Genesis Corp is a research team from another dimension where Pokémon do not exist. Their world recently experienced a phenomenon where strange monsters appeared out of portals.
These Monsters were mysterious, and they disappeared fast without a trace. Ever since, scientists have been making breakthroughs in interdimensional travel and multiverse theories.
Their world used their resources to expand their research and hoped that one day they would be able to travel to other dimensions in hopes of studying those beasts again.
They finally made a breakthrough thanks to a research facility called Genesis. They were given full control of the task of achieving interdimensional travel, and all other research facilities were merged into them, creating Genesis Corp.
Even with the breakthrough, it took years before they were able to send someone to another dimension. Their goal was to send multiple groups to other dimensions to study them and bring back valuable information that they could use to further their research.
The first group they planned to send were trained since childhood to handle any task.
The Battler: Trained in all sorts of martial arts and is the bodyguard of the group if anything goes wrong.
The Researcher: Taught extensive knowledge to be able to identify anything from memory alone, they are the leader of the group.
The Artist: Experienced the world's cultures and languages and acts as a mediator of the group.
The Doctor: Learned all sorts of medical knowledge to be able to heal wounds. If the group needs it, they are the caretaker of the group.
These 4 would be the first group sent to another dimension to explore and gather information. They were named Team Origin.
