Chapter 2 - Narin

The standing figure had pale skin, head lowered, and long, silver-gray hair that could have been beautiful, but had become dull due to malnutrition. Her age was unclear... perhaps underage?

The man pinched her chin and lifted her face, as if displaying a commodity.

She obediently lifted her head. Her chin was very pointed, and the man's rough fingers rested on it, as if they could completely cover her face if stretched out. Her cheeks were slightly sunken, making her eyes look large. Her pupils were a gray-blue, a color not often seen in Eastern or Western countries. Her thin, almost translucent lips drooped downward, making her look silent. Her exposed skin was covered with hideous scars of various sizes.

She looked miserable, and it was a bit shocking.

Goodness... Li Wenzhi frowned slightly. It was a good thing this wasn't the 21st century, or this man would be locked up in a second.

It was the first time Li Wenzhi had seen injuries of this magnitude on a living person in real life... Some of the scars were thick, looking like they were old and untreated, and the girl looked quite young.

"Well, a capitalist recently passed away in an accident. Since he had no close relatives, some people claiming to be government relatives or friends divided up his assets..." The man spoke slowly, assessing her expression.

"I got a few leftovers thanks to some connections..." The man's expression gradually turned distressed, and he rubbed the emerald ring on his thumb with his right hand. "Of course, as a price, some difficult things were also forced upon me... This guy was one of them."

The man paused, and Wei Qing aptly continued.

"What do you mean by that...?"

"Because I'm a poor businessman, I usually sell anything I can use. My business has always been smooth sailing. As for the slave trade... if it were a healthy laborer, it would make sense, but I can't find a trustworthy buyer for a kid like this right away... I'm afraid I'd be at a disadvantage if I rushed to sell her. After all, human trafficking is a bit of a hassle." The man sighed.

"...I also considered just getting rid of her or discarding her, but my conscience got the better of me. And then I suddenly thought of you, doctor, and how you saved me." The man smiled, patted the girl's shoulder, and motioned her to step forward.

Li Wenzhi had been studying her. The girl looked rather frail, and the man's hand on her shoulder felt oppressive. She remained silent and obedient beside him as he spoke, head lowered, unmoving, even when he was talking about her, even when he mentioned words like "get rid of" and "discard."

"Because you still seem to be living alone now, just like you did then, maybe I'm meddling in other people's business, but I think your life must be a bit lonely, right?" Perhaps his mouth was dry, so he paused, pursed his lips, and continued, "Although it's a little sudden, Of course, do you want to take this guy in?"

Li Wenzhi felt that he was hinting at something.

"If you need an assistant for your work, that would be great. Although these scars are a bit troublesome, thankfully they're not on my face. If I cover them up properly, they won't be noticeable ..."

The girl's feet were always hanging down, bare and slightly red , with fine scratches on the edges . The man's shiny lacquered shoes shone brightly beside them.

...What kind of a plot is this? She narrowed her eyes.

Li Wenzhi was distracted for a moment, and felt that this scene was like giving her a large display screen with two big options in front of her: accept and reject.

So familiar, what's going on, it's becoming more and more familiar...

To be honest, perhaps in terms of personal morality, she didn't have much kindness, and certainly wasn't compassionate enough to take in a living person. In the past, she would at most help call the police or provide financial assistance if the other party needed it and the fact that she is a mafia, but now...

The feeling of déjà vu became clearer and clearer. After pondering for a while, she finally had a guess .

"May I have your name?"

Li Wenzhi's eyes swept over the girl's hair , and her attention shifted for a moment, and she found that her head was pretty good, with a full back. While she was distracted, she tried to meet her eyes which were always lowered, and also to convey to her that she was talking to you.

"What's your name?" she asked again, a little louder this time.

Her signal was transmitted successfully. The thin girl's eyelashes trembled, and she slowly and silently looked back at her .

In just a few seconds, Li Wenzhi discovered that her eyelashes were very long, light in color, and dense like a small fan . She finally saw the full picture of those gray-blue eyes.

It's very beautiful, a special misty gray , which spreads increasingly darker from the center of the pupil to the outside , turning into a dark gray-blue , beautiful and mysterious, like a layer of mist hanging over a cold pond.

Li Wenzhi blinked , noticing a strange tinge in the girl's words . She couldn't quite place it, but they stared at each other in silence for a long moment, almost convinced that the interrogation was coming to an end.

She frowned and prepared to get up .

The girl's pale body slowly moved as she stood up . She opened her mouth silently at first, and then a very light sound came out .

"Hello... My name is..."

"...Narin."

"Hmm?" She probably hadn't spoken for a long time, so her voice was very soft and a little hoarse. If Lin Wenzhi hadn't been quite close to her, she wouldn't have been able to hear what she said.

Na…rin...?

Wei Qing's mind became subtle, but she maintained her expression. She narrowed her eyes at the girl, stood up , and said in one breath .

She smiled at the girl , "It seems I do need an assistant."

Damn it, she knew where this was A crafting-based, beautiful game with a variety of costumes, unlocking various poses and scenes based on your choices and intimacy. It's called "Slave Girl Narin," an 18+ adult game.

She wondered why she felt that familiar feeling just now. It was because the sudden visitor, the scarred girl, and their entire conversation were the exact same cutscene from the game's opening scene, word for word.

And the person who took in this poor little girl and repeatedly raped her in the game was exactly who she was now—the owner of this place, a mafia whose symbolic significance outweighed her practical significance.

If it were a legitimate place, how could they have the time to work as they pleased, day or night, at any time?

But? Could this thing be configurable? She had initially naively wondered if the business was a bit bleak… And most importantly, wasn't she a woman? Why was a thing between her legs?

Li Wenzhi's chest heaved, and her slender knuckles trembled as she held onto the wall.

Has she gone crazy?

She pondered the connection between this idiotic game and her thing, rubbing her back teeth as four words resurfaced in her mind: swing, sword, self, gong.

Back then, a friend had sent her a link to the game while she was bored, along with a yellow dog-headed smirking emoji. After downloading it, she spent half a month playing it while flipping through it. She tried both aspects of the game: the pure yellow version and the dress-up version.

After all, it wasn't searchable in the App Store, and downloading it constantly prompted warnings about risky software.

The pure yellow version, as its name suggests, was a repetitive cycle of sex. After two days, she felt languid and bored, because even playing it as a dress-up game was far more interesting.

After all, the clothes, from cheongsam shirts and sailor-style dresses to sexy nightwear with hollowed-out lingerie, were all beautifully drawn.

For that, she had to give the artist a thumbs-up, regardless of anything else.

The heroine's design is also well-modeled.

Her frail, snow-white figure, her innocent yet hesitant expression, her face flushed with shyness—all these pure and simple qualities contrast sharply with the crimson, hideous scars upon her body.

It's a play on contrast, giving the character such a miserable yet lovable setting, trapped in a quagmire, and then letting the player act as her redeemer, taking in and healing a little slave with a tragic past.

It's cheesy yet captivating.

This game really hits the right notes for many people in some ways.

Lin Wenzhi's emotions were mixed. Not only was she over the shock of a 2D character crossing over into a living, breathing person in the real world, but she was also over the reason why other people who traveled through time were always transmigrating into books, getting slapped in the face, and then reborn. Familiar with the plot and strategy, the heroine turned into a female villain.

And with her classy, elegant face and her well-off family background in real life, she, a typical wealthy, beautiful, and wealthy third-generation girl, had actually transmigrated into an 18+ pornographic game!

No matter how you slice it, it had to be the heroine's face-slapping setup!!! She was furious

...

This girl is a slave without any relatives. You can ask her to do the housework, or even treat her like a toy without complaint... Well, I'll take my leave now. Thank you again for your help that day."

Li Wenzhi smiled as he finished the last familiar line, then said goodbye amicably. "Okay, be careful on the road."

The man nodded at her, lowering the brim of his hat, and turned to leave.

Li Wenzhu stood there for a moment, contemplating life. The morning air was fresh. The clinic was located in the heart of the city, almost directly at the main entrance. Not far from the main entrance was a circular square surrounded by abundant greenery.

The sky was a bright blue. There weren't many people around at this hour, but some passersby noticed the area, occasionally casting inquiring glances.

Li Wenzhi glanced at the person standing at the door with their head lowered. Feeling a slight pain in her throat, she leaned aside and waved a gesture to the person to come in.

She felt so tired she didn't want to talk.

The girl paused, as if hesitating, before slowly stalking towards her. Wei Qing towered over her. She raised an eyebrow in surprise as they passed. From behind... he looked even thinner and frailer.

So pitiful.

——

With a click, Li Wenzhi closed the door behind her.

"…"

She immediately regretted it. The enclosed space clearly told her that there was another person.

Actually, she didn't have to accept it, did she?

Never mind. So what should she do now… should she do something to advance the plot? But this stupid game didn't even have a plot.

The young lady's mind was full of complaints.

She kept a calm face, walked aside, and picked up the tea she had brewed not long ago, trying to calm her fever.

She choked.

"Cough... cough cough cough...!"

Li Wenzhi coughed awkwardly.

She coughed with such sadness, her emotions so complex, that she didn't notice the person left behind subtly tilting his body, observing her stealthily, a hint of indifference in his eyes beneath his long lashes.

...

Women's body curves are always soft and graceful. She wiped her chin with her fingers, water trickling down her chin through her slender white knuckles. The slender tail of her eyelids flushed red from the stimulation, and her eyes seemed to be filled with a watery sheen.

She looked harmless and beautiful, or rather, very beautiful.

What happened to Narun reshaped her worldview in a certain sense.

She didn't know why she kept repeating these things. Her life for the past ten years had been monotonous and filled with beatings and insults, but things changed after she was taken away by that businessman.

After her predecessor, a violent and sadistic master, died of illness, the man with a false smile reluctantly accepted her. The merchant brought her here, to this prosperous city in the south.

The poker place was located in the center of the city. She was sent to the owner of the poker, a very gentle woman. She was a good woman, gentle, attentive, and seemed very kind, except for those uncomfortable emotions.

Narin seldom spoke. She was very sensitive to people's emotions. The environment she grew up in obviously helped to cultivate this kind of personality in her. The man did not beat or scold her like her previous master. Instead, he treated her very well. Narin had never received such kindness before. She was a little moved and at a loss.

She tried her best to help by doing things within her ability in the hope that she could get something in return and stay here with peace of mind. As time passed, she thought her life, which had been beaten to the point of being monotonous and even numb, had changed. She had met such a good master.

But the good times didn't last long. In fact, it didn't last long at all. One day, the man drank some wine that night and came to her room... He took off his clothes, and the ugly thing in his lower body stood up high, shaking up and down as he walked.

Narin knew what this meant. Her hands were shaking, and she was aware of her own discomfort and resistance.

This discomfort was even more intense than when her previous master, who loved to nurture her, beat her. So when the man pressed down on her, she subconsciously... completely relying on her body's instinct, killed him with the scalpel hidden under her pillow.

This scalpel was taken from the man's work box.

The ruptured artery in the man's neck splattered blood. He covered his neck, his bloodshot pupils dilated as he stared at her, making a chu chu chu chu chu sound.

The splattered blood covered her face. Her mind went blank and she could only hear her own violent heartbeat.

The man fell to the ground with a thud. She looked at the bloody body on the ground and the knife stuck in his neck, wondering if this could be considered as returning to its original owner.

She felt a great fear and was somewhat at a loss, but she managed to gather her spirits. After cleaning herself, she planned to flee. She hoped that the man's body would be discovered later, although no one would know that the man's death was related to her - a lowly slave.

After all, the transaction between the man and the businessman was not a very aboveboard one.

——

She dozed off in the train, feeling lost and helpless about her future life. But she soon no longer felt lost, as she finally fell asleep from the exhaustion of the day.

When she opened her eyes again, she was standing outside the place again. The businessman was knocking on the door, stroking the emerald green plate ring on his ring finger.

Li Wenzhi coughed for a long time, then she put her hand down and tore off a few tissues to wipe the water marks on her chin and chest. Then she took a sip of her wine, and her distracted mind remembered that there was another person in the room.

She tilted her head.

The woman standing upright suddenly turned around and met her gaze. Narun was distracted and hadn't had time to look away. The woman tilted her head and raised an eyebrow at her.

They looked at each other again. The woman's pupils were light in color, and her temples were slightly red from coughing. Her face was charming and beautiful.

"…"

Narin didn't say anything. She pretended to be panicked and lowered her head again. The air seemed to be a little stiff after their gazes met. Narin curled her fingers and slowly recalled the woman's expression when she looked at her.

She was stunned for a moment, then a hint of surprise appeared on her face... Surprised at what? How could a lowly slave dare to peek at her?

The atmosphere was somewhat quiet, her chin drooped quietly, and Narin couldn't figure out her current emotions. She just felt... She seemed a little curious, and even a dense layer of pimples appeared on her soft skin.

"Do you want some water?" Li Wenzhi stared at Narin for a while, and felt that the atmosphere was somewhat awkward in the silence between both parties.

She reluctantly took the initiative to say hello.

After living alone for so long, she was a little uncomfortable with the addition of someone else. And…why was this person staring at her? Just look, what's the point?

Her greeting fell on empty space, in complete silence.

Li Wenzhi clicked her tongue, frowned, and tilted her head slightly in dissatisfaction.

"Why don't you speak?"

The dissatisfaction in her voice was not concealed. The repeated questioning finally made Narin's head move. She seemed to hesitate for a moment, her voice was very soft, and she seemed very confused.

"...Owner?"

"Huh?" Li Wen's expression was even more confused than hers.

Narin lowered her head, and in her peripheral vision she could see the woman's smooth, slender legs. She was wearing black sandals, which made her skin look as smooth as jade.

"You shouldn't ask a slave for her opinion."

"…"

After the woman stood up straight, she regained her original non-serious and lazy temperament. Her long black hair hung down on the side of her face, and the tail was slightly red from coughing.

She probably said "oh" speechlessly, then paused and said something else.

"…How feudal."

Li Wenzhi thought about it and felt that she should not use the hypocritical and polite greetings between people in modern society to try to communicate with the "slaves" defined by this era in this era with a model of slave trade. It seemed too easy to embarrass herself.

Because this little slave looks really silent and reserved.

But it is understandable, but in this world she has to If I want to go back (or maybe I can?), it seems I need to get more information from the obviously most important person in front of me.

What's the matter with the person in front of me?

Get to know this person first?

Li Wenzhi touched her stomach.

Never mind.

Let's eat first.

She went to the kitchen.

"The woman folded her arms, frowning, her expression serious.

The woman's face was etched with a smile.

She elegantly held something between her middle finger and thumb.

Is this the best way to cook the dumplings?

Wei Qingzhu knocked on the wok.

The dumplings were so tender and tender that they looked like fried dumplings.

Using just the right amount of force, you can create perfect cracks so that when you open them, they can fall completely into the wok, becoming a perfect fried and it won't stick to her hands.

The fan is very good at hitting.

The sound of the pot was full of flavor.

Li Wenzhi was satisfied and confident. With a sizzling sound, the aroma of the food quickly filled the kitchen, and the yellow and white food quickly solidified in the pot with a sizzling sound.

Narin silently watched her absorbed movements for a moment. This body language from the woman was clearly unexpected.

She remained silent for a moment, unnoticedly dodging the hands that seemed to be trying to nibble her cheek.

"Master?" she whispered. "What are you doing?"

"..." The woman hesitated suspiciously.

"Oh, it's okay. Go eat."

As she wished, the woman lowered her raised hand, though her expression looked a little regretful.

Her chin rested on her hand, her expression languid.

Narin's lips moved.

She raised her eyes, trying to look a bit lost. After a moment's silence, her long eyelashes fluttered. "I... can you give me food before I even start crying?"

She decided to repeat some familiar conversations to distinguish this from the past.

"My previous master always gave me moldy bread and water..."

Her voice was soft and gentle, with a slight tremor that made her feel pity.
