Chapter 80 - Chapter 80 – The Birth of the Tree World!

Facing the majestic, mountain-like Titan Giant Ape and the crushing pressure it exuded, even Yun Chuan — who had mentally prepared himself — couldn't help feeling a jolt of surprise.

But no matter what, you don't show weakness!

Though astonished by the creature's sheer might, Yun Chuan wasn't about to back down. His Plant Domain still covered a hundred li around them — if things went south, he could instantly retreat.

More importantly, within that domain he could clearly sense a certain Titled Douluo — the same one who had scurried off after being beaten by him just two days ago — lurking in the shadows, watching carefully, clearly ready to jump in at any sign of danger.

It was obvious that Tang Hao had followed his son into the perilous Star Dou Forest, ready to save him at a moment's notice. After all, if a son with limitless potential didn't fall to an enemy, but instead ended up as a soul beast's dinner… the irony would be absurd.

Knowing there was backup made Yun Chuan all the more confident, and his voice rang out strong and unyielding:

"Big ape! This is no place for you. Leave now, if you don't want me to kill you and take your ring!"

Even the Titan Giant Ape paused at that. In its eyes, Yun Chuan — a mere Soul Saint — was no more than an ant it could crush effortlessly. Yet this little ant wasn't trembling in fear; instead, he was threatening to kill it?

Such an absurd statement left even the Titan Giant Ape momentarily stunned.

Behind Yun Chuan, the Shrek students were just as shocked, nearly losing their souls in fright. As for the true focus of all this — Xiao Wu — she could only stare speechlessly. This was the first time she had ever seen a human openly provoke "Er Ming." This Tang-surnamed teacher really didn't fear death!

Even Tang Hao, hidden in the dark, was speechless. Of course he recognized this ten-thousand-year Titan Giant Ape. Even he couldn't guarantee victory against it — yet this boy, merely a Soul Saint, dared say he would kill it and take its ring? Had that spar the other day made him think he could beat a Titled Douluo already?

The Titan Giant Ape shook off its daze. Surprisingly, it didn't get angry — not because of any "charm" Yun Chuan possessed, but because in its eyes, a Soul Saint was too insignificant to be worth real fury.

When an ant threatens to eat you… what else can you do but find it funny?

For the sake of such a speck, lowering one's dignity to get mad wasn't worth it. The only thing it cared about here was retrieving Sister Xiao Wu.

Ignoring Yun Chuan completely, the Titan Giant Ape took a single step forward. But with its massive body, one step was enough to close a huge chunk of distance.

Seeing himself so completely ignored, Yun Chuan arched a brow. 'So I'm nothing to you? Fine — let's see how you like this big move.'

"Impudent!"

His sudden shout startled no one except the students behind him, who stared in mute frustration, waiting to see what ridiculous stunt their teacher would pull now.

His hands flashed through a blur of seals, soul power surging in waves from him, projecting the image of a massive attack in preparation — though in truth, his Plant Domain had already been quietly charging up long before this.

At the final seal, Yun Chuan dropped into a crouch and slammed his palms into the ground.

"Self-created Soul Skill — Tree World Descends!"

The next moment, Tang San and the others witnessed a scene that shook them to their cores.

Rumble!

The earth heaved and cracked.

Countless tender green buds burst from the soil — shooting upward so fast it was like watching millennia pass in seconds, young shoots becoming towering trees.

Even the original forest trees around them began to grow wildly, their trunks thickening, their crowns rising ever higher.

The sight was breathtaking.

Tang San and the others could only gape in disbelief.

Under Yun Chuan's control, the newly-born giants flung out their branches like living things, whipping toward the Titan Giant Ape. In the blink of an eye, its enormous form was wrapped and bound, branches coiling around every limb, lifting its colossal bulk from the ground.

"A-amazing…" Ning Rongrong breathed, voicing what everyone else felt. They had never seen a soul skill that could instantly conjure a forest. If they weren't already in the woods, if this had been in a city… this skill would have leveled everything in sight.

No wall or tower could withstand this onslaught of trees.

"Blue Silver Grass… can do this?" Tang San clenched his fists unconsciously, a burning yearning rising in his heart.

Only Xiao Wu remained calm. She felt no worry for the Titan Giant Ape's safety; as a hundred-thousand-year soul beast herself, she knew the power her kind possessed. And Er Ming was a Titan Giant Ape — a monkey. In the trees, a monkey's combat ability only increased.

Sure enough —

Though tangled and lifted off the ground, the Titan Giant Ape only gave the faintest shudder. Muscles rippled under its fur, and the branches snapped like twigs.

With one light push of its legs, it bounded from one gargantuan trunk to another.

Spurred on by Yun Chuan's Plant Domain, the trees in this area had grown from a few dozen meters to hundreds of meters tall, becoming true forest giants.

Before, such heights would have been awkward for the Titan Giant Ape — but now, among these towering giants, it moved with ease and comfort, leaping and climbing as if in play.

Watching it happily bounce from tree to tree, Yun Chuan could only stare for a moment in exasperation.

'Right… at the end of the day, it is still a monkey. Trying to trap it with trees? I was definitely overthinking that one…'
