Gio Van Nics a bandit who stood on top of the world, causing havoc through the world where he led his gang into gaining enough power to where people saw him as a king. The world leaders weren't happy with this and declared him as a world criminal.
Gio and the world government, who are under the world leaders known as The Grand Masons (the Masons), declared war against each other. The fight between the two parties were at war for two consecutive days where both of them lost members.
Gio finally lost the battle, and was captured by the Masons, where they issued a public execution. The execution was documented on a live prod cast where was to be hanged in front of everyone. Before he they killed him off, he shouted towards everyone watching the broadcast.
''To everyone watching this today, I want you all to know that they wanted to kill me off because of what I am and what I've done, but I wasn't done! My dream hasn't been completed! I believe that each and every one of you can do what I've done up until now! And more-''
''Hang him already!'' One of the Kings orders!
The guards lift the rope and up he starts shaking, he fights it and carries on speaking.
''Go out there! Drive across the regions, sail across the seas and conquer everything that they own. One of you is bound to do it! Become the King that you were meant to be!''
After struggle for a minute he finally took his last breath. Millions of people across the world watching as his body stops moving across the world. Some scared, while others were influenced by his dying words.
This started a wave of misconducts across the world, where people became bandits like Gio and others were pirates, some being rebels against the Masons carrying the words of Gio throughout the world. The crime rate throughout the world increased where kingdoms were being run by criminals and outlaws.
Years later in a farm that's in the middle of nowhere stayed a young with dreams and aspirations of running through is being put to bed by his uncle. He smiles at him.
''So, Uncle... do you think I'll be able to become the king?''
''What do you think?''
''I'll become the king like Gio Van Nics- no I'll be better than him. I'll become even better with every kingdom, nation and region being mine.''
''If that's what you than go for it, Kami. Just know that I'll support you all the way through. Just know that everyone will also be fighting for the same spot, so you'll have to be strong.''
''Don't worry uncle, I'll be strong. Since I have a Relic power now.''
Kami looks to the middle of his chest and a small hexagon shaped relic glow on his chest.
[Relics are objects that people get to gain powers. There are different colors and shapes that one can get of them. They can be found anywhere in the world; some are hidden in mountains while others are found in treasure chests. No one knows where they come from, but they exist. There are four types of Relics powers:
1. Elemental Relic - Having the ability to control any Element, whether it's fire or water. Also, you have the ability to also become the element you turn into.
2. Beast Relic - You have the abilities of any animal you become and gain the powers close to it. For example, someone with Lion powers can have Emperor's roar or something.
3. Mythic Relic (Rare) - Having the power of any mythic being or animal, for example a dragon or phoenix.
4. Ethereal Relic (Very Rare) - The power that lets you control intangible forces in someone's brain like time, emotion, and fate, but only within a targeted individual or a defined radius.
Although they are beneficial to people, they come with side effects if they deem a person not worthy. The power of the Relic can consume you where you become a person with dead soul (Although your body is alive, you'll be internally dead.) if you can't control it internally. Unless a person has been chosen by it, they have to prove themselves to it by showing a strong sense of will power.]
''A relic power is good Kami, but you still have to be strong and have the ability to use it. ''
The monkey power (Beast Relic) - Kami's relic power allows him to have the agility, adapting ability and intuition of a monkey.
They both smile at each other before Kami gets himself to sleep. He smiles before closing his eyes and remembers the day he got his power.
It was months ago, he was playing out in the farmyard, he tried to catch a butterfly he saw and found himself lost in the forest near the farm. After realizing that he was lost he ran into a wild boar, the moment the boar saw him, it started charging straight to him.
''Oh no!!'' Kami screamed.
He started running with the boar behind him, he runs and after running for a while he finds a spot to hide and it's inside a black cave. He sits there while breathing heavily, the boar runs past the cave, and he let out a sigh.
He sees something glowing deeper inside cave and out of curiosity he steps closer towards it, but with still in fear of what it might be. The closer he steps to it; it gets clear that it's nothing dangerous to him and just a relic.
The relic is in the middle of the cave on top of a rock, and it looks like it was put there carefully. Kami grabs it with admiration turning it around and looking at it with his eyes reflecting its orange light.
''Nice.'' He smiles
The light starts glowing even more after he has been holding it, and he starts hearing whispers around him. He looks around and sees nothing, but the whispers grow louder.
''Who's there? Come out now.''
The whispers grow louder, and the light starts glowing more too, causing Kami to cover his eyes. And he suddenly both the glowing and light suddenly stops. He looks at his hand and the relic weren't there anymore, his shirt was off, and the relic was attached to the middle of his chest.
''Ahh!!'' He screams and the scream echoes through the cave and outside towards the forest. In fear of not knowing what was going on and why the relic was on his chest.
At the time he didn't know that the relic chose him.
