Somewhere, a boy is floating through...

"Is that your wish, young boy?"(Mysterious voice)
"Yes.... Wait a second, who are you?"(Kizuno)
Suddenly ,a mysterious blond woman cloaked in white descended. He was taken aback by how beautiful she is.
"Ah, I apologize for being rude. My name is Ephelia, the goddess of life."(Ephelia)
"I feel like i heard that name before..."Kizuno
Kizuno's eyes widen as he remembered the game that his brother gave him to play when he was at the hospital. The goddess in the game apparently has the same name as the one in front of him.
"You lived a sad and unremarkable life, died without anyone around. I can't help but pity such a poor soul. So, i decided to give you a second chance at life. You will be reincarnated into another world that i govern. I will also allow one wish, any wish, no restrictions."(Ephelia)
Joy spreads through Kizuno's face. He never expected he could live once again.
"T-then, i wish to be strong enough to do anything i want in my new life! I don't want to ever be weak, sick or helpless!"(Kizuno)
His loud and desperate voice reached the goddess Ephelia's ear, yet she smiled like how a mother looks at her young.
"Calm down, young one. I'm not going anywhere. I'll grant your wish now."(Ephelia)
She created a small ball of light and it floated to him. When it entered his chest, he felt warm, fluffy and happy.
"Now then young one, go on and live your life to the fullest"(Kizuno)
"From the bottom of my heart..... Thank you, Ephelia-sama."(Kizuno)

Kizuno slowly sits up after he woke up to sounds of the forest. He looked around and sees the sea of treas.
"Huh, i thought i would be someone's son or something, but alas, not everything goes your way in life."(Kizuno)
He decided to shrug it off and let it fo
"Why should i care about that? I survived being bedridden my entire life, what's one more difficult stuff to handle. I'm finally not sick and weak, in fact i feel strong and brimming with stamina! Thank you so much goddess!"(Kizuno)
While he is happily bouncing around, unknown to him, a creature is watching him. Although not with bloodlust, but with..... interest?
Grrrrrrr....
"Ahh,my stomach is growling. Now that i think about it, I've been hungry for awhile. I should look around for some fruit. I'm in luck since im already inside a forest."
As Kizuno explored the forest, the creature followed him. He looked up and saw a fruit dangling. Without hesitating, he immediately jump and took the fruit off of the tree, without a moment of doubt, he took a bite.
"Yum! I never thought apples would exist here too! Maybe, there are other fruits from earth as well. I should try and search for them. Since i never got to actually eat tasty food in the hospital."(Kizuno)
As he was munching on the apple, the creature leaped onto him. Kizuno realised this a second too late but somehow got out of it's attack range. Although his flailing arms somehow hit it's jaws on accident.
"Whoa..... If it was my old self, i would have died by now."(Kizuno)
Kizuno looks at the one attacking him and realised it was a really large wolf.
"Oh shit! That wolf's big!!! Wait, it's mouth is bleeding? Was it because of me accidentally hitting it?"(Kizuno)
While he is busy thinking, the wolf is in a dilemma, not knowing whether to attack or not.
"This human boy, is dangerous."(Wolf)
The wolf suddenly charged at kizuno when it saw him hesitating whether to run or not. When the wolf's attack was about to reach him, kizuno braces himself but the wolf suddenly passes out.
Kizuno slowly open's his eyes.
"I-is it over?"(Kizuno)
Kizuno decided to poke the wolf using a stick when suddenly....
Poof!
The wolf turned into a girl.
"....Eh?"
"A girl? B-but wasn't she a- Ehhhhh????"
