burly man with a full beard walked over.

"Frank, why aren't you being a Butler in the city? What are you doing here? Do you want to go back to your old profession?"

"Jason, I'm not in that line of work anymore. Today, I'm here to accompany my Young Master."

Although Qinuo was curious about his Butler's past identity, he had serious business to attend to now.

Looking at Jason, Qinuo said, "Hello, I need some mercenaries."

"You're not even an adult yet," Jason tugged at the corner of his mouth.

"Does that affect my ability to find mercenaries?" Qinuo retorted.

"Hahaha, just for Frank's sake," Jason burst out laughing, pointing at the people sitting and drinking in the pub. "They're the mercenaries you're looking for. If you can persuade them, then it's fine."

"Thank you."

Qinuo politely thanked him.

Jason's expression was a little strange. It was the first time someone had thanked him, and it was a Young Master from the city at that.

"You bastards, no fighting in here, understand?"

Hearing this, Qinuo politely nodded to Jason. Jason, blushing slightly, poured himself a drink and asked Kassel, who was beside him.

"Where did you find this Young Master? He's nothing like those scoundrels from the city."

"He was a gift from Heaven."

Kassel smiled slightly, one hand on his lower back, his gaze fixed on Qinuo.
