Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: The First Production Line

The Genesis Base glowed like the inside of a starship. In the central command room, Deepak Rawat stood before a massive interactive globe, floating in mid-air. It shimmered with data, topography, population density, internet access zones, and government red zones. He traced his finger across the northern plains of India.

> "EVA, we need land. Somewhere discreet, outside Delhi. Rural, but accessible. And legal. Somewhere we can build the first HoloBand factory without drawing too much attention."

> "Scanning…" EVA replied instantly. "Parameters:

– Minimum area: 100 acres

– Low population density

– Outside political and military surveillance zones

– Good electricity access

– Close to highways

– Minimum land cost

✔ Result: Jhajjar District, Haryana — Village: Bahadurgarh outskirts."

Deepak smiled.

"I like it."

> "Shall I proceed to purchase the land and handle legal registration?"

"Yes. Buy under a separate shell company. Something simple… like Hari Innovations Pvt. Ltd."

Arrival in Bahadurgarh – August 10, 2025

Two days later, Deepak stood on a patch of dusty land with dry shrubs, one tea stall 400 meters away, and an empty road under the bright August sun. The monsoon clouds had retreated for now.

A group of locals watched from a distance, wondering why a lone boy in jeans and a loose kurta had arrived in a convoy of black SUVs. None of them recognized him, but they all whispered the same thing:

"Netaji ka koi beta lagta hai…"

In truth, Deepak had no political connections. But he had EVA.

He activated a temporary mobile projection drone from the Genesis Base—a device the size of a suitcase. With a tap, dozens of microbots spread out and within seconds formed a transparent, climate-controlled dome, 30 meters in diameter, right in the middle of the field.

---

Project: DreamLine-01 – The World's Smartest Factory

Inside the dome, construction began.

Nanobots shaped walls made from carbon-reinforced aerogel and self-cooling concrete.

Auto-assembler arms flew in, unfolding into manufacturing belts.

A new, smaller fusion energy core was deployed, built within the Genesis Base and installed on-site.

50 AI-driven humanoid worker units—disguised with slightly human-like faces—began testing product builds.

By midnight, the first fully automated HoloBand production line was live.

Each unit could assemble 100 wristbands per hour, and the factory could easily scale up to a million devices per month with barely a dozen human staff.

Recruiting Real People

> "Deepak," EVA said, "to maintain appearances and prevent suspicion, we need real employees. A small visible staff. Local hires. Mostly supervisors and logistics managers."

Deepak agreed.

He spent the next week personally visiting nearby colleges, skill centers, and even local chai shops to talk to young people, disguised under a fake identity: Mr. Ajay Verma, senior operations head of Hari Innovations.

He hired:

Ashok Rana, an electronics diploma holder from Rohtak

Manpreet Kaur, MBA logistics graduate from Hisar

Rehan Siddiqui, a school dropout but sharp with machines

Priya Kumari, a BTech who had been jobless for two years

50 local workers on probation for logistics, transport, and packaging

All were told this was a secretive tech pilot program backed by the central government.

None knew what they were really building.

The Test Batch

August 18, 2025 – exactly ten days after land acquisition, the first test batch of 500 HoloBands rolled out of the assembly line.

Each was scanned by EVA's quality AI systems.

All 500 passed flawlessly.

Deepak picked one and wore it on his wrist.

> [Welcome to HoloBand OS Alpha]

Voice Language: Hindi

Gesture Input Ready

Thought Response Sync: 87%

Data Modules: Active

AI Support: EVA Proxy Integrated

He tapped the screen, and the hologram blossomed out in mid-air, soft and blue, with zero latency.

He spoke:

"Show me a 3D model of the Earth."

The globe floated instantly, rotating under his hand.

"Translate: 'Hello, I'm Deepak' into Tamil."

The AI responded in perfect Tamil, text and voice.

This wasn't science fiction.

This was now reality.

Meanwhile… in New Delhi

In a small YouTube studio in Delhi, popular tech reviewer TechnoYodha (Vikram Bhagat) scrolled through an anonymous message on his email.

Subject: "Revolution in Wrist — First Look?"

Attached was a short 10-second video showing a man using a glowing holographic wrist device.

No buttons. No screen. Just air, light, and perfection.

Vikram raised his eyebrows.

"What is this?"

He downloaded the video.

A watermark flashed at the end:

HoloDreams Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
